The library is quite nice. The reception staffs are always nice. To go on the second floor, you will need to obtain a visitor card which is limited in numbers. For common area, you can keep your bags. For second floor you need to out your bags in the locker (free of charge). If you have a lap top, there are plastic bags for carriage inside the library. There is a free wifi access with stable connection.

What a beautiful library in London ! . As a dentist, it was interesting that i found really old dental chair there. Perhaps, the oldest dental chair i ever met. The library room is large enough to accomodate all visitors. There are a lot of books about sciences. . It is located near from Euston station. For those who want to visit, this museum is free entrance fee

Students may find free WiFi (eduroam) however you will not find free electricity. All plugs in the library are covered with locked plates. Its a bit funny really… Decided to visit as I was looking for places to study in the city. I did enjoy the exhibit titled "milk" on the ground floor and a tea with milk in the café.

Go to the reading room!! It’s so beautiful and filled with amazing books! HOWEVER- you can’t use plugs in the entire building so be aware of that. It’s a quirky museum with some weird and wonderful things

Nice quiet study space on second floor, with power points and lights at desk. It houses a rare book collection on medical history and so no bags, food or water bottles are allowed in. They have strong clear plastic bags to place the belongings you want to bring in and lockers (that need a £1 deposit) nearby to store your bag (there's also a free cloakroom downstairs). There is a sign in book and then the receptionist will let you through. There are water coolers inside but you can't take cups back to your desk. Places to eat and get coffee on ground and 2nd floor and if you fancy something a bit more relaxed there's the reading room on the 2nd floor too.

It has a lovely reading room (see pictures)space and library to visit while in London or visit to get your creative juices flowing. It's also an easy walk from the to Tottenham Court Road; about 26 minutes.

Hidden gem in the centre of London. An absolutely stunning and well looked after public library in London. If you're looking for somewhere to immerse yourself in reading this is the spot.

Used to love working here, including using the medical collection, but they now restrict the number of people allowed in the library considerably so unless you arrive at the opening time, you can't get in and it's overrun with teenagers revising.

This is a lovely place to hang out. Very welcoming and the staff are helpful and friendly. The library is a good place to study. If you can't get membership, there's a reading room with comfy seating for anyone to use. There are always interesting exhibitions too.

It is a great place to quietly study regardless of what you are studying. You can sign in as a day visitor and use the desks on the 2nd floor. Each desk has a socket for chargers and lamp. You have to leave items such as food or drink in the cloakrooms and just take essentials in with you. I recommend the place.

The library and reading rooms are wonderful things. Not only is the interior design in that classic Wellcome style, it's also just a nice and quiet place to work. They have everything you may need, including water coolers. I work here often.

Nice place with interesting exhibits and a reasonably priced cafe. I wish they had more comfortable seating though in order to work and research.

I've visited on multiple occasions. It's a really nice place to visit and the reading room is a nice place to study. It's exceptionally busy during the school holidays and as it's not the biggest museum, it quickly reaches full capacity. Would still recommend it, especially when there are new exhibitions.

One of my favourite spots in London, especially for working! Also lovely security guards were so helpful when the locker got stuck. Lovely cafe, lovely staff and great facilities.
