The food here is a highlight, you can tell the chef has put in a lot of effort to make every detail right. Absolutely in love with their French toast. I had an americano which was over-brewed I would say. Otherwise it had been a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely come back.

Great coffee shop. Overall very very good fresh coffee. I think they change their blends every so often so finding consistency is difficult. Other than that it's lovely!

Amazing coffee. Taking some home for memories. Right across the river from the castle so an amazing view with seating downstairs, upstairs and outside. The food is also delicious. Staff is great.

The coffee is absolutely delicious. Rich flavours yet smooth and creamy. No syrups available meaning the focus is all on the coffee. They use the best oat milk I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. The cake slices are always unreal. My favourite Saturday morning spot, and Sunday, and every day! I’ve not tried the food but the menu looks varied and reasonable although t it is pretty cramped in there with only a few tables. Make sure to book - it’s definitely worth it!

Nice coffee but waited an age for it. Almost gave up and asked for a refund. Also heard staff advising that there was a very long wait for food. The food I saw being served did look very tasty though.

Very disappointing visit today for coffee. Walked past with family after a visit to the castle on a day out and thought it looked like a nice place to grab some coffees before the long trip home. Walked into shop and young staff were on their phones which wasnt a professional look for the cafe and dressed very casual too unlike other coffee shops which have more of a professional look. Anyway placed the order which came outside to us. We took the drinks to the park with us and turned out that two of the drinks weren't what we had ordered. We went to make our way back to the shop to get them corrected but unfortunately they were closed. Will not be back if cant get a simple order correct.

Visited here with my girlfriend to grab a coffee while we was was on a walk with our dogs. I went into the shop to order the coffee's and over heard the member of staff on the till complaining about the previous customer which isn't very professional. I ordered two hot drinks and went to wait outside for our order and waited over 10 minutes for our drinks which is not exceptable. What we did notice was the young staff were on their phones a lot! We will not return to this place. Also the drink were not very hot!

Great place to have coffee and cake by the river overlooking the castle and looks like they do a good breakfast fry up as well! Check opening times as I believe one day of week either closed or does not do food

Decent little coffee shop with great views towards the castle. Does black pudding - though didn't try. But that's a definite win in my book.

Best Coffee in Tonbridge, excellent food plenty of options and very well priced. Super friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere inside and out with views of the Castle, there is no better place to get coffee in Tonbridge

The food is good but the portions are small considering the price. As others have noted they are pretentious. If you order a filter coffee they tell you how you should drink it. I ordered a full English and asked if they could cook the eggs all the way through but they showed up runny anyway. I asked them to please cook them all the way though and I was grumbled at.

We always forget about this place when looking for somewhere to sit and get a hot drink because it's just off the high street. But this time we went in and were not disappointed. Very chill atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice views over the river Medway and of the doggies that come in. The hot chocolate was the best I've had for a long time and I haven't stopped thinking about it since!! Must've been real chocolate or something and for £3.50 such a good price! Definitely will be back

Really nice coffee and cake in a cosy, scenic location and reasonably priced too. Service was very friendly and quick too, would definitely recommend. Wifi and charging is also available.

The best coffee in Kent. Or maybe the whole of the South East. Really nice people, too, and dog friendly. Recommend wholeheartedly.

A very cozy place to chill and spend time. When we were there the coffee was good, and the owner was very friendly. I liked their coffee art too!

Lovely cafe. Small but always busy and lovely food. Not many breakfast options if you don't eat eggs. The coffee and hot chocolate is not to my personal tastes, I tend to like something a bit smoother and lighter but if you're a bit of a coffee connoisseur who likes an interesting taste I recommend. Brilliant to takeaway while you walk along the river.

A beautiful location in the bank of the river, looking across to Tonbridge Castle. There's seating inside and plenty of space outside too. Food and drinks prices are very good, with a great selection on offer. Staff are fantastic and very helpful, and will happily bring your food and drink to you outside. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from young and friendly staff. Bacon, egg and cheese muffin very tasty as was pot of proper tea (no tea bags here!). Would recommend for light meal.

We have been here several times now and then the coffe and food is really first rate! We had the best full English breakfast ever and the flat white coffee are superb. The service and attention to details are brilliant. If you are in Tunbridge, go here!!!

Fantastic food & hot drinks! Amazing vegan options and dogs are allowed too. Will definitely be back!

The food is nice, but the service and rude staff is a disappointment. It took us way to long to get our coffee and food. The staff mixed up the orders and also, they didn’t bring everything we ordered and payed for. They didn’t say sorry, just said “we don’t believe you, you didn’t order that”.

Great coffee and great food. The almond croissants are amazing and the house espresso is always great. Never disappointed! Best coffee place in Tonbridge.

The best independent coffee in town. Set in a small cafe. Great for takeaways and sitting outside by the river watching the world go by... top class quality and lovely, well trained staff.

Stopped for lunch & coffee- extremely friendly staff, well made coffee and high quality food for a good price. Bought a t-shirt also

Really nice decaff coffee, friendly helpful staff and lovely sitting outside on river opposite the castle.

Great coffee (Australian-level good - I lived in Sydney for five years so feel qualified on flat whites!) but in my experience the cakes and muffins are never fresh, but rather quite hard/dry. Unfortunately the service is usually indifferent, and rarely with a smile. If they sorted these I'd give them 4 stars (the friendliest service, most flavoursome coffee and freshest cakes I've mostly experienced in Australia, so that gets 5 stars).

A nice little coffee place by the river! Good coffee and the pecan tart was delicious!

Hiden gem in tonbridge. A real favorite of mine. Always love the guest blends they have on offer here, service is always bang on and I know I will continue coming here as long as I'm in tonbridge :)

Probably about time i drop a full marks review here. My bank statement pretty much reads 65mm as this place is extremely consistent and easily the best coffee in Tonbridge (I’ve tried them all). Staff are fantastic and a big shout out to Carla, Grace & Reece. Apologies I’m awful with names and it’s taken me 6months to remember those ones, there are others. Food is also spot on for a casual brunch but plan ahead and book a table if you don’t want to be disappointed at the weekend.

I was on a first aid training course in Tonbridge and popped into 65mm for lunch, lovely location along the river and directly across from the castle. I decided to have a cheese toastie as that was fairly simple, what I got was amazing. A cheese with smoke chicken and chipotle in sour dough bread was quiet possibly the best toastie I’ve ever had and the latte was equally as good too. The staff were very friendly and attentive so thank you Grace and Carla for making my lunchtime very enjoyable.
