The best interior of Pramita Laboratorium I've ever seen. Feels like come in to 4 star hotel. Such a luxurios design for a laboratorium. All the staffs are kind and helpful. I think I won't complain if I need to wait for long time, because the place is really comfortable.

Two thumbs up for this perfect place to get your health needs being attended by the most polite & helpful team of medical professionals. Anywhere in the island, laboratory facilities are mostly dingy, manned by bare-minimum staff, or even crowded by sick clients as they have specialists sharing the same space with the laboratory. Except at Lab. Klinik PRAMITA - I seriously thought that I entered the wrong building as their lobby is luxurious, AC set to the temperature that is comfortable, and of course, top-notch service standards by all staff members, and high-end X-ray machine for dental (which was the reason for my visit). I totally recommended this place, and if you happen to have non-urgent need for blood work etc., do ask for their special price as they offer special discounts on Thursday.

The service and staff are all five starred! The rooms are also clean. The price might be a bit more expensive than other lab, but you pay the price. The results can be sent through email. The only downside is the parking area, it’s very limited for 5 cars, you might have to park nearby

My wife went there to do a dental X-Ray for a specific tooth as requested by our dentist. The X-Ray technician, a young guy who was preparing my wife for the procedure was very unprofessional, very impatient, very rough and rude. He literally was forcefully placing the X-Ray plate between her gum n tongue, hurting her so painfully. My wife had to stop him. The end result of the X-Ray as comment by our dentist " was not taken properly ". This is our 1st such encounter of a horrible staff in Bali. I don't recommend coming to this place, there are many better laboratories in Bali.

Attended this laboratory for a specialised scan, was in and out within 15 minutes. All equipment is up to date, staff are very friendly,efficient, waiting area is clean and comfortable ( aircon) you pick a number from machine inside front entrance and wait for it to pop up on the big tv screen. Big shopping complex right next door so you can go for a snack/coffee etc whilst they prepare your pictures ( they are given to you on a USB stick) easy

The experience for panoramic dental x-rays here is very good. From security, customer service to x-rays, the service was very good. The atmosphere inside is also very comfortable. Please maintain the service.

I visited today for a panoramic dental scan with a referral from my dentist in Legian. The receptionist insisted on seeing my passport, which I had not brought with me. I do not see the relevance of a passport, particularly when there is no medical insurance claim involved. Eventually we managed to move forward, and from here the service was fast, friendly and professional. The price was good. The only downside was getting there from Seminyak. Only 9 kms by google maps but about an hour there and 40 mins return in a taxi due to traffic. The scan itself took less than 10 mins. I would recommend this business.

Very expensive. If you have to do many blood tests it's a fraction in Thailand, Vietnam, etc. Spammers. I asked them multiple times to remove me from their mailing list. It's positive that they have a wide range of blood tests, it's very clean and professional.
