The best experience and food we have had in a while. This place sells fresh homemade pasta, BUT if you are lucky Sabrina might have space in her three tables to serve you. Her pasta is out of this world! Be prepared for a simple setting and not to many options. But it’s still heaven

Got the ravioli with ricotta in a butter and sage sauce. The flavors were clean and amazing. It's a small space, so would not recommend for big groups. Many locals were getting fresh pasta there as well. The service was great as well.

This is The best place ever! I found it on google and after reading some opinions I went to buy some ravioli. That was the best dinner i had here! So the next day i took 1h drive back again to try ravioli with ricotta cause yesterday they run out of those. Its family business, i think I talked already with a mom, daughter and a son. Everybody are so nice i want to live with them. Spr cute, spr taisty, go there.

The best pasta in Noto we have eaten. The service is very friendly and helpful. All ingredients are freshly prepared. A great selection of fresh pasta. We highly recommend.

We’ve never had such good pasta, ever! (And we travelled around Italy a fair bit) Amazing flavors and texture, just perfect serving size and such a great value for their price. Definitely recommend the place and wish we’d stayed here longer - but coming back tomorrow morning at least! Thank you Sabrina 💛

Greatest pasta experience in Italy we have ever had. We felt like in Italian mom house. You can choose the type of pasta and sauce to go with it. Dish is big and amazing. Everything is homemade by the owners. Also very cheap (around 5-6 euro for pasta). Highly recommend!

Great authentic pasta - basically a true Italian grandma food experience! Very friendly staff/owner family that shared their favorites with us and helped us select the right dishes even with allergies and our nonexistent Italian.

We Had two Kinds of Ravioli (Ricotta and Fish), both were Just amazing! Sabrina ist a heartwarming Woman and you can feel that everything is made with Love! This is real Soulfood, If you have the chance to Go there, do it!!!

It was an amazing gourmet experience! Exactly what we hoped for and even more. The food was fresh and delicious. They gave us tips on what pasta and sauce combinations go well together. Something you can see only in Italy!

Delicious! Good size servings of fresh pasta for a reasonable price. Two small tables to eat inside and a few small tables outside. The lady was so kind! Get your fresh pasta to go or eat there. Yummmmm!

Okay, so its my 7th time in Italy and I’ve eaten tons of pasta everywhere from north and to the south…. But Sabrina is in another world… her and her son cook up fresh pasta to order and let me tell you it’s incredible. You have to go there and try more than you think you can eat because so good. She is so welcoming and genuine. A must if you’re in the area Grazie per tutti Sabrina and son for a Wonderful gastronomic experience

Very friendly and lots of options to pick from. Some of the menu you need to order ahead of time or perhaps get there earlier in the day. I’d recommend any of the stuffed pastas for eat in. The spinach and ricotta - always delicious!

Wow, what a hidden gem! A tiny shop selling the most incredible take out pasta (there are a few tables)! We shared a ricotta ravioli with basil/pesto. We should've gotten two. Worth a little detour from Noto main street.

I go to eat in this place when i see the display i decide to eat ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach with pork sauce. The service is wonderful, the chef is magic and the pasta taste is superlative! Go there and eat all you need, because everything is wonderful !!!!!!!
