My experiences at the Yogadurga Temple are amazing, worth living. To begin with, the room has a decoration, a smell of pure essential oils, vegetation and an energy that takes you into absolute moments of peace and serenity. Whatever asana you do, and everywhere you look you find some exposed detail that makes everything more beautiful. I especially love the potho and the colored lamp. Irene, my teacher, and her wonderful taste makes it possible for all of this to be there with a lot of affection and love. The truth is that I have met several Yoga teachers, but I have to say that Irene has totally hooked me. She is very good, with a clear vocation (super important) and she does not stop training and studying to always provide us with different, dynamic classes and a lot of knowledge.
