Immaculate Property and Attentive Staff The only downside to my stay was that it was only one night. If you're in Harrisburg for an extended stay (for business or leisure) this property is set up to meet your needs. My room was spacious and incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest hotel room I've had since the pandemic. And there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette if you're there for a longer time. Every single staff member greeted me cheerfully and was extremely polite. Front desk, breakfast team, housekeeping, all very welcoming. There's even some nice outdoor space for eating and socializing. For my money, if you need this set of amenities, this property is a better value than a short-term rental where the "host" charges you to clean for them.

Stayed here for my trip to Hershey park in July. Hershey was about 15m away. Perfect location, so many stores and places to eat in the area. The room was great, very spacious and clean. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, little stove top and dishwasher. The room had utensils, plates and cups. The hot breakfast wasn't bad at all, everyday was something different which was nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

My family recently stayed here for our family reunion in a 2 bed, 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Since I’m a diamond member, they had 2 waters and chocolate waiting on the kitchen table. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming! Kathy, the hotel manager, went to each table during breakfast to introduce herself and see how the stay was going. The lady working in the breakfast area went around to let us know they were closing soon which was also very sweet. It was also in a good location and close to everything! The only thing we noticed was housekeeping missed the bathroom but Kathy made it right, if we come back to Harrisburg, we will be staying here!

In general we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean. We were there for 3 nights and the day we had our housekeeping it was like it was our day of arrival. The rooms were very neat. Getting home we realized one of my nieces left their ipad. The management contacted us and it was shipped to us. The employees were very friendly. One employee mentioned that the management is very good to them and another said that its like their second home. Breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the poor. We will definitely be back

I am staying here now, for our trip to Hershey. Karen was on duty and she is AMAZING. The room is super clean, beds are comfortable. I will make this my go to hotel when we come to Hershey in the future. Highly recommend!

We have been coming here every year for the last 7 years. We have enjoyed our stay over and over again. Love the happy hour during the week and breakfast never disappoints. Great coffee!! Love the location. We are forever customers and can’t wait to come back next year.

5/5 great visit. The front desk, house cleaners and folks walking around the property were also super friendly and professional. The building and our room was very clean. We brought our kids who wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was nice but a little cold for my tastes. The gym had a peloton and was also very clean. We would 100% return to this place if we were back in the area

Stayed here one night on a visit to Hershey Park. The room was great, extremely quiet, and clean. Although we only put water in it, it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator/freezer as well. The breakfast selection was more than usual. Highlights included the kielbasa, oatmeal station, tortillas, salsa, and cheddar provided with the eggs to make your own breakfast taco, apple butter as an available spread, and the Chobani Greek yogurt as an option. It was nice that the waffles were pre-made and nicely arranged; however, they were also soggy (I prefer waffles to be crispier, which usually goes with the pour-your-own batter waffle stations found at other included hotel breakfasts). The quality of the eggs could be better as well. Overall, it was a great breakfast buffet. Also, it was convenient to be able to walk across the parking lot for dinner at an (awesome) Mexican restaurant after a late evening arrival from Hershey Park. There was a pizzeria and a Ruby Tuesday within walking distance across the parking lot as well. Recommended overall for family visits to the Hershey area!

My family love Homewood Suites. Breakfast is an essential part of our day and we like the breakfasts here. It is served from 6:30 to 9 am during the week. The breakfast prep group were 3 ladies and every one of them was so kind and friendly that made our day fantastic from the very beginning. The room was clean and it had a relaxing mattress. The towel ducky! Welcomed us upon arriving! The lobby, hallways, elevator, parking lot and everywhere was clean and smelled fresh. Thanks Homewood Suites. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. The room was clean, stocked with dishes and cookware, as well as a couple coffees and teas. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful; all other staff was just as friendly. Continental breakfast hit all the usual notes (cereal, pancakes, eggs, fruit). This location is perfect if you are going to Hershey.

Glad they changed their pet policy! So nice here. Breakfast is great. Really helpful since I have to be at work so early. So far, I'm enjoying my stay. I really do wish they had an oven like other place I've stayed even a small one. TVs are nice but no direct apps to Netflix or Amazon unless you bring your own firestick to hook to HDMI.

I typically never leave reviews for a hotel, however the service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member greeted my wife and I each time they saw us. At breakfast a worker was getting off his night shift and thanked everybody in the dining room for staying and told everyone safe travels to their next location. Any time we are in the area we are staying here again.

This was a pretty nice hotel! Definitely could have had a better breakfast, the bacon was very greasy and under and overcooked both! The eggs were not great either! The rooms are pretty nice, and the beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft! Otherwise I would recommend staying there. It was clean and comfy.

Went with my husband and 1 year old daughter to do the Hershey Christmas activities for the weekend. This hotel was about 20 minutes away but worth a little extra driving to have the 1 bedroom suite, included breakfast, pool, etc. Hotel was clean and everything about our stay went smoothly. The staff were all especially nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay - you can tell they have a good culture within the employees there. Would definitely stay again!

Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg East-Hershey fulfilled my "four C's" of hotel stays: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Courteous. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with very nice staff and I liked the option of digital checkouts and keys using the Hilton honors app. Look forward to my next visit.

