    I don't usually write a review although when the service is this amazing over several interactions I feel I owe it to tell locals to praise Laurel BMW. I have had multiple service agents over the years that were mostly good. Specifically in my opinion, James Randall needs to be singled out as a service agent who is honest, straight forward, educated, kind and will follow the workmanship to the end. If he does not like the finish product he will take care of it to make it right, even without you knowing. He has excellent communication skills and will keep you updated on the service being performed. I feel he embodies what you would expect from a luxury brand's service department with his attention to detail and demeanor. Words do not tell the full story of his care and I express my appreciation of James despite him being a Packers fan!!!

    Extremely disappointed in the service department. Multiple repairs in a few weeks, extremely expensive, and very poor customer service. And when I complained, the manager just walked away from me. I’m stunned. If I could give zero stars, I would.

    Just adding unnecessary services even to brand new cars. Feels like a sleazy cheap car repair place that want to steal your money by adding things you really don’t need. Prices are also laughable, you can get the same service for half the money at ANY independent Bmw repair store.

    I would highly recommend Laurel BMW of Westmont's car service, it was 10/10. The customer advisor, Dean, was very professional, friendly, helpful & offered me the best solution for my vehicle. Definitely coming back. Thanks a lot!

    Michael Buzzelli is the best in the business. Hands down one of the best service department in the United States of America! He always keeps you updated and returns your calls right away. All around great service staff and beautiful new service center. They completely serviced my 2010 650i and really made it shine in the detail department.

    I've been going here to get my vehicle serviced. My service advisor James Randall was extremely kind, professional, and understanding of my needs. I felt welcomed by him to be a part of the BMW family and will be coming back to this location for any of my vehicle needs whether it be for sales or service. Thanks again!

    Laurel BMW in Westmont Illinois is the best service center in midwest. From the service adviser to the service technician they are all the BEST in customer service and taking care of my car.I rated them ABOVE AND BEYOND. To my service advisor Jay Boise you're the best.

    CJ is a fantastic professional salesman woman. She had worked with us twice when she has not had the car we needed. Even though she could not make a sale she wsd beyond nice to us and gave us indispensable advice. I can't wait to buy a car from her.

    I needed a part, and normally I've always gotten a courtesy 10% discount at this and other BMW locations. When I asked for a discount, they guy said, "Exactly for what reason? I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but why should I give you a discount?" I replied, "Because I'm a repeat customer, and I've always gotten a small discount from any BMW dealership." He refused to give me any sort of discount, but pointed out that if I was a member of some Chicagoland BMW car club, I could get 15% off just for being a member. All I had to do was go to the club's website, sign up and wait to get my card from them in the mail. He also kept reiterating how he wasn't being a jerk. I didn't have time or patience to continue escalating the issue, so I paid full price at $90-something dollars. Well, older Hispanic guy working the parts counter on a Saturday, you WERE a jerk, and I will be getting my parts from ANY other BMW dealership besides Laurel BMW from now on. I'm sure you don't care, but you lost a customer over less than a measly $10 dollars. Great job, jerk!

    Quick , thorough and high level of service. They do what is needed, they care about the vehicle and user experience. Maybe not cheapest, but I think good value.

    Scheduled my 2024 BMW x5 for “oil change and wiper fluid only” 2 days prior and made stipulation that vehicle had to be ready/returned by 3pm or I would re-schedule. They said “no problem” They came to my job around 11am to pick it up. Then, after a couple hours, I get an estimate for almost $900 service needed for engine performance, tires rotated, alignment and wiper blades. I told them only the oil and fluids. I had to state this multiple times. They continue on my regular scope (i assumed) until 3:15 pm I still hear nothing. I call and ask status and they said it would be ready by 4:30! I had to call even when i made sure to state how important 3pm was. They decided on their own to perform idrive update without my permission also. As I get there to pick up my car, i waited another hour. I received a text from James that the cashier would have my paperwork “in 3 minutes” - 20 minutes later still nothing - turned out he forgot to give it to her and she had to hunt it down after me showing her the text from him. I will not be going back and using a different vehicle for my 2024 X5 and my future BMW purchases will be elsewhere. They also broke the mirror on my last x5 and never made it right because it was aftermarket. Worse service I have dealt with on a continued basis.
