Worst
place
to
dine.
Neither
the
food,
service
or
ambience
is
close
to
decent.
Wish
I
could
give
zero
stars.
Review
in
detail
is
as
below:
I
visited
the
outlet
during
evening
time.
I
ordered
the
food
when
there
were
only
a
couple
of
other
customers.
However,
it
took
more
than
half
an
hour
of
persistent
pestering
from
my
end
to
even
get
a
reply
to
know
the
status
of
my
order.
After
40
mins
of
wait
I
was
given
the
food
which
was
different
from
what
i
had
ordered.
When
I
pointed
this
out,
I
was
asked
to
"adjust"
with
what
had
been
served.
After
asking
to
meet
the
manager,
they
agreed
to
replace
the
food
with
the
correct
order.
Also
the
service
by
the
staff
was
rude
and
impolite.
Coming
to
the
food,
I
had
ordered
nachos
and
tacos.
Both
items
seemed
to
be
cooked
with
old
oil
which
was
very
evident
from
the
taste
and
smell.
The
nachos
were
in
a
color
that
looked
more
like
cardboard(
think
it
was
made
of
rice
flour
instead
of
corn)
and
very
oily(
pls
see
attached
photo).
The
tacos
too
was
very
oily
and
the
filing
seemed
to
be
stale.
They
did
not
even
bother
to
serve
a
hot
meal.
Since
the
waiting
time
was
approximately
40
mins,
I
asked
for
a
glass
of
water.
This
alone
took
20
mins
and
5
times
of
asking
the
staff.
The
ambience
was
also
terrible.
Though
they
have
separate
seating
area,
there
was
not
even
a
fan.
Can
understand
there
will
be
no
AC
due
to
corona
restrictions.
The
whole
place
felt
like
a
furnace.
In
total
it
was
an
absolute
waste
of
time
and
money
and
an
evening
of
hell.
