About 10 years ago, my father and mother started living in the facility and I would visit weekly. Now our mutual friend is a resident there. After comparing multiple long care facilities, we decided Niles Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was the right choice for our family. The Korean director, Mrs. Cho is very kind and accommodating to the residents and families. The staff take great care of the residents and provides personal care and attention to each individual. The director communicates immediately with any concerns and is responsive to our inquiries. Our family is grateful for the wonderful care given to our family and friends at the facility.

My grandmother came here following a stroke she suffered and was bedridden. My family was very disappointed if not infuriated with a number of aspects of her treatment. My mother had to argue with the staff to give her the proper painkilling medicine she needed to deal with extreme pain she was in instead of the ibuprofen they tried to give her instead. There was also how my grandmother's clothes went missing from her dresser.

The staffs here are amazing. They bend backwards many times to help my mom and other elderly. Their dedication and love for their residents are exceptional. I honor their serving hearts. If your parents are Korean and have some issues mentally, Korean elderly choir can be very helpful where inner healing could occur naturally while singing and praising. Shout out to very experienced Nursing and CNA staffs tirelessly caring for helpless elderly residents. A big shout out to Korean director (Mrs. Cho - 사모님) and her Korean activity team where their action speaks for itself and deserve my respect and honor. Of course, thank you for social workers and the administration team. They made the transition to nursing home very easy and painless. If there is 10 stars, they deserve it.

My mom lived here for at least five years Dr dellesantos wherever you are thank you for getting my mom here they did a good job with my mom caring stafff kind and willing Sheryl the front desk lady helped my mom use the phone to call me!!! Mom is being well taken care of. There is shown genuine love and care from the staff. Though family must do their part to assist. This is vital to work with the staff consistently.

I've been an employee in the Korean activity dept for 13 months now & I have come to love this place very much. The entire staff is so warm & kind & they are working hard to meet everyone's needs. Getting connected is key & i have seen our dept including Mrs cho, do so well in keeping our Korean residents happy, social, & active. I also enjoy connecting with the residents. I hope to work here as long as I can. All other staff do a great job round the clock keeping the residents cared for. Big Thank you to all. I cannot say enough about my mom’s care and Rehab recovery At this facility . The Team effort of the Director, Divine, Nurse Suzatte, CNA Norie, the Rehab Therapy Team, and a few kind residents, my mother is prospering miraculously. I have been to Many nursing homes and the most important key to recovery is the quality of care. The above Team members have demonstrated Such great quality of care thus far With my mother who is able to miraculously walk With assistance, laugh, and gain weight. I cannot imagine her anywhere else Without this Team. Thank you Divine, Suzatte, Norie, Physical Therapy Team, and residents in assisting with my Mother’s recovery. You Are appreciated beyond words.
