Title: A Disastrous Stay at Dreams Spa and Resort in Lanzarote I recently had the misfortune of staying at Dreams Spa and Resort in Lanzarote, and I can confidently say that it was a complete disappointment. Despite being labelled as a 5-star hotel, it felt more like a rundown 3-star establishment with numerous glaring issues that tainted the entire experience. To start, the overall upkeep of the hotel was appalling. Broken floor tiles were littered throughout the premises, posing not only an eyesore but also a safety hazard. The lack of attention to detail was evident in every corner. The pool area, in particular, was a disaster; it was dirty and neglectfully maintained. I even came across a cat snoozing on one of the chairs! Yes, a cat. Need I say more? The restaurant was no better. The food provided was nothing but basic, lacking any creativity or flavour that one would expect in a supposedly high-end hotel. Making matters worse, the ambience of the restaurant felt more like a generic cafe than an elegant dining establishment. It was a far cry from the luxurious setting and gourmet experiences I've encountered at genuine 5-star venues. But it wasn't just the physical aspects that were disappointing. The staff, while seemingly friendly, lacked the professionalism and attentiveness I associate with top-rated hotels. Their smiles were shallow, and their service felt distant and unengaged. The level of care simply did not meet the standards of a 5-star experience. In conclusion, my stay at Dreams Spa and Resort in Lanzarote failed to live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel in every regard. The poorly maintained facilities, uninspired food, lacklustre restaurant ambience, presence of animals where they shouldn't be, broken furniture, and disinterested staff all contributed to an underwhelming experience. Save yourself a significant amount of money and book elsewhere, perhaps a reliable 3-star hotel that genuinely delivers what it promises.

I stayed here in April for the first time and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. From the lady who checked me in, to the porter who welcomed me to my room and all the lovely waiting staff who took a genuine interest in their guests and were such sincere and friendly people. It makes such a difference when you can tell that people care about their job and what they’re doing. I had a great sea view room and spacious balcony, bed was very comfy and butler service at the poolside area was second to none. Must return one day! Thank you! :)

An honest review: Overall it was a good stay. Location is very good, so close to the beach with beautiful, clear, swimmable water and soft sand. Initially "tricked" by reception which got my back up but feeling improved throughout the week. Was told upon arrival that we had booked unlimited all inclusive but that in fact did not include; adult only pool, spa, infinity pool, certain eating areas at certain times. The preferred club is £60 per person per day extra. Not obvious when booking directly through the hotel website. Then given a "complimentary" room upgrade however this was part we felt tricked. We had booked a double room. This upgraded room was a twin room and you would not have known it was upgraded. We immediately asked for our original room back as I booked a double room and did not want to sleep in a separate bed from my wife. However our original room was unavailable. No double beds. So this in fact was not a complimentary upgrade and the hotel tried to blag it saying by saying that a double room only meant double occupancy not a doubke bed which is not listed on the website. The double room I booked clearly stated one king-size and one single. We were offered a room change the following day but in all honestly, we were really tired so we pushed the beds together and got on with it for the week. Turn down service was great. Pool area is nice, we never struggled for beds even though there are people reserving them before breakfast. Food was pretty nice at the buffet. Restaurants were very average. Saw 2x cockroaches but none in the restaurant area or in our room. Staff are overall friendly. Alice on entertainment was brilliant. And some of the evening acts were great. Gym small but usable and never too busy during our stay. When departing we had a good service. Taxi booked by hotel and comfort room available for last minute shower if you ask for it. It was a shame our trip started the way it did. The website really needs improving to be very clear on what you will be receiving. Or just accept a mistake was made with the room, we would have made an allowance.

On holiday here at the moment and whilst it is lovely could do with a couple of tweeks! Umbrellas aren’t allowed up when it’s windy, it is windy most days! It is very easy to burn as the sun is very fierce. My daughter had blisters on her body despite using factor 50. Maybe get some stronger, fixed umbrellas? Also would be nice if poolside snacks were available and you didn’t have to go inside all the time. Would be perfect place if this was sorted.

