A beautiful place right at the beach runned by very nice and relaxed people. The beach was almost empty and is great for long walks and surfing. Its remote from any town so prepare to bring some food, use their restaurant (very good prices) or even buy fish straight from the local fisherman! I would definitely recommend it to backpackers and easy-going travelers who prefer prefer nature over luxury.

Mind the gap is one of the best spots on Playa San Diego. Surfing right out front and amazing views with perfect sunsets every night.

An amazing place to stay in Nicaragua. The place is right next to ocean and it has very cool Rancho! The owners are super nice persons, Diego and Morgan. There is an authentic restaurant in their property. Peaceful and comfortable environment definitely.

A super laid back beautiful piece of paradase. Nothing fancy, pretty much the opposite but in a good way. If you are looking for a natural experience this is your place! Showers are made of stone and are placed outside,go surfing all day long, go for a swim in the natural rock pools, walk for hours at the lonely beautiful beaches, walk barefoot all day long if you want... Super easy going, right at the beach. And what a beach! The location is stunning and good for surfing!!!

the parking lot to camp is not so nice, very loud, a lot of work going on around, they burn trash frequently all around which smells very bad, no power at campside, but the most time its windy be careful of the neighbors dog (a black one!) he was biting me on the way back from the shower. the owner is a very nice guy, helpful and the beach is good.

Great hostel, great people. Awesome bar and food. Fantastic location on beautiful, endless beach. Relaxed feelings. Also a steam sauna on Saturdays.

The best Rancho on Playa San Diego. They host events and concerts plus the food is really good. Super cool staff and owners.

I've been staying at Mind The Gap Nica for 2 weeks and can't speak highly enough about it! Besides the great food, cold drinks and free wifi, it's only $5 camping to camp in a great location close to amazing surf
