We had a wonderful stay at the very calm and romantic hotel. It is rare to have such friendly and caring service. The spa and massage were really great and relaxing. For only a very small price you get a wonderful breakfast as well. Bonus points as well for the cute dog :) We would love to come back in the future!

I went to the Termas after a long day of hiking on the Via de la Plata. That was a great experience. I booked it via Internet the night before. For one hour I had an entire vault with 3 pools for myself, only lit by candlelight. The pools have different water temperatures and sizes. There is lots of marble and a beautiful mosaic on the floor. I also had dinner there, which was really nice. They serve traditional Roman dishes and beverages, cooked the traditional way. I had mulsum romano, moretum and epityrum and so on, all vegetarian. Termas, food, ambience, service all was great and worth the money. What an experience.

What an experience! Nestled away in a quaint town right outside Merida, I enjoyed this authentic Roman spa and bath followed by one of the best massages I have ever had. I hope to return one day, stay at the hotel, and eat a meal there!

This place is amazing! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the restaurant, but the room and amenities were very nice.

Fabulous! My second time - after 15 years. No disappointed. Staff is truly wonderful as well. Pre-order a Roman dinner, and you can enjoy it wearing provided togas

Amazing reconstitution of a Roman house. Every detail is well thought and each space is special. You can also enjoy the Roman Spa and make a reservation for a Roman dinner! Amazing experience, great staff, highly recommend!

I was part of group that Sophie was on. I knew what to expect and like new experiences. I actually liked the violet fish balls. The spa is wonderful as was the massage. Just what a pilgrim needs. Food was interesting but not amazing I do think it could have still been roman and slightly less scented. But overall I would recommend

We stayed 2 nights and absolutely loved everything about this casa rural. 15 minutes away from Mérida it was the perfect place for our group of 6 friends from Madrid to escape and chill out, enjoying each other’s company; we all loved the ambience, the high standards of everything (from style through to cleanliness, and the plentiful breakfasts and themed evening degustación meal ...) and the kindness and friendliness of all the team. The baths were a lovely, lovely treat too and we’d love to go back one day. A big thank you to the team from all of us!! (Sorry, I’ve not written in Spanish, my level isn’t good enough to express as I have in English!!)

The best place to stop on the long journey to Santiago, even if for a short time. Very rejuvenating. It's so pleasent and calming for body and soul. Three pools of water, one cold, one warm and one hot. The host is so kind, Highly recommend!

Our group visited the restaurant only (the rooms were fully booked). The food was poor, and the dish of fish balls liberally sprinkled in violet essence inedible. Overall overpriced and despite pleasant service I cannot recommend. Is this a gimmick for never to return Camino pilgrims?

Beautiful and tranquil boutique hotel located in a small village just north of Merida, Spain. A delicious breakfast was a nice way to start the day.
