This isn’t about the actual doctor / nurse in the back room taking information for the doctor. That experience itself was absolutely fine, but I’ve never experienced a more disrespectful and off putting front desk staff and also the billing desk. You can say please and thank you to the front desk and they will absolutely ignore you and just act very cold. Like you can tell they hate their jobs or something? I also wasn’t expecting the billing desk to blatantly laugh in my face when I had enough to cover my copay besides 57 cents. I just switched my insurance and this is my first time using it, so thank you for that awkward situation! I just wasn’t expecting such offputting vibes and I will not be back again despite the actual doctor being flawless. Maybe look into hiring people that are at the very least polite.

Came to see an ENT due to my daughter who is non verbal breathing loudly the doctor was patient with us how ever I feel like he didn’t really try, after assessing her he sent us home and said to follow up with a sleep apnea doctor and I felt like I had no help. I reached out to another ENT as I didn’t feel the assessment was to my liking and we are now scheduled for surgery elsewhere to remove adenoids due to severe blockage.

I had the most horrific experience here . I was referred here by my primary care doctor and saw Dr.Patel. I had a bad ear injury in both ears from flying. I had to get tubes in both ears to help with the pressure. Dr. Patels bedside manner is absolutely terrible. He was dismissive, uncaring, and rude. He numbed me with medicine that hurt tremendously going into my ear canal and when I complained of pain he told me “kids do this all the time it shouldn’t hurt this bad . You should’ve taken Tylenol if you have a low pain tolerance”. After my procedure he takes off his gloves “then tells me if you’re in pain take Tylenol”. I had an ear injury which means my canal was already irritated, and you tell a patient that who is scared and in pain . His nurse was absolutely amazing and I could tell that she had way more compassion. After a couple weeks of having the tubes and them hurting so bad and not in my ears properly I had them taken out . Again Dr. Patel was dismissive and frustrated by the pain I was feeling . After having them out I decided to go to a different state to have my treatment done . I already had damage to my ear and the new doctor informed me the tubes I had were improperly done which caused more damage . Please please do your research and go somewhere else .

The people who work in the allergy clinic are wonderful: professional, friendly and on-time. The facility, however is the worst. It is old, in a basement of a building with a rickety old elevator. It is dark, dingy and unprofessional. The walls need to be painted and are full of marks. It seems dirty. There was a sewage pipe that broke in the building. Time for new space.

HORRIBLE! I was in the ER and was referred to this group to make an appointment. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude! She kept laughing at me when I asked to get in this week per the ER doctors request. I am in a lot of pain and to have the girl laugh at me multiple times was just heartbreaking. I had to call my PCP to let them know the situation. If I could give them 0 stars I would! They can’t get me in for over 2 weeks and I am currently unable to hear out of an ear and in extreme pain with an infection that won’t clear up.

Writing this just after getting my splints removed from septoplasty + turbinate reduction surgery for a deviated septum/sinus issues and I was utterly speechless at how drastically surgery fixed my breathing. I was new to the area and really anxious about seeing doctors in a whole new area/state I’m not familiar with. I’m so glad I went to ENT Surgical Consultants (Joliet location). The whole process went exactly like they described. They have everything down to a T. Front desk staff can definitely be a little intimidating at times, but I promise you you’re in great hands with Dr. Mehta. I am so glad that he does the consult/clinic work and the surgery. If I had to do it again, I’d choose them 100%.

Dr. Weishaar is awesome. He is very kind and intelligent. Thank you for seeing my son and really going the extra mile to try figure out what’s causing his problems. I greatly appreciate you!

Bad at answering any messages left. Never received any call back. That office is consistently overbooked meaning long wait times for their patients! Even a 8 am appointment was 1/2 hour late