Currently staying in the hotel and will be here for a few more days. I would not recommend. The food is repetitive and not up to the standard for a 5 star hotel. We have just been to the Italian a la carte and the service was terrible we got up and walked out as we were sitting about and waiting for the menu. The restaurant was not busy enough (approx 5/6 other tables of patrons) to be sitting about for ages waiting for a menu to be brought to you. In order to get to the kids pool from the main pool you have to traipse through the hotel from one side to another which really doesn’t make any sense and it’s really not convenient. I honestly can’t stress enough how much the food is a let down I’ve been to better 4 star hotels for food selection it is a constant repeat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is clean and the beach is close by if that’s your thing that’s about as positive as I can be.

Great hotel, I wanted a week away to relax and not have to think too much and that's exactly what I got. Plenty of space around the pools to lay down and relax. The staff are delightful (a special shout out to Daniel welcoming at the restaurant and Tatiana in the spa). The food is great, a lot of freshly cooked food at the main buffet- the grill station a particular favourite throughout the week. Overall a great stay, and definitely a hotel I'll be keeping on my list to revisit. Note: I would highly recommend paying a bit more for the preferred club if possible- more access to pools, better breakfast and the lounge is a great place for some additional tea/coffee and snacks.

We stayed at Dreams back in January 2023 and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked AI and the selection of food and drinks where excellent. Also the rooms are spotless and plenty of sun loungers. We liked this hotel so much we are returning today. It's our first time to return to the same hotel a second time!

Just back from a fabulous 2 week holiday. We have been staying at this hotel for nearly 20 years and it gets better every year. Superb hotel, superb location right beside the beach, food excellent, and excellent hotel facilities. Lovely spacious bedrooms and the rooms with a sea view are breathtaking. Staff very helpful and in particular many thanks to Miranda Wasser for looking after us so well.

Home a week and only getting to write my review, this was our second visit to the hotel and it didn't disapoint, we booked 9 nights all inclusive and ended up changing our flights and booking another 2 nights extra, after a11 nights we still didn't want to leave, on arrival we had a problem with our room and Miranda from guest experience sorted it out, Miranda was very professional at her job, there was a problem at the pool with 2 guests and she handle the situation very professional, she is a real asset to the hotel! The hotel is spotless and the all inclusive package is one of the best we ever had, staff work very hard and everyone is so pleasant to the guests, it is such a relaxing hotel, we are so looking forward to returning in the near future, thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good.

Great place to go to, the rooms, location and hotel itself is amazing. The adult only pool is great and would recommend for any couples. But saying all of that, this hotel has weird rules. First pools close sometimes too early, second when we arrived we had to pay £60 for food at the buffet since our "Breakfast" only option doesnt allow you to eat anywhere else, even if you offer to pay. Finally your room will be ready at 3pm on the dot, you cannot get it earlier which I find quite unrealistic for the earlier flights and annoying. Other then that though, great place to stay.

We spent 4 wonderful days in the hotel. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and dinner. Special mention to the Animation Team, lead by Juan Carlos, who did our holiday unforgettable. Congratulations to Denisa, Hugo and Saray. We will definitely return to the Hotel!

We recently booked a family holiday with our 2 grown up kids at Dreams Hotel Playa Blanca. We had never been All Inclusive so we thought we would go all out and see if it was worth it. We upgraded to the Preferred Club Ultimate Luxury and did not know what to expect. This hotel is stunning right from the beautiful entrance, to the vast choice of swimming pools and the selection of restaurants which had something for absolutely everybody. The experience we had with every single member of the Dreams team was excellent. The swim up bar (Sea Legs) was one of our favourites as was the Sugar Reef where we met the best bartender who always had a smile and always made an amazing cocktail. In the restaurant we met a memorable waiter named Daniel who resembled Manuel from Fawlty Towers but Daniel's service was so good and he made every dining experience really personal and special. The rooms here are really faultless, the surroundings are stunning and the location is right on a white sandy beach if you prefer that (but you won't want to leave the cocktails and food behind). You are close to a fantastic selection of shops just 15 mins walk away too if that's your thing. Or if you fancy a walk to the Marina then turn left when you exit onto the boardwalk and 10 mins away, again lots to see. Jet 2 provided an excellent Hotel Check in service for the last day and we did not have to worry about suitcases, so more time by the pool. Dreams really have thought of everything and I can say emphatically that the upgrade is worth every penny. I miss my Cava at breakfast now, as it was something we all loved every morning. I look forward to a future visit to this small piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams, Playa Dorada. We took the room on a bed and breakfast basis in preferred club which was great, the breakfast was plentiful and so many options that you could easily find something to enjoy. The pools were great, my husband loved the swim up bar, it was a a shame they didn’t have one in the other preferred club pool too! The whole resort was kept very clean and the staff throughout our stay were wonderful. Rooms were well decorated with nice big showers, comfy beds and lots of storage space. The evening turndown service was a nice touch too. The location is excellent with many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Car parking could be tricky but we did manage to find a space each day. We would definitely visit again and we can happily recommend Dreams.

