I vist near shop they hide offer but in showroom they explain detail and make comfortable to shop

One of the worst showroom ever , while you buying the any product they would assured some cash back money but after certain period of time it won't come and there will be no proper response too perfect example is mine...so don't gets cheated on trusting this showroom, kindly preferred other showroom

Located in the Brook Fields mall. It is well laid out with all new phone models and phone accessories well displayed. Layout and display allows to check out the phones and all features. The staff are cordial and helpful. From my personal experience, I found them very helpful. Given the options such as price range, usage requirements, etc they provided 3 models and gave all the details of the phone. It was a good experience

Worst customer experience ever The salesmen behavior quality was utterly terrible I have not experienced such an inadequate way of interaction ever They were reluctant to ever talk even though i was there to vitt their misery premium segment

The staffs here were wonderful ,received and interacted with the customers pretty well. And as usual like all other Samsung showrooms the ambiance of the place was great.

Good place for enquiring and gaining knowledge about the updated Samsung mobiles and watches. They are very helpful and organized. The staffs are very polite and friendly. You can get to work in model phones and experience the features before you go for it. Latest Samsung smart watches also available. They provide easy monthly installment options also for the customers. I had personally gone there to get a Samsung Galaxy watch which was not yet available there but they guided me through it.
