Good service and attencion, price is a little over the top, but it is understandable. Food delivery was alright, not so slow but slow nonetheless and I would like at least more variety on the menu.

The trendiest spot among rooftop venues in Asuncion and food is stunning! Nonetheless, the service was subpar, and the service charge was handwritten on the bill, which made for an unpleasant experience.

It's a beautiful place and wonderful views. But my pork was very dry. They forgot to put in the order for my friend's sushi, so it took over an hour to get it. By that time the others had finished eating. To add insult over injury, they insisted on charging my friend full price for the sushi. They could have at least offered him a free drink while he waited an hour for his food.

It is a nice, well manicured place with excellent views, especially at dusk, and with decent staff and above-average service when I was there (not very busy). However, the food was the pits. Not anywhere worth what they charged. I had a California roll; you’d think that wouldn’t be too difficult to get right. It has become ubiquitous. But, you’d be mistaken. There wasn’t any hint of the taste of crabmeat and all I could taste was cream cheese, not even a part of the traditional ingredients. And the green paste wasn’t even spicy. It might just as well have been play dough. If they are going to offer Sushi on the menu they should at least invest in a proper sushi chef.

Overpriced and terrible service. Lame food. Not only their food is disappointing (I had a black seafood risotto half coocked and with a single shrimp), but the absence of service is remarkable. On top of this, my table wss given to another customer even though I was having dinner, drinks and soking argile. For the price, better go to Talleyrand, Maurice, Luna 21 or Negroni.

I got no problem with paying for a good meal, but this was an overpriced and not tasty food.. It's almost like the chef resigned and the cleaning lady was doing the cooking. not worth it. the drinks were good though.

Wonderful site but they are not responsible for the view right? Spectacular room and terrace. Amazing place and views on Asuncion, the river, the Chaco... Very nice staff. They let you enjoy the view and your company but are available anytime you need them. Food: slow to arrive... my tomahawk supposely rare was medium... and our lava cake had no lava. Overcooked. A pity for the price. Japanese menu for my wife. She told me spectacular. As many customers, we knew it but anyway its overpriced for Asuncion. But they were full ... why would they change that?

I had tried this place years ago when they first opened and was not impressed. Especially since it has the "African" vibe I was expecting food that was at least somewhat different than what you can find in every other paraguayan restaurant. But it was the same as other restaurants and unremarkable. Fast forward a few years and a new owner, we've rediscovered the place and been here three times since the pandemic. The food is some of more finer dining we've had in Paraguay, rivals that of the old Luna 21 which was inconsistent but when it was good it was good. The view is amazing and the patio is romantic. Drinks are not too sweet and they have good wine and champagne options. My favorite is the surubi in the cilantro sauce which has a spicy kick. And the lomito I heard was top notch.

ordered the ceviche, and little more acid and picante would help getting the taste to a perfect level.. not an expert on ceviche but after tasting the peruvian ceviche, my palate cannot expect less that great taste LOL. Don't take me wrong, it taste really good and after adding a little more limon, the flavor was great but I missed the picante. Roof top view was unbelievable, great pictures of the view. the chipa guasu was amazing. wine selection and recommendation by waitress can be improved.

So, if busy and buzzing, the atmosphere is great - but overall this place is overpriced for the experience. The service, especially at the rooftop bar, is *awful*. For both times I've been there, I've had to basically push over a waiter for service, even if the place was basically empty and they were all standing around. It's a bummer because the owners have obviously invested a lot into the menu and setup (and the cocktails, for the record, are great!) but the service needs a real overhaul.

The food was great on the first evening, but the very unfriendly security guard didn't let me in the restaurant on the next day. I'm allergic against these gels for desinfection. He laughed about me. Don't wish him this allergy...

👍👍 Very nice experience at Bolsi, I had bife de chorizo rustico with potatoes and fried onions. It was excellent. 400gm of heaven with a cup of malbac and creme brulee to boot. The service was just excellent. Resterant was nice, dining inside but they also had dining outside and had a bakery attached....
