This
could
have
been
so
much
better.
If
there
were
a
microwave
and
mini-fridge
in
the
rooms.
That
way
long-term
guests
can
keep
things
to
eat
at
hours
when
no
one
is
open
or
available.
Especially
if
someone
has
a
baby,
a
needy
person,
or
an
ill
person.
(((However,
this
place
has
a
horrendously
rude
kitchen
staff.
No
one
without
a
room
key
can
reach
the
floor
with
the
kitchen.
You
can
only
go
to
the
lobby,
and
to
the
basement
parking
structure
without
a
room
key.
They
do
not
just
hand
out
room
keys.
You
can
not
reach
the
mezzanine
or
any
room
floors
without
an
active
room
key.
With
that
said.
The
staff
will
pester
you
for
your
room
number
even
if
it's
the
same
room
number
for
11
nights.
If
they
decide
they
don't
want
you
there.
They
begin
to
speak
bad
about
you
in
Spanish
not
knowing,
just
because
I'm
an
American,
doesn't
mean
I
don't
understand
Spanish.
I
heard
that
they
wanted
to
hurt
me
and
laughed
about
it.
They
were
upset
that
I
came
all
the
way
down
there
to
get
a
cup
of
juice,
I
was
suuuuuper
dehydrated
from
diarrhea
that
just
wouldn't
let
up.
The
walk
alone
felt
like
a
journey
of
impossiblity.
My
stomach
had
been
upset
and
doing
backflips
like
an
Olympic
gymnast
from
something
I
had
previously
eaten,
and
with
no
fridge
in
the
rooms,
I
was
forced
to
use
my
kitchen
pass
"my
room
key"
to
get
juice
to
calm
my
burning
achy
stomach.
I'd
rather
be
curled
up
in
the
bed
dealing
with
the
agony
of
burning
internally,
the
churning,
the
bubbling,
and
repeated
runs
to
the
bathroom,
the
explosions
from
my
body,
both
inward
and
outward,
instead,
I'm
dragging
myself
to
get
something,
anything,
to
keep
me
feeling
as
if
I
had
something
in
my
belly,
yet
I
couldn't
bring
myself
to
put
any
food
past
my
lips.
Therefore,
juices
and
smoothies
are
all
I
could
stand.
The
kitchen
staff
member
said
he'd
like
to
slap
me
for
coming
to
their
kitchen
and
just
getting
some
juice,
who
do
I
think
I
am,
just
getting
juice
like
something
is
wrong
with
their
food?
No,
nothing
was
wrong
with
the
food,
but
something
was
wrong
with
me.
I
wasn't
doing
well
enough
to
eat.
By
then
I
felt
unwelcomed
even
if
I
did
want
to
eat.
The
staff
members
angrily
stared
at
me
and
came
really
close
to
me,
making
the
space
feel
invaded
and
uncomfortable.
With
the
scowls
on
their
faces
and
terrible
comments.
Even
from
behind
the
kitchen
door
you
could
hear
what
was
being
said
and
the
creepy
stares
from
the
small
window
in
the
door,
needless
to
say,
felt
threatened.
I
felt
the
entire
treatment
was
uncalled
for
and
unprofessional.
I
don't
appreciate
being
threatened
with
physical
harm
and
angrily
stared
down
for
a
pre-paid
breakfast
that
is
supposed
to
draw
paying
people
to
your
hotel,
not
run
them
off.
I
will
not
be
patronizing
this
establishment
for
by
business
return
visit
in
the
winter
quarter.)))
I
do
not
recommend
this
place.
By
the
looks
of
it,
I
don't
think
they
care...
