When we first came here, everything was okay, but the last few times that we've used the grooming services its been horrible in both the Churchill and Republica De Colombia locations. The first time, one dog came back with his eyes severely irritated and the other dog had her eye scratched and we ended up having to bring her to the vet over the course of two months with the hopes that her eye would heal which, luckily it did but due to the negligence they both have eye issues. Last month in January 2020, we brought the three dogs there to be groomed and all three came home sick and required antibiotics over 10 days . We messaged the store, but no one ever responded. Today. we were there with our three dogs and after four hours not one dog had even been washed. There were two other clients there at the same time who left their dogs hours before and their dogs also were not yet be washed or groomed. Inexcusable, especially when you see employees standing around doing nothing.  While we were there dropping them off, we noticed that a dog was on the Grooming table with its mouth taped shut. When I pointed at the dog,  the groomer suddenly popped up and ran to get a muzzle and put it on the dog's mouth over the tape.  We reported it but we did not see the tape removed from the dog while we were there. DO NOT bring your dogs to this grooming place. Horrible experiences over the past several months. They will definitely not be getting my money.

It was well stocked with pet supplies but a little disorganized and many missing prices. As an animal lover it was hard to see the birds and a monkey in the cage with nothing but food and water and no enrichment or toys. The birds are eating a high fat sunflower base diet. The monkey seemed stressed to be alone but was at least given a little stuffed toy to hug and hide his face in. The groom shop looked busy with two dogs on the table. There was one staff member in the dog food aisles helping customers. The rest I couldn't say how their service was. The fish looked pretty healthy, but again, under decorating of the tanks was a concern for me. They were landing new fish in the store when we were there and they had a terrific selection of fresh and salt water species.

Very nice stablishment, though lack of personal for service and guidance while shopping in it. Saw also wrong cat handle, grabbing them by their hair, rather than correctly by the chest or back method. Slow waiting line for payment also.

One of the largest pet shops i have seen , in terms of size and content, but the staff is not very friendly nor helpfull , i had to ask every question twice to the receptionist and she did not even look at my direction.

Quite complete set of services for your pet. Just not so much products for cats.

Shocked to find out there is almost none of the wet food !!! Does everyone feed their animals dry food only ? Really ??

The store and vet services is back to normal so I'll be raising their score to 4 stars. Their vets are very caring and proficient. We have a golden retriever that is a regular customer and he seems very happy with the service. Why not 5 stars? I haven't used this location grooming services due to several stories I've heard. But many many people still go, so i guess it my be a one time bad luck thing. _____________________________ Due to COVID-19, they instated appointment only. I have no idea what for? The place was like any other regular day, with lots of people around. My appointment was for 11am, got there 10:55am, was asked if I had an appointment to get in and at various intervals. 45 minutes later and being asked 5 times if I had an appointment, I just got up and left the place. So my rating for this visit would have been zero.

Expensive, great variety of pet foods!! Scarce on rabbit food. If you find Thimothy Hay buy 2 BAGS or the big one, or your rabbit will go hungry.

Limited variety of fish and animals, but great variety and availability of pet supplies, including fish tanks, nutritional supplements, toys, decorations, cages, filters, etc. It has veterinary service and animal saloon -- pretty popular but I've never use those. Products are good quality although prices tend to be a little higher than average.

Good pet store a little expensive but if you have an emergency, or to find some things is good.

Great service and good variety of pets food.

Open until late which is great. Best dog food I could find in the city, high quality. Dogs bath include everything and the area is visible to everyone so you can watch how they treat your pet.

Friendly staff, took our dog for a grooming session. They did a fantastic job.very affordable prices much better quality of services compared to the pet stores in USA
