This
establishment
used
to
be
one
of
our
favorite
places
during
the
summer
but
sadly
has
steadily
declined
over
the
last
few
years.
The
prices
have
gone
up
while
quality/consistency/customer
service
has
gone
down.
I
called
to
find
out
what
the
soup
was
(the
menu
said
to
call
for
daily
options)-the
lady
that
answered
picked
up
the
phone
but
continued
talking
to
someone
else
in
the
store.
They
didn’t
have
any
soup
but
they
sent
me
a
$5
Birthday
reward
(which
is
just
a
gimmick
to
lure
customers
in
when
an
under
stuffed
grilled
cheese
is
$12)
but
we
went
to
get
take
out
anyway.
The
grilled
cheese
was
all
bread-and
a
much
lower
quality
and
flavor
than
the
bread
they
used
to
use.
The
cheese,
avocado,
and
basil
Mayo
filling
was
also
much
less
than
what
it
used
to
be.
The
egg
in
the
goat
cheese
and
leek
omelette
was
not
cooked
through
on
the
inside
(uncooked
egg
can
carry
salmonella
which
is
a
deadly
form
of
food
poisoning)
but
the
omelette
was
burnt
on
the
outside,
the
breakfast
potatoes
were
almost
raw
on
the
inside
but
over
cooked
on
the
outside
(uncooked
potatoes
or
potatoes
with
green
skin
are
also
toxic)
and
the
leeks
did
not
seem
fresh
at
all.
I
called
the
store
before
3pm
which
is
when
they
close
but
there
was
no
answer.
The
iced
tea
was
very
watered
down.
The
worst
part
about
the
last
couple
times
here
is
the
customer
service.
There
is
a
male
and
a
female
employee
who
are
always
there
and
they
are
always
miserable
and
rude.
I’m
convinced
their
allergic
to
smiling
which
isn’t
a
problem,
if
you
don’t
work
in
customer
service...
If
food
quality/consistency/safety
is
an
issue
for
you
than
you
need
to
at
least
make
sure
your
employees
are
serving
it
with
a
😃!
