(Blonde lady with black apron) was rude after i asked to pay with my starbucks card. She said it wasn’t necessary and to just use my normal card, in a very snappy tone. I now go to the bridge link one instead as they are always much nicer to me.

This place is busier than a night club in St Mary’s street at certain times, great for the establishment to rake our monies but not so much for the customers. All the tables are stickier than a back alley brothel, only two functioning toilet at a time (remember coffee is a diuretic) and they run out of certain items from the menu, I mean I want my got’ damn filter coffee. You are better off loitering in another establishment to steal their wifi than here.

Good service & food. Prices are high. Dark interior with not much atmosphere.

No speciality or Christmas teas available. Offered Earl Grey? Lemon loaf cake is the best but expensive per slice. Lovely friendly lady cleaning tables. A pleasure to engage with in conversation.

Nice coffee. Not much space to sit although there's a lot of empty space.

Vicky was really nice and made me like a specific item even more after recommendation. I will never forget. It made all the difference in the world, also the attention and care she paid to me in particularly to explain, I was impressed.

I was served tonight after an incident had happened outside the store by the loveliest lady, I think her name was Gemma. I’d had an awful day and her kindness really cheered me up, and the hot chocolate she made was the best I’ve had from Starbucks- thank you <3

I went to this Starbucks the other day for the first time as the other one I usually go to didn’t have my favourite drink and I was impressed with its excellent customer service, despite being busy. Special shout-out to the guy I think named Luka (?) for being very friendly and efficient even during peak hours.

Great service, cold brew was delicious! But my reason for this post is a thank you to the man serving with blue hair ! He definitely went above and beyond not only surprising me by remembering my name from my order considering he must have served at least 10 people after me but he noticed I was heading to the bathroom with my baby and called out to me to supply me with the key for the baby changing. Then wished me a good day when we left ! It's small acts like this that make someone's day and doesn't go unnoticed ! Thank you !

Terrible service. They got my order wrong (supposed to be 5 shots of caramel syrup but received 0 shots of caramel syrup) and this took 15 or more minutes to sort out. The service to get the 0 shots in the first place, was the slowest I've ever had in a Starbucks with just one person in front of me in the queue.

A dark & very dingy Starbucks full of people plugged into sockets. Awful. Friendly staff work hard in such horrid surroundings. This place is best avoided. There are plenty of far more delightful cafes in this little city.

Great coffee and friendly staff. The fire alarms went off during my visit and we had to evacuate, but the staff kept their cool and were well organized.

Nice little Starbucks to grab a quick coffee. The person serving us with the blue hair was lovely, very good customer service.

I was served a cold cappuccino and blonde women member of staff had a stinking attitude will not be going back.

This starbucks is super busy and unlike many other Starbucks cafes, there us NO ambience. It seemed like an industrial version of what we are use to. The seats are really uncomfortable. Only one small row of seats that you can comfortably sit in. Not a starbucks experience. Their products are good but as far as what Im looking for in a starbucks, I wont be back

Great place for a pit stop after lots of shopping in Cardiff. Sells all of the standard food and drink you'd expect. The staff were taking Covid safety steps really seriously. We managed to get a table seat during the middle of the day too. Only downside was my partner asked for no cream on their coffee and still got it, minor but it happens.

Order was quick and the staff were great when helping my son choose what he wanted to order...

Amazing service, one of the girls working was so good at handling my order as I have a severe allergy and explained what she was doing at every point and how she made sure it was safe for me to have, will definitely be going back here again!xx

My second espresso of the day in a different Starbucks. This is a much quieter store than the first I visited, so I was the only one inside. Fast service, great coffee.

A white mocha from Starbucks is incredible and the best little pick me up for a cold day.

No sanitizer available for customer and the state of store is awful. Cracked tiles and even the light bulbs not working. Aweful for the amount of price you charge. I will be sharing the pictures of evidence as well !!

Internally a bit run down, dirty and needs a deep clean. Had the GF sandwich which is amazing that they do GF option but to be honest it tasted mainly of cheap ham and melted cheap plastic cheese and flown in the microwave and over heated I couldn't eat for a good 5 mins. Mu h improvement needed. Staff friendly enough

I wanted something sweet, iced and with coffee. The woman at the till asked me whether I liked bueno and I trusted her suggestion and she told me to let her know how it was - IT WAS GREAT, THANK YOU!

Three star for the drinks, was taste good as usual. But hygiene was bad this time, the front door was wide open and some flys are around the cashier and operation desk, emm… that shouldn’t happened 😑. Kinda disappointed

Good little Starbucks store situated outside the Hayes. It’s a bit of a weird shape being long and thin. This doesn’t make it as cosy as the other branches as seating can a bit uncomfortable with hard seating. Staff are usually good and haven’t had a problem with speed of service. Compared to other stores, this one isn’t as busy.

Food and drink is great. Tables often have some crumbs on them or are a bit sticky, but nothing major. Friendly baristas too

Popped in after work and was met by such friendly staff! I’m not sure of the ladies name who made my salted maple delight but I hope you have a wonderful 2nd honeymoon in Gran Canaria! ♥️

Decent Starbucks with friendly staff but needs more seating.

When we visited this coffee shop the service was extremely slow. Seating area was very full and extremely dark due to poor lighting. The atmosphere used to be nice here but not anymore. There are plenty of other coffee shops that offer a much nicer experience within the vicinity.

Painfully slow service, a simple got drink took 15mins to make and serve in a take away cup . Watched as the staff moved like they was in a daze.. seriously service issues need to be addressed
