SO NOT WORTH IT!!!! I've been waiting for approximately 3 hours from the set time of 6-8 PM, but a few minutes before 8 PM, I was told I couldn't get the treatment because it would be CLOSED. Why did you ask in the first place if you couldn't get the treatment? Why weren't you informed earlier? REALLY BAD SERVICE!! !

The staff has very bad service, not friendly and always makes an unpleasant face when cast members come, where else can there be employees who bring children and are very noisy in my opinion... Especially with the response that says "if you don't want to wait then that's fine" is very inappropriate for service to castamers

BROOOO😭😭 Do you want to cut your hair a little, from below the waist to above the armpits???? even though at first the lady said it was still far below the armpits :( as well as the keratin treatment here, the hair straightener was very rough, 40% of it hit the scalp when I said oh, she didn't SAY SORRY, then because the straightener was so rough, the hair pulled, so a lot of it came out/broke, this is what happened now. Some hair is long, some is short, dry, curly (you understand hair that breaks because of pulling?) WKWK GG COEGG, even though the staff got hit on the scalp once, they immediately said "oh, sorry" even though from the start NO ONE SMILED AT ALL:( Honestly, it's sad. , at least I can't wear short hair, instead it's cut this short and it ends up being damaged, even though before this I had keratinization done once at a small salon but it wasn't destroyed like this:(

If it's already closed, just tell me honestly, don't keep accepting customers, but it doesn't work, it's not right, but customers won't enforce it.
