Great hotel in the center of Toluca. Here for work but they treat you nice here. Clean place and clean rooms. Only thing that sucks is the traffic around the hotel. Better to walk around to locations nearby.

Staff was very efficient and friendly. The place was well kept and clean. The bar/restaurant its a plus.

It is a great hotel to stay just in the downtown of Toluca. You can walk to the Portales to buy craft candies, to the Cosmovitral to know the biggest printed glass windows in the world, and to visit several iconic churches in the city. The service in the hotel is exceptional and all the people is kind. They have clean and comfortable rooms with a big bathroom. In the night you don't hear the street noise. The hotel has free concierge service which was an excellent plus for us.

Great, comfortable? modern hotel in the city center with underground parking for customers. Good restaurant, but the waiters do not bring the ordered dishes and confused bills.

It's a hotel located in the city center and that's pretty good because is not necessary get out with a car and so many places are near of it. Inside of it restaurant the food is so delicious and also the drinks. The hotel is beautiful and the service it's so efficient.

The location is pretty close to pretty much all you want to see in Toluca, you can go from there to pretty much anywhere. So far my stay has been really comfortable, from the bedroom to the people helping at the hotel. So far so good.

The hotel rooms are spacious and in very good condition. Everything was very clean the beds very comfortable and the windows are isolating great against weather and noise. The WiFi signal was very good. The hotel includes a restaurant and bar with a variety of options - as well as room service. The place is very central. The Zócalo is just a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel has a underground parking for 50mxp per day.

I haven't stayed here myself, but coworkers say the rooms are really small and not the most comfortable. Also, at $200 pesos, the price of the breakfast buffet is absurd for the location. The lobby is pretty small, so don't stay here if you have a lot of downtime. That said, if you want something similar to a Holiday Inn, and you don't want to stay at the airport, this is a good option.
