    Andrew was my service advisor when I arrived at the dealership. Andrew always greets me with a friendly smile and always asks how my day is going, he adds a personal touch that for the most part is missing in today's interaction with people. Andrew always exceeds my expectations, making sure the service gets done within the time frame given, and that ultimately, I am happy with my whole experience. Andrew has a tremendous understanding when it comes to customer satisfaction and making sure the customer leaves his dealership satisfied with services provided. I always look forward to seeing Andrew, because I know he will make sure the service and my satisfaction is his top priority!

    I called three times (different days) to get a service appointment. The first time, I had to navigate a series of automated menus until directed to a live person. Then phone rang for, no exaggeration, nearly 15 minutes. No one answered so I eventually I hung up. The second time was more of the same. Endless menus and ringing. No live person ever picked up. The third, I finally got a live person in Service. They were nice but couldn’t answer my question about a tire swap including delivery and storage. So they transferred me to someone in Parts who was also nice but couldn’t answer my question and said they need to speak to someone in Service. They put me on hold for another 7-8 minutes. When they finally returned they took my number and said someone from Service would call to answer my question and schedule an appointment. No one ever called back.

    These guys are legit! Mo, my salesperson, handled the sales process masterfully. Super professional, kind, thoughtful, fair, and direct. Total pro! And when we had an issue with the title, Ihsan and the finance/titling team was on top of it in a jiffy. You really can't go wrong buying here; they have quality cars, excellent people, and superb service!

    Overall incredibly easy service experience. The online scheduling tool worked great and the service manager was fast, knowledgeable, and very kind. The service waiting area is very nice and I was able to get work done, join conference calls, etc with good wireless and coffee & snacks. The car was done in about 90 minutes and came back nicely washed. I typically do all of my own maintenance but am required to have my company car serviced at the dealer (paid for out of my own pocket), so the eye-watering cost for an oil change and inspection was quite unpleasant. Oversll, I’m very glad to have a good dealership near my house and will be back.

    Even though we purchased our Audi Q8 all the way from Appleton, WI (because they were the only dealer that had the late 2020 model I wanted!), I knew I would be coming to Audi Westmont for all my service needs. Great decision -- they are always very professional and courteous and keep my beautiful vehicle in tip-top shape. My most recent 40K maintenance service visit was handled by Kaitlyn, and she was awesome. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when explaining all the services that were included in my Audi Care Plan and which ones were suggested or optional. When I learned there was more work that needed to be done on the vehicle than I had planned (while I was going to wait at the dealer lounge), she immediately secured a loaner for the day so my busy day could continue uninterrupted. She provided excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership!

    I regret to say that I cannot leave a positive review after my recent experience. When I purchased my car from a now-retired salesperson named Fred, a complimentary detail after a year was part of the deal. Upon returning to fulfill this service, my expectations were not met. I reached out to the sales manager and brought my car in for the promised detailing. Unfortunately, after waiting for several hours, the job was poorly executed. The car wasn't cleaned properly, and there was even excess cleaning fluid left on the mats. I took pictures and sent them to the sales manager, but the issue was not resolved, and eventually, my emails were no longer responded to. Additionally, there were issues with the service from the mechanics. During a previous visit, they were supposed to replace the cabin filter, but my new mechanic discovered that it had been improperly installed, simply left hanging rather than being correctly placed.I had high hopes for my experience with this dealership, but I am left feeling let down. I really wish things had turned out differently

    This was my first time buying from Audi Westmont. I had previously bought from another dealership in the Chicago Land area. I wanted to try Audi Westmont based on being my local/closest dealership. Given that I was switching from a Tesla, I had some reservations about maturity of other products. The experience was great; they were able to answer all my questions. I did not feel pressured. They did not have the color car in stock I wanted but based on the AutoNation association was able to get my exact car within 3 days for the agreed upon price. There was no “bait and switch” on price/features. Great communication from DJ I did get nervous when they said they could get it and I reached out to three other local dealerships. The experience was not great with the other dealerships. I would highly recommend Audi of Westmont

    Recently purchased SQ8 from Audi of Westmont. I'm really happy with the service provided by my sales advisor Ed, as well as extremely happy with the way i was taken care of by Hasan, my service advisor. I'm having some minor issues with cracking sounds coming from within the cabin but with Hasan's help and understanding we are getting rid of them, one by one.

    One of the best experiences I've had buying a car. The entire process was upfront and honest, from the price of the car through the financing. I worked with Nikola and he was great to work with. He answered very specific questions I had about the car I was purchasing. He is very knowledgeable about the cars on the market. All around a great experience from start to finish.     My salesman Kevin showed trust right off the bat. He saved that car for me for 5 days until I was able to come in and see it. Short sweet and simple. Everyone was polite, courteous, and professional. I've already told my family and a few friends about my experience with you guys.     My service at Audi of Westmont was thorough and fast. When I called in and explained my vehicle issue, I understood that it was still in a drivable condition. However, to set me at ease, I was given an immediate appointment and had a loaner car ready the same day. Vehicle was completed within a few days. I must say, the service was very professional and thorough. Definitely a Five Star experience.

    I am usually writing glowing reviews. While the service is what I have come to expect, this time I felt a bit pushed into extra services not needed. While it sounds small, they suggested all new blades. There were no issues with my blades, my windows were not streaking. A big shock on a very expensive new battery. I really wish I had a chance to talk with the mechanic before agreeing. I just felt they were trying to upsell me and that I didn't appreciate.

