    I dropped by the AutoZone in Blue Island recently and was genuinely impressed. The staff knew their stuff and were super helpful. I easily found what I needed, thanks to the neat layout. Their advice was on point, too. If you’re looking for car parts or some good advice in the area, this is the spot!

    I like this location because of costumer service. Isn’t just like the other auto parts stores I have a lot close to me but the interaction to you customers it’s a the plus Keep getting that kind of stuff and all good you have.

    I went there they have an advertised sale! I took a photo and the salesman still didn't honor the sale. He told me that the prices just went up but that doesn't matter, there is an advertised price, totally ridiculous. Manager didn't correct the price

    I've only been here with a friend a few times but when we got my car engine checked with the machine I was not happy about them letting my friends do the machine and check the codes on my car and not the employee working.

    Terrible, never again never again will I use them. I ordered a part online same day home delivery was offered, so I selected that option. A little while later I received a phone call saying they only deliver part of the order and that I would need to come into the store and pick up the other part as they cannot deliver it. No problem I’ll come first thing in the morning. The parts had been ordered the payment is pending and I have several emails confirming my order with instructions to come to the store with my email my ID and the card used for the purchase. I received an email saying my order was ready for pick up, I received an email asking if I was still coming to pick up my order at 7:13AM, I arrived at the store less than an hour later for them to tell me: we can only look up orders with a phone number, and your phone number pulls up nothing; your name pulls up nothing; the email, order number and barcode you were emailed mean nothing, and we don’t have any orders waiting for pick up, we do not have the part even in stock. What a waste of my time. Never again😡

    Auto zone's expertise is severely declining. The higher in of teenagers who only know how to be cacky of what's on the computer screen but have no knowledge of what they are talking about. Also ever since they put a new teen manager....she has attitude and zero customer service experience. I'm at auto zone often and have 4 cars under their records....so I'm there often... I been having problems with their warranties ( denied) just because the manager doesn't want to bother to search for the receipt....they just tell you you are not on the system or bring your receipt....after proving the receipt I was still denied the warranty under a new loop hole invented by the manager on site. ( 8/25/2023). Auto zone was my first choice for all my vehicles repairs...but they are making me take my business somewhere else do to ignorance and careless atension to customer service. Sadly auto zone is the new start buck's hangout atmosphere. This cacky teens make you do a few trips back to the store because they often give you the wrong parts even if you requested to doble check to avoid problems and delays.

    Took car in to get battery change, the manager installed batter wrong way and cables causing the computer system ,alternater and fuese, new battery drained,now it is not drivable, my car 2017 Volkswagen passet, AUTO ZONE, DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID ,5,647$ CANT BE LEAVE THAT A MANAGEMENT DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL A BATTERY! ANOTHER HEAD MANAGER CHRISTIAN GARCIA, CALL CORPORATE, THEY WANT TO PAY FOR A LITTLE FUES! Please please please, don't go to AUTO ZONE IN BLUE ISLAND ILLINOIS 12000 WESTERN NOW MY CAR SEATING AT VOLKSWAGEN DEALER ALL BECAUSE OF AUTO ZONE BIG BIG MISTAKE, SORRY IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT!!!! BOTH MANAGEMENT PERSON ARE RESPONSE ABLE CONNEL AND CHRSTIAN GARCIA. KNOW THIS A LEGAL MATTER.

    I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to a employee named "Andre" at the blue island location. I came in for a new battery. I spoke with this guy. He responded quickly determining what I needed for my vehicle. He was so polite and courteous when speaking. He double checked everything , explained my options, explained the process, the pricing and about the product/warranty. At the time of purchase and payment he provided me with great service. I was so impressed and I was grateful for this service. My car is running great! Thanks Andre, you rock! Dr. L

    Store manager Adreand was rude, every time I asked a question he acts as if I was getting on his nerves. He tried to tell me that the new battery I just bought was showing 100% then when I asked to see the scan he told me I don’t need to see it because I would not now what I was looking at and he is telling me what the number is. After going back and forth he let me see the number and it said 70%. This is totally unacceptable. The Location is 3040 Mannheim in Franklin park Illinois

    Clean small store, most likely would have to order an item and wait a day or two. Did not help me with my battery, do not come here looking for help because they do not care, I don’t even think they know how. To be fair, I wouldn’t want to do it either , I’m not trained in that hahaha seems dangerous but I guess I’m off to oreillys

    Since August 3, 2022 I’ve been patiently waiting for Carmen from the Auto Zone Chicago regional office to call me back in regards to two issues with the 12000 S. Western, Blue Island location. I notified corporate so that I wouldn’t have to make a trip back to this location to get my refund but apparently corporate is too busy to respond. Carmen assured me that she would handle my situation yet there has not been any follow ups. Meanwhile since that time, I’ve called the corporate office twice and I’ve left messages but no one has bothered to call me back. I was double charged $48.49 (which is ridiculously high considering Walmart sells the same can for $25🤦🏽‍♀️) for one can of Freon and the store (number 2579) located at 12000 S. Western Ave. Blue Island, Illinois would not allow me to use my tax exemption. I was told that I would have to register it with the corporate office. (The mechanic that I used is in that area so that’s the only reason that I went here because it was convenient). Fast forward to today 8/24/2022 and I’ve waited for 13 minutes before the store manager Frank picked up the call. I told him that it was wrong for a customer to have to hold that long for someone to pick up. He stated that he had a long line of people so I had to wait until they helped everyone in the store since apparently phone calls obviously are not a priority when it comes to customer service. I explained my situation to Frank and he said that he would be leaving work within the hour and that he would let another store manager Liz know to expect me and that she would handle my refund. I don’t shop at Auto Zone unless I absolutely have to for the aforementioned reasons. They up charge on everything and their customer service sucks!

    Great customer service from a young man named Abraham . I came in for some parts, I was unsure of what I needed and he was able to walk me through my issue and explain what was necessary. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient with me.

    I was able to get the part I needed with no problem. I hate that because of the Pandemic EVERYWHERE is impersonal now!! I have been shopping at this Auto Zone for at least (10) years and the guys used to ask if you needed help with the parts you bought but, now they just sell them and don't care anymore. God allowed a guy to help me out in the parking lot. Thank You that Good Samaritan Gentlemen still exist!

    This location needs diversity and inclusion at this location. The employees don't wear name tags, unprofessional, lack accountability, and integrity. "Lacking diversity creates adversity".

    Stopped in during a very busy time .& was assisted by a gentleman with the name Abraham . As a woman i know nothing about cars & I appreciate that He was very polite & informative . While i was there i witnessed him answer all my questions , assist other employees with transactions .& offer insight on another employee/customer situation . His ability to juggle multiple customers/concerns & not display any emotions of frustration or being overwhelmed handled in a timely manner was very admirable. Abraham displayed impeccable work ethic .& should be considered a great asset to AutoZone .

    Excellent customer service. Teresa is a quick cashier got me in and out. Andreas came outside in the rain to help me change my headlight bulb. Visit was less than 10 minutes. Bulb was reasonable! All around good experience. I'll be back!
