Aeroméxico put us up here for a night when we missed our connection. Nice hotel. Food was pretty good in the restaurant. Pretty far from the airport (1 hour via taxi).

Beautiful rooms, good security but I always end up with a 20 minute check-out with 3 bills, one for room, one for food and another one for a credit of overcharges. Their billing system is enough for me to consider switching hotel when in the area. Also, their way of greeting you with their hand on the heart is really weird.

The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable. Two things necessary to push this from a 4 to a 5 1. The showerhead, it’s a low pressure rainfall mounted to the ceiling. Find if you like me and you have no hair but no good if you’re my wife and you have lots of hair. Good luck getting the out. 2. I am guessing the walls are somewhat thin as I could hear my neighbours. Otherwise, a comfortable stay, I would definitely come back

Attached to a Mall this hotel offers a perfect stay for Business travelers. Rooms are nicely decorated and after 5years ( my first stay) still in a very good condition.

Our flight in CDMX was canceled and we had to stay for the night 'till next morning for a new flight. Aeroméxico sent us to Fiesta Americana with all expenses paid by the airlan. Very comfy overnight stay here. Rooms are clean and the personal very kind and helpful.

The room was good,however if you like to be treated disrespectfully,misleaded then it's the best place for you! We had food included. When we came to the dinner, we were waiting for 10 minutes till they realized we didn't have menu,which was only in Spanish. They didn't care much when we said we can't understand. It is also very far from Mexico city. I would recommend to stay somewhere else to avoid any drama

If I can give them 7/5 I would do. This hotel is my 2nd home during my visits to Mexico. The staff is amazing and really helpful. Rooms are very nice and well cleaned everyday. If you can chose a room with the open view. Their buffet breakfast is excellent with different type of food that fits everybody diary. The restaurant is a good choice for dinner, but a little bit limited. A big thanks for the whole team

Average rooms, stayed here for new year's celebration. I don't recommend it, the party had a terrible organization, it was like if they were doing it for the first time. It wasn"t worth the price, the service was bad, the band played for small intervals, and the DJ seems improvised. Better look for other options.

Wonderful stay. We where bumped from our Aeromexico flight from Mexico City to Toronto. Aeromexico rebooked us for the next day and gave us vouchers for this great hotel, plus vouchers for taxi to and from Hotel and airport, dinner, lunch and breakfast vouchers plus quite a bit of cash. So eventhough being delayed returning home a day was s disappointment the wonderful service and hotel staff made it all ok!!

Rooms were great, however, the hotel did not accept payment in USD nor any other currency.

I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and courteous staff. I will come again for sure.

Better food and lodging compared to similar hotels in Tlalnepantla...

First time visiting an office location nearby, this hotel was recommended by the people in my company's office. Touted as a new hotel next to the mall, I had to wonder if it was really as good as they were saying it was, especially for the price of under $100USD per night. Well, they were right and more...this hotel is brand new but doesn't exhibit the problems you see from a new business or location. The lobby is on the street level adjacent to the ground level of the mall but rooms are separated by two elevators keeping the room areas secure. The staff was very accommodating (especially Alfredo) and spoke better English than I speak Spanish. My room was amazing for the price! Shower had a rain head and a teak (or some other water resistant wood) stool and all the water is labeled as being sanitary and safe for drinking. Food and beverage options at the hotel were good and I felt like I was being served at a 5-star restaurant for anything I ordered. There is a mall next door with many food options including fast food, sit-down restaurants, an Irish themed bar, a movie theater and a Go-Kart venue. There is a bank with an ATM (Santander I think) and there is a Starbucks right inside the mall entrance as well which provides some good start of the day options for a little cheaper than the hotel. All in all, great hotel in an up and coming location which will get my business every time I visit my company's office in the area.

Nice business hotel. Every room is created for business people. Or if you going for the weekend to the Satelite area is a nice spot to stay

At 40 mins from Airport if you are lucky and traffic is not heavy.

Excellent hotel for business or family stays. The room was as advertised, extremely clean,very firm mattress the way I like it (huge king size bed). First time in my travels I see connections the way are intended to be used by users: full panels including electricity, USB ports (2) and switches on the nightstands, table (did I mention the table in the room?) and underneath the TV. Bigger safe than I have seen in other hotels (will hold a full size laptop easily). Huge restaurant and bar facilities. I was with my wife to celebrate her birthday and even when it was on the 9th and we checked in the next weekend they left a small cake and birthday wishes on hour room for us to find it when we came back. Was a very nice surprise and we were very grateful for this little nice touch. The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive at all moments. Definitely will come back, it's going to be our hotel of choice in Mexico City.

Excellent hotel. Very nice, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are plenty of amenities and extremely comfortable and clean. The fitness center is large and full of machines you need. Very rich breakfast and a good restaurant where food is prepared in front of you, selection of international and Mexican food. Definitely a good bang for the buck

the service of people at desk is extremely inflexible. i had to stay here because aeromexico delayed the flight and i lost the next plane. But the place is really nice, just really far from airport. just the service is extremely rude.