    Audi Westmont has the best service I've had in a long time. Kaitlyn Gardner is very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She took care of every detail, including providing me with a brand new rental car for as long as it was needed, despite the fact that I had forgotten to ask for one in advance. Regarding the repair service, I was consulted before any decision was made, a video of the car was sent to me to explain what needed to be repaired, all my questions were answered, and I did not feel like I was being rushed at any time. Amazing service! Thank you Kaitlyn, thank you Audi Westmont!

    Car shopping has always been a stressful experience for me, however, I was very impressed by the dedication and commitment received from everyone that helped me lease my latest car.     I bought an Audi today and I can’t speak higher of the service I received from this dealership. Ed was my salesman and he was the most patient and friendly guy you can ever have. He answered all my questions and phone calls and was great to work with. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend going to him. The car buying process was great from start to finish. If you want an extended warranty, Joesph will take care of you and guide you in the direction you need to go. Overall it was a 10/10 experience

    Bad communication and poor financial service. I had to contact dealer several times to be able to make appointment for the Porsche I wanted. After I got the car I had a few questions about minor issues that were coming up had to chase down associate who sold me the car. I was so disappointed I wanted to simple down grade vehicle and relationship with dealership.during this process I worked with another guy Kevin who was pretty cool. But the process was very long and they kept sending me multiple quotes that each found fault with. They ended up putting in over 15 credit applications that I did not authorize. Super annoyed I replied to one of the dealerships “how was your experience “ emails but never heard back from them. All pretty weird

    Audi Westmont went above and beyond our expectations. Buying a new vehicle with them was seamless. We even came from out of state to buy a vehicle. Our salesman, David, was fantastic.     Stopped at Audi Westmont just to take a look if an Audi was the car for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find a courteous and knowledgeable sales representative with Art Rodriguez. He presented the Audi Q3 I ultimately purchased with no sales pressure or haggling. Over the years I have had many showroom nightmares and by far my Audi purchase was the best experience to date. The service department was impressive and waiting extremely well maintained. I look forward to having my Audi serviced here and would highly recommend this dealership.

    Audi Westmont is always fantastic. Took my 2015 A7 in for service and Joseph provided great service. He went over everything that needed to be done and not done after reviewing my past history. He also provided me with a loaner as they are few and far between to get right now. I always appreciate their follow-up and video maintenance check-up after their tech Michael went over my vehicle. Very thorough. They found some things that need to be taken care of in the future that aren’t a priority and I will do so next month. Maintenance was done before the end of the day. Just can’t say enough how professional, friendly and respectful everyone is there and how Joseph was this week. Always a great experience, even if I need my fluids topped off or air in my tires! Dealership is very inviting and very comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be done. My go to place for anything to be done on my A7!

    Audi of Westmont made my recent visit for service a very pleasant one. The drop off was super easy, as my service advisor, Michael was waiting for me when I arrived. It was a difficult diagnosis and took a few days to find the cause of my AC failure but I was kept up to date throughout the process. After waiting a couple of days for the parts needed I had my vehicle back in perfect working condition. My thanks to the tech and my service advisor for their diligence.

    Great experience. Eric was great to work with. He told me what they were going to do and when they’d be finished. He kept me informed along the way and coordinated a ride from and back to the dealership. Car was delivered on time and cleaned thoroughly. Great job by a Eric and his service team.

    I recently purchased a used Lexus. Irwin took great care of us. We made the purchase in about 45 minutes. The car and the dealership were both in great condition. You can tell they only deal with high quality used vehicles. Thank you Irwin and the Audi team for an easy transaction. I’ve waited longer for pizza delivery than it took to purchase a reliable and beautiful car.

    I recently took my Audi Q7 in for it's 90,000 mile service and as always, my salesperson , Michael, was most helpful and accommodating. He takes the time and explains what services are needed for the current miles and also what additional needs the mechanic discovers. Michael also sends me a video of the mechanics assessment, which is very helpful. I am very pleased with the outstanding service, which is the most important factor when selecting a vehicle, Audi Westmont provides. In fact, we were so happy with the service and quality of Audi that my husband purchased a Q5. We are an Audi family that rely and appreciate the service we get from Audi Westmont.

    I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change. The entire experience was so wonderful. Audi Westmont is the only place I will take our Audi. We have been to other dealerships and the service and quality of work do not even compare. They always communicate with me when there is an issue with a repair. They don’t try to pressure you in to making unnecessary repairs. They try their best to save you money. Love the service philosophy at this dealership. PS - Tara, our service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. An absolute joy to work with.

    I had a fabulous experience purchasing and trading in a car with Audi Westmont. I highly recommend them! What stood out to me was I was so appreciative of their professional communication from their salesman Patrick. I do hardcore research on cars I want to buy and knowing the market for them and their pricing not only on the new car I bought but on valuing my trade in was exemplary. I live a ways away or else I’d bring all my vehicles to them for service also, but thank you for an excellent buying experience.

    I haven’t purchased a vehicle in over 15 years. Past experiences at dealerships have been stressful. However, my visit to Westmont Audi was truly great. The sales department work as a team to ensure their customers’ experience there is pleasant. My salesman, Patrick D., was wonderful. Although he had only been there 6 weeks his professionalism and understanding of the vehicles was great! Edward was also very helpful and shared a wealth of knowledge about there products and processes. Moe and others were there and supported Patrick as well. A great team. Thank you all!

    Great experience !! was referred to them by Porsche Westmont and Mo was my salesperson, he stayed in communication the entire way till my car was shipped to CA, he even took pictures of my car and got it tinted before handling it to the trucker. ACE was a great finance manager that help me get the financing rates I needed to be with my budget, button up all my paperworks and title & registration needs. Will definitely purchase from these guys again!