It was a wonderful stay. A perfect place to unwind from daily life and still experience something. The hotel has a dream location with direct access to the beach and fantastic activities. Especially the program with Hugo and Bence was always special and so much fun. Anytime again with these people! 100/10 🤩😍🤩😍

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the hotel and would recommened it to everyone. We went for the all inclusive which included eating at the restaurants and cocktails in the evenings. There was entertainment every evening and the staff were great in all areas. Activities happen daily and the activities team are a great laugh who make the experience that much better, Kevin in particular! To top it off, the beach is a 30 second walk from the hotel and theres so much to do. Thank you all at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa for a great time! Dan

I attended a conference at dreams hotel today. Absolutely lived up to it's name, Dreams! Beautiful throughout. The service was impeccable. Buffet exquisite. I am going to book myself and my boyfriend in for a weekend, very soon.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Dreams. Lovely hotel overlooking the beach and marina in Plays Dorada. We stayed as Preferred Club bed and breakfast. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge range of food to pick from including pastries, fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast and an omelette and crepe station. There are several pools including two for preferred guests only, one of which had a swim up bar. Plenty of loungers and great to see the hotel enforces the rule of no towels on loungers before 9am. Very impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool areas. Fabulous location on the seafront so easy access to the town and great restaurants at the Marina. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and try to make sure you are having a great experience at the hotel. From the wonderful housekeeping , restaurant, and maintenance team and the front of house and concierge team, nothing is too much trouble. They certainly helped make sure our first holiday abroad since the pandemic was a memorable one. Loved Playa Dorada, our first time in Lanzarote and hopefully not our last. Well done Dreams Lanzarote staff!

We recently stayed at Dreams Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The entertainment/activity team, particularly Mario, Benca, and Alicia, stood out for their kindness and dedication to ensuring guests had a good time. They were attentive and not intrusive, making the stay enjoyable without being pushy. Also, a big thank you to Lahcen, who works in the evening bar area and was very attentive and courteous. The massage therapists were also very professional. However, we felt there could have been more (and longer) entertainment evening events for adults. It seemed more geared toward families with children or older individuals rather than young or middle aged couples. Nonetheless, we did notice some other younger couples who quite enjoyed it, so it probably depends on your expectations. One aspect we didn't quite like was that the main source of information was an app. While we appreciate its environmental friendliness, being on holiday, we didn't want to constantly look at our phones. It would have been nice to have a piece of paper with all the necessary info or a poster somewhere accessible. I can imagine older people would appreciate this too. A big thank you to all the hardworking people at this huge hotel. We would give 5 stars but need to give 4 as we didn’t like the Hyatt sales pitch (as explained in more detail in the comment below by S Lamb). Monika & Michael

  • 2/5 S L. 5 months ago on Google
Overall mostly okay but some serious concerns here: - very salesy staff - a couple of particularly forceful staff trying to lure people into a hotel sales pitch. The Hyatt sales manager was awful - he tried to make us sign up for a membership for 20k euros on the spot. It was rather outrageous and really very uncomfortable. What is wrong with this hotel and intimidating guests with sales pitches on a holiday? - lack of nice veggie options, veggie burger looked like a supermarket frozen burger. No protein offered in veggie meals. - buffet hygiene standards poor. My husband got food poisoning and I saw a bird pecking at the cakes as staff were not watching the birds come in. - very rushed dinner experience. You barely finish your starter and the staff bring out your main. Feels like a military operation getting people in and out rather than a luxury experience. Overall a disappointment having stayed at other Hyatt hotels in the US. Biggest concern - don’t have Hyatt sales people lurking around and conning people into tours with pressuring sales pitches.

