Spectacular collection, there are chairs of all types and from all periods. A history of design through chairs, as its director says.

Recommended! Excellent space for culture and design appreciation. A large collection of objects on permanent display and also temporary exhibitions. Free access, although consider contributing something at will to keep these important spaces open!

(Translated by Google) this museum is a private collection of a gentleman passionate about the history of chairs. the visit is very interesting, however, it is always half empty, it is always better to go in the mornings and insist on the bell without fear until they answer you (at the red door). for more tips on assumption, follow me on insta: @hannahdemoliner (Original) este museu é uma coleção particular de um senhor apaixonado pela história das cadeiras. muito interessante a visita, porém, ele está sempre meio vazio, é sempre melhor ir pelas manhãs e insistir na campainha sem medo até te atenderem (na porta vermelha). para mais dicas sobre assunção, me segue no insta: @hannahdemoliner

Unfortunately it was closed when we came in the listed working hours. From the outside it looks interesting and we would love to see what's inside. It doesn't look like a fancy place though. The other sad thing is that there were no public wifi and it turned out that we came here on Uber but couldn't take it back. The area around is not touristic at all.

Easily accessible, it offers history and architecture at hand, with works by international and national architects and designers, a comfortable place and an option to get out of the routine.

Without a word of a lie, probably the best museum I have been to in my life! The tour was amazing, very interactive and the special exhibit was out of this world (you have to ask to see it however, otherwise they may not mention it - ask to see underwater floating chair) Will definitely return next time I am in asuncion

The MUSA guarantees a truly unique and enriching experience, an essential place for design lovers. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the variety and history surrounding these pieces of furniture. The museum houses chairs dating from the 19th century to the present day, offering a fascinating insight into the evolution of chair design and manufacturing over the years. What really made this visit special was the friendliness and knowledge of the museum owner. His passion for chairs is palpable, and his ability to share historical details and anecdotes about each chair left me in awe. In addition, the museum also featured national chairs, which added a special touch of local identity and pride. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in diving into the world of chairs and furniture design.
