Worst place to take you loving baby if it’s an emergency, specially at night… 😡😭 it takes forever to get updates from them, they lied about “monitoring” the situation, their “vet on call” is always tired and their “assistants” are only good to get whatever money may cost upfront😡They told us our baby was getting better ( that they “just” checked on her👀) and 10 minutes after that…we got her dead body in our arms, completely cold and stiff with dry blood on her tail💔😭🙏🏻They never take responsibility for their mistakes and on top of that, their bill is ridiculously high .

It is the best veterinary hospital and Pet shop in Asuncion. All professionals do everything possible to ensure that pets are well cared for and everything is hygienic and gentle for them. They also have a 24-hour emergency service. We have treated and neutered our Shih-tzu there and everything has been extremely good.
