*Building
5/5:*
I
moved
in
on
New
Years
day
into
one
of
the
co-living
units.
The
building
itself
is
great
~
big
gym,
free
kombucha
on
tap,
and
plenty
of
co-working
space
for
remote
workers,
which
was
a
big
plus
for
me.
Some
TVs
are
easier
to
connect
to
than
others
(the
ones
with
the
"wireless
collaboration"
feature
works
great)
and
overall
very
nice
shared
spaces.
*Tour
&
Application
4/5:*
The
application
process
was
okay.
I
applied
pretty
close
to
Christmas,
so
it
was
tricky
to
ask
some
questions
with
most
people
off
and
as
a
result,
ended
up
overlooking
the
"convenience"
fee
(for
paying
with
credit
card)
because
I
spent
many
hours
reviewing
the
lease
and
asking
during
the
tour
about
all
the
fees.
Unfortunately,
none
of
that
mentioned
the
convenience
fee
and
there
was
barely
visible
sentence
that's
easily
missed
on
the
payment
page.
Thankfully
the
manager,
Jim
was
very
understanding
and
compensated
it
since
I
didn't
really
have
a
chance
to
ask
since
I
had
to
pay
on
Xmas
day
**Suggestion**:
Make
this
convenience
fee
more
clear
in
the
lease
and
email
communications
*Move-in
process
4/5:*
The
move-in
instructions
email
was
okay
but
missing
2
important
things:
1)
Bedsheets
are
NOT
included,
so
be
sure
to
bring
your
own.
The
move-in
instructions
do
not
mention
this
nor
the
common
website
(I
checked
both
before
moving).
2)
The
instructions
mention
a
mailbox
key
should
be
on
the
nightstand
but
there's
really
only
2-3
keys
for
a
4
person
co-living
unit.
That
said,
Keegan's
been
super
helpful
in
helping
with
packages
and
the
new
locker
system
resolves
the
need
for
a
mailbox
key.
Some
other
points
to
note:
-
The
Common
app
has
some
outdated
info,
mentioning
weekly
cleaning
when
it's
actually
every
other
week.
-
Cleanliness
of
my
room
was
good
except
that
it
was
pretty
dusty
in
some
areas.
Nothing
major
though.