Great location and excellent pool. Food is average and sometimes cold. Bar service is a bit inconsistent where some staff are excellent but others pretty poor. Good standard for a 4star hotel but definitely not 5star even though they have spent a lot of money upgrading things in the last couple of years

  • 5/5 joanna m. 6 months ago on Google
Absolutely lives up to the name 'Dreams', hotel is beyond stunning and staff cant do enough to please. Food changed between lunch and dinner, it's never the same daily and plenty of choice for any fussy eaters. Drinks are free pour and tasty. Avoid the sales pitches offered, takes way to long and they cant give any straight answers. Would return, beach 2 secs away for morning swim, just blissful all round.

I had an excellent stay at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada. The resort is beautiful, on a good location close to a very nice beach. Very nicely decorated room , spacious , very clean and a big balcony with sea view . Breakfast was very good and lunch too. There are different dining options every night ( Asian , Italian , Brazilian) apart from the main restaurant and I really enjoyed all of them. Swimming pool is large and there is plenty of sun beds. Also there is a beautiful beach only 5 min walk away . I used the spa during my stay and the device was excellent. Special thanks to Rachel and Aziz from guest experience who were very helpful and made this holiday unforgettable. This was my second stay at Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada and I will be returning soon. It feels like home there. Thank you all

Hotel is really nice. Plenty of room around the pool with plenty of sun beds. Considering this is a 5* hotel, I would have thought that the tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been complimentary for the whole of our 2 week stay. Unfortunately, once we had used the 4 pods of coffee provided, if we wanted more then we were told this was chargeable. As was the mini bar, which we did not use either. An empty fridge would have been better, as is provided in other hotels. It seems a bit mean in such a nice hotel, not cheap I might add, to penny pinch on some complimentary coffee. Very nice large TV. Unfortunately only English channels were BBC World News and Sky news. Service in dining room needs sorting. Very slow to clear dirty crockery an cutlery from tables. Then the once they did clear the table quickly, we hadn't finished our meal. We were at the buffet getting the next course and when we returned our table had been cleared including our unfinished glasses of water. These are not complaints, just observations. We really did have a fantastic holiday at this lovely hotel with it's lovely surroundings, atmosphere and friendly staff

Fabulous resort! We had a wonderful time with the kids, the thing that made it a great experience was the food. We really enjoyed the “Sabor” restaurant the most as the quality of food was so good. Location of resort was good was you could walk to beaches or stay around the pools, kids really enjoyed the pool with the slides. We felt very welcomed and relaxed, the spa treatments were great although quite expensive, but hey you are on holiday to treat yourself right???! Big thanks to all the very friendly staff, plus for singing happy birthday to my son 😃

What a fabulous holiday at a top class resort. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Delicious food, incredible swimming pools and plenty of activities to keep you busy like aqua fitness, cocktail of the day, waterpolo games, live music, poker tournaments, children's club and mini disco for kids. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A special mention to the customer experience department. Glenda, Daniela and Fatima were absolutely terrific. Every little detail we requested was delivered quickly, efficiently and with a bright smile. I would rate 10/10 if I could. We'll definitely come back soon.

Important to preface any comments by saying that any views now, in a post(?) pandemic world should be read taking that into account. This is a fairly new (relaunched) property that is finding it's feet. The property itself is good, rooms have all you need and location is great. The main pool area does seem to have the ability to catch the wind and amplify it - but we won't fight with the architects now. Most important thing to say is that the staff were all great, they work hard and always smile. Food was mostly great. Some things, like pizzas, just didn't work but ate lots of lovely things. Some aspects of service showed signs of strain either because of staffing, experience or process. Getting a drink at the bar (and often a coffee at breakfast) was a slow process. The bar, in particular, was frustrating. There was an attempt at waiter service but it never really seemed to work and the methods of ordering seemed to change daily. They haven't really worked out how to deal with the all inclusive/half-board thing. Maybe different colours of room key would make this MUCH easier. There were definite signs that the hotel was still finding its feet with a few things. Can't imagine staffing is easy either. All in all, we had a great holiday and I'm sure it will grow into a 5* experience but it isn't quite there yet.