Our room is perfectly clean. We have been staying to other hotels across the state and this is one of the cleanest hotel we have been. Receptionist karen was very friendly and helpful. And I love that they have extra pillows and blankets in the closet that are clean as well. Breakfast was delicious and comes with variety. We love everything about this hotel

The room was nice and clean. If you can tell the hotel is kept well. The lady at the front was rude and the food as in the breakfast was mediocre. Also, I’ve been staying here for years and noticed that they got rid of the business center. I don’t understand that because this is outside of that my stay was great plan oh you silly you guys juice and thank you an extended stay hotel and people have to work outside of that. My stay was great.

My family enjoyed our stay. The pool and courtyard was great for the kids. Every staff member there were friendly and helpful.

Great location 20 minutes from Hershey. Excellent breakfast and incredible Wednesday social! Spacious room for a family of 5 was perfect.

Thankfully they had a room for us last minute. Hotel we were going to stay at was really bad. All stuff was super nice! From front counter, house keeping, bfest people n maintenance. Rooms clean and cozy. Don't like the sink isn't in the bathroom, but that's not a real big deal. Love the little notes on bananas! Bfest was good too. I recommend. The Mexican restaurant next to it, definitely recommend eating there!

This stay has been amazing from the warm caring staff Karen ,Brian, Michael (MGR) who helped made sure that we were well cared for. From welcoming us as soon as well walked in the door to our stay and making sure that we new what amenities that were available. The rooms were very clean more than enough space this just has been amazing and we will come back again the food was great it’s more than a continental breakfast, kitchen staff excellent made sure that the food was replenished. Again thank you and great prices im going to always look for a Hilton hotel where ever we travel.

Had a two bedroom suite for four days while vacationing at Hershey Park. The room was spacious and clean, a nicely stocked kitchenette and full size fridge. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. There's several restaurants within walking distance and a gas station right down the road. From the hotel to general parking at Herhsey Park averaged 20mins with traffic. Not bad considering the hotels closer to the park were either booked or charging a silly amount of money. My only complaint was the TVs aren't "smart" so you can't access your streaming services. The WiFi was quick and reliable, so you can still stream from your handheld devices. The TVs were a minor issue and would not deter me from staying here again. There's a pool, complimentary breakfast and lots of parking.

This is a great location with the friendliest staff of any Hilton within the state. The rooms are perfect for long-term stays, and the staff is prompt on handling any and all special requests that are needed for the room. The amenities at this location can't be beat.

A wonderful stay for a family. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond expectations. The pool was great for the kids. The rooms were so clean and all the staff was incredible. We will definitely be back here!

I stayed only 2 nights but was super impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The suites were prefect. Clean with all modern furniture and fixtures. We pampered ourselves with delicious breakfast every morning with variety of food options.

The atmosphere was very comforting. We enjoyed the fact that it was the fall season and the atmosphere was perfect for Halloween time (it wasn't scary, and there were no decorations but the style and architecture allowed us to feel like it was perfect for this time of year). The building and room was clean and met expectations. The room temperature was easily controlled. The pool could have been a bit warmer, but otherwise we enjoyed that as well. Coming from Minnesota, it was a great stay and made for an excellent Pennsylvania experience that included Hershey, Gettysburg, and Philadelphia. We would definitely return here in the future.

This hotel has great customer service and is well kept and clean. We chose this hotel when going to Hersheypark, which is only a 15-20 minute drive away. Breakfast is included and it is buffet style with many options. Coffee is provided all day as well. The staff is excellent!

Great Hotel!! Courtyard area and public space were excellent to gather in with a Baseball team we were traveling with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy drive to Hersey park and walking distance to a few restaurants.

If you choose to stay here, make certain you ask for a room AWAY FROM THE ELEVATORS. There is only one set of elevators in the hotel and you will constantly hear them go up and down, up and down. If you like hearing the elevator, then go for that room next to it! Hard to switch when it's a full hotel. Also, the bathroom sink areas' have absolutely no privacy. We also had to jiggle the toilet handle everytime we used it in order for it to reset. Fun.

Grounds are beautifully kept. Check in person was fantastic. Rooms are a nice size with full size refrigerator, small cooktop, toaster, microwave, pot & pan, silverware, dishes. Pool could have been a little warmer. Plenty of outdoor seating. Free hot buffet breakfast. Hotel is about 20 minute drive to Hershey park though if your in the area for that.

While the Staff member who dealt with us was good and check in was easy, I found that 1. The check in and check out times have narrowed down ( 4 pm to 11 am) while the rooms have become more expensive and service just satisfactory. 2. The hot breakfast is just average. The sausages looked like plastic. 3. The cleanliness needs to improve. The corridor had bits of paper in the sides and a promise during check in to take out the trash and make up the beds the following day was not met. I kept the trash ready for removal and left for my work early and returned late to find everything just like I had left it. The trash remained there.

Room was very clean and tidy. Cute little duck by the soaps :) Nathan at the front desk was very pleasant for it being a late Friday night. Overall a great experience. We were just staying 1 night but it was still very nice! We stayed in the King Suite. Plenty of parking, easy hotel access, and plenty of food within walking distance. Didn't get to check out the pool but the lobby was very very nice.
