I loved my stay in this little hidden gem. Such chic place. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely cosmetic products and very attentive staff. I will definitely come back.

The most attentive, helpful, and respectful staff I’ve ever enjoyed at a hotel. Our room, La Terraza, was beautiful and so comfortable for a 5-night stay. Breakfast each morning arrived warm and fresh from local bakeries and coffee shops. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I are currently living in Mexico City temporarily. Due to Covid, it didn't make sense to risk traveling too far for our anniversary. So we just looked for a nice hotel in our own area for a mini staycation. The staff were extremely friendly and although we had our room booked, they allowed us to tour the other two beautiful rooms. Our room on the third floor was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the room as it was so comfortable and enjoyable to be in. We did decide to roll the bed out and spend a night under the stars and it's as special as you'd think it would be. The hotel was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was great and our entire stay was great. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you again to the staff!

This is a gem of a hotel located in a lovely part of Roma Norte. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms are gorgeously styled, well appointed and the bed is heavenly. 10/10 recommend.

The rooms and location can’t be beat, but the staff is the real shining star here. Ingrid and Cesar helped me and my husband with a million things including getting us to a doctor when my husband got sick. Thank you so much to the entire team for their attention and care. We’ve never felt so loved at a hotel ever.

GORGEOUS unique hotel that feels like a residence inside of a townhouse. Three very unique rooms. I stayed at La Luna. It is hands down the coolest room I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is super fresh. Location is perfect.

La Valise was so beautiful. We were in San Miguel Allende for a wedding, and if we weren’t so busy we may not have ever left our room. Super clean, gorgeous bathroom, handwritten notes, and little treats at the end of each night. Oscar, the concierge, was wonderful. Even made me hot tea when I mentioned losing my voice! He was very kind and we were fortunate to have met him! Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Everything about it was 6*s - the beautifully decorated spacious room, the comfy bed and luxury bedding, the location, the breakfast, the service. It was one of my fav places I’ve ever stayed in! La Valise is one of our favorite hotels. My husband and I stayed at El Patio suite and loved everything about it. The room was spacious, the interior design was impeccable, the bed was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on the cloud. The location was central and close to all the best restaurants. Last but not least is the wonderful hospitality. Gabriela and Cesear were so kind and helpful. They made our stay very special. Will definitely come back.

I stayed here for approximately a week & everything about this hotel was so amazing. The neighborhood was amazing. The rooms were spacious, beautiful in aesthetics, WiFi was strong throughout, & the hospitality of the entire team from Pamela, Gabriela, Cesar & their housekeepers were all top notch. I always came back to my room magically cleaned to the tee & I had their complimentary breakfast almost every morning. The coffee shop at the bottom floor had oat milk for my oat milk lattes, which is relatively hard to find. The panaderia was just down the street, a beautiful park to sit at during evenings, & a bountiful of restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved my stay here & will be staying again. Thanks everyone!

Everything about this place is top notch. The rooms are beautifully adorned and abnormally large. The staff is helpful, responsive, and hospitable. The location is fantastic, close to amazing restaurants and very safe. The only downside was the noise. Because of the size of the hotel, it was possible to hear all of the noises associated with people entering and leaving the hotel, using the stairs, etc. Even so, the experience was magical!

I almost don't want to write a review, because I would like to keep this wonderful gem a secret! La Valise truly went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and easy. Anything we asked for, from mezcal to pharmacy items, the team made sure we had everything we needed/wanted. The daily breakfast with pastries from Rosetta's was also delicious each morning. We stayed in the El Patio suite, which included a cute courtyard with a hammock and swing, as well as a beautiful and large living room and bedroom. This room is on the first floor, so it can be a bit loud, but it wasn't a big issue. Overall, we can't say enough good things about La Valise.

La Valise was a great stay! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The bed was the most comfortable bed of any hotel or Airbnb we stayed at during our trip. The room was gorgeous and the bed going onto the patio was awesome. I definitely recommend staying here while in Mexico City!

La Valise is a little slice of heaven. Conveniently located in an amazing neighborhood with great food and walking, La Valise makes you feel right at home. Each room is unique and after staying in 2/3 I would happily return and be thrilled to visit each one. Love this very unique hotel. Very personalized stay and the staff was lovely. If you want a different high end experience, stay here. Plus you are in the middle of Roma. A very safe neighborhood.

We had the most amazing two nights at La Valise. We switched rooms for the second night due to the La terraza room only being available for the first night but loved the second room just as much if not more! Bath tub on the deck and a bed that rolled out was so cool. The staff are so amazing and made the experience even better- shout out to Elizabeth and Benjamin who are so welcoming and attentive. They made the experience as special as the hotel itself. We will 100% be back! The design, vibe and personal touches made it the most memorable stay and best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely recommend it!
