I did my lymphatic massages here. The ambience was everything. Kayla is excellent, professional and very personable. I enjoyed my experience very much. She is quite knowledgeable. Definitely would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Had a tooth whitening today and it was amazing! Julia was so darling and did a wonderful job. Super relaxing spa atmosphere and 10 shaded whiter teeth in 20 minutes. Win win! Highly recommend.

My first visit for a Brazilian and I am happy Cloud 9 was the place I chose! Beautiful serene energy when you walk in, from phone contact to in person, everyone was upbeat,friendly and helpful. I've been waxing for awhile so I knew what to expect, but Madisen still made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! This was the most comfortable Brazilian I've ever gotten with such minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Cloud 9.

The office has a very calm and chill vibe when you walk in. Kayla was very informative & answered all my questions I had. She made my first chemical peel experience really good. I liked that she included a post peel kit for me. 10/10 would recommend!
