I recently had the pleasure of dining at Peru Caters Peruvian restaurant that left an indelible mark on my culinary journey. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I knew I was in for a treat. The combination of exceptional food, exemplary customer service, and an ambiance that transported me to the heart of Peru made it an unforgettable experience. Let's start with the star of the show: the food. Every dish that graced my table was a delightful masterpiece that showcased the rich and diverse flavors of Peru. The culinary team clearly understood the intricacies of Peruvian cuisine, as each bite transported me to the vibrant streets of Lima. From the first taste to the last, the food was simply exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was nothing short of artful. What truly set this restaurant apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff members were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their passion for Peruvian cuisine was evident in their willingness to share stories and provide detailed explanations of each dish. They guided me through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that allowed me to explore new and exciting flavors. Their genuine enthusiasm created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest. Moreover, the overall experience was flawless. The restaurant's decor exuded a charming Peruvian ambiance, transporting me to a world of vibrant colors and cultural authenticity. The attention to detail in creating an immersive dining experience was commendable. The seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff ensured that the service was prompt and efficient, without compromising on quality. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, making it an ideal setting for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. Ordered takeout via Uber Eats. I had ordered here before when they were in a food hall but I was excited to see that they had opened a new location in Itasca. As a foodie, I am always looking to support small local businesses and especially ones with unique cuisines. Peruvian food isn’t as pertinent around the area and it is very underrated. Decided to order the Aji De Gallina which is a creamy chicken dish and the ceviche. I was blown away by both the quality, flavor, and even presentation (very good for takeout). It’s the little things like these that let you know that they care. The variety of flavors and ingredients in each dish are very unique, complex and work well together. The serving size was great as well. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to try something new.

Incredibly delicious and authentic Peruvian food! We’ve ordered multiple times from Peru Caters, the most recent time was a large party order. Everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavor and the portion size is great as well. This has become a staple in our monthly restaurant rotation. Add them to your list!

Rosa & Willy are phenomenal hosts and cooks. Their recipes keep you coming back for more. Super authentic cuisine, and they treat you like family. I'll be sending everyone I know here. Must try their mixed stir fry and chichi morada drink - ask Rosa how it's made. :) enjoy.

This is a small family owned business. You are greeted by owners as you walk in and the space feels like home. When trying new place, we usually order our favorites (ceviche, lomo saltado, and seco). It didn’t disappoint! You can tell they carefully pick good quality ingredients especially if it’s the star of the dish. Ceviche wasn’t chewy and too fishy and they customize just the right spiciness. They mastered that real lomo saltado! The char grill taste and the meat not gamy or cheap. And the seco stew with crispy yuca was the best comfort food for the gloomy weather. This family based their Peruvian style food from Lima and you can tell how passionate they are on making their costumers happy. Portions are good size and the green sauce/aji is very similar to those serve in those famous chicken spots in Peru 🇵🇪! The 30min drive here was very worth it! Can’t wait to come back for their other dishes
