First time in this place and will be my last. The gentleman that was working had a tude and was not helpful at all. The guy made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him by trying to ask questions and he had not 1 nice answer for me. He was not knowledgeable in the products I was looking at and was just sitting there puffing away on his juice vape like he was just wanting me to leave the store. The prices seemed pretty high too and when I said that he agreed and said ya they are probably cheaper online.

Great service always has what I want and the manager is easy on the eyes😉😉😍 the improvements that the shop has made is impressive and the staff is the best around.

I purchased the $200 Pulsar Sipper yesterday specifically because I was told it won’t burn flower. That it will just heat it up. Turns out, it does burn the flower and they won’t accept a return on it now. So I’m stuck with this item. Carmen was the lady I spoke to that won’t take the return.

I personally don't smoke anything but the store has gorgeous glass smoking pipes and bongs. I'm sure they are made by artists. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Nice selection of gummies. The store is also organized and clean.

Cool place, and the customer service here is excellent! In particular, the tall gentleman with arm tattoos is immensely helpful, polite, and knowledgable. Always remembers the flavors I like and does a great job recommending new ones.

Called in and asked for a price on butane, was told they don't give prices over the phone. So, I called another shop in cp, got a price and went directly in for my purchase. Maybe don't keep your prices a secret.
