Read
this
before
you
decide
to
spend
your
hard-earned
dollars
here.
I
rarely
leave
negative
reviews
for
restaurants,
especially
while
I
am
overseas
enjoying
my
vacation,
but
my
experience
here
left
me
extremely
disappointed.
We
came
with
high
expectations
for
authentic
Peruvian
cuisine,
as
it
was
recommended
by
a
relative.
Allow
me
to
highlight
a
few
points.
Firstly,
let's
discuss
the
quality
of
the
food.
We
ordered
ceviche,
specifically
salmon
ceviche,
as
an
appetizer,
and
it
was
mediocre
compared
to
what
I
have
had
at
other
Peruvian
restaurants.
Moving
on
to
our
main
dishes,
we
ordered
risotto
and
ribeye
steak
with
spaghetti.
Unfortunately,
it
took
over
50
minutes
for
our
main
dishes
to
be
served.
The
waitress
attributed
the
delay
to
a
large
number
of
backed-up
orders,
but
it
was
puzzling
because
half
of
the
tables
were
empty.
Moreover,
the
doneness
of
my
ribeye
steak
(I
ordered
it
"jugoso,"
which
is
medium
rare
in
Spanish)
was
unevenly
cooked,
with
one
side
raw
and
the
other
side
medium.
It
was
clear
that
it
was
cooked
on
only
one
side.
As
for
the
risotto,
it
was
average.
Secondly,
let's
talk
about
the
service.
This
is
probably
what
upset
me
the
most.
Initially,
before
complaining
about
the
long
delay
with
our
food,
the
waitress
provided
us
with
courteous
attention.
However,
as
soon
as
we
asked
about
the
whereabouts
of
our
main
dish,
her
attitude
immediately
changed.
Not
only
did
she
fail
to
apologize,
but
she
also
gave
us
an
obnoxious
facial
expression
and
continued
with
a
bad
attitude.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
it
is
your
choice
whether
to
give
this
restaurant
a
chance,
but
if
I
had
the
choice,
I
would
look
for
somewhere
else.
P.S.
We
went
to
this
restaurant
on
Wednesday.