Very nice hotel. Definitely worth the 5 star rating. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, especially thanks to the nice staff in de restaurant. In particular Reyes is a very kind and hard working staff member! Big thumbs up to him! 😄 Lunch at the barefoot grill (one of the restaurants) was very good, but lunch at the buffet restaurant was ok. Preferred club is definitely worth it, and I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

This hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities rooms are nice and most staff are excellent especially Daniel in the Asian restaurant and the girls looking after the Explorers club. The service in the buffet started to drastically slip in our second week although the food was excellent tables where not cleared no glasses on tables and staff looking busy while not actually doing anything. However staff at reception where less than helpful unless you are a Spanish speaking ! We tried for a late check out since Monday although our flight wasn't till Thursday we kept been told come back tomorrow we where told similar stories from people from Germany and the UK . However a Spanish couple we where talking to who's kid was in the Explorers club with our little girl got a late check out with no issues asking on the Wednesday we where told late check outs where full booked !

Our stay was lovely, the hotel is nice and quiet and relaxing. Even at 80% occupancy, there was lots of space for everyone and it didn't feel like a nearly full hotel. Hotel was really clean and the pools were warm enough for our toddler. All Inclusive offer was great, each night there was something special to enjoy. We felt really looked after during our stay. Special thanks to Monika and Alex on the animation team and Mohammad on service for making our stay extra memorable, they are real stars.

Loved this hotel & will likely return soon 👍 Only gripe was the main reception desk was often busy & slow to get seen .. but we were staying here during Christmas, so they probably had less staff than normal. They were very helpful and nice when we did get served. Very good food too. (Local fish was fantastic) We would rate this as a 4+ star rather than 5 (when staying as non preferred). We'll probably choose to pay the extra for preferred next time.

We are staying at the hotel at the moment, with my wife and my daughter. That is a very nice place. People are all very kind, we are having fun with the activities and the team makes its best. Cocktail lesson, sushi lesson, mini disco, Christmas party… Really a nice moment. There is always room for improvement, as always, but I would stay this is beyond what we expected when we booked.

I really loved the room , bed and massive tv. The children pool area is amazing and was warm! I also loved the park area and indoor area for children! (Just needs to be open longer maybe 11-4pm ) the food was good but more management in labelling food allergies. A lady who help us was amazing! I think Job is to oversee guest services and customer relations, can’t Denver her name it began with A .. she was great. Overall after visiting many other hotels in the area I would definitely recommend and return back here !

We stayed here in June 2023. This hotel is beautiful and perfectly placed if you like the beach and situated around a 10/15 minute stroll from Rubicon marina. The hotel staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble to help you enjoy your holiday. The 5 swimming pools give you plenty of choice one being a toddlers pool, the sea legs infinity pool was by a long way our favourite, infinity pool overlooking the sea and a swim up bar to help you relax with a cool beer or cocktail of your choice. The food for evening meals in the main restaurant was at times lacking in quality and variety but we frequented the paid for restaurants in the hotel and must say was never disappointed. Breakfast in the preferred restaurant was always fantastic so much choice and the waiters and waitresses again were totally attentive to our needs no matter what even offer Buck’s Fizz with your breakfast absolutely fab. Evening entertainment may not be to everyone’s choice but you have a choice, enjoy it or if it’s not to your choice you’re not too far away from other establishments to frequent and check out their entertainment. One tip we were given if you are out and about and need a taxi pop in to any hotel and ask reception to call you one, it works trust me. We stayed preferred club and was well worth the extra money , great room and ocean view, we celebrated my birthday whilst there and the hotel gave us champagne and chocolates, free spa day and paid for alacart restaurant and drinks one evening, so very much appreciated and free. Fabulous hotel and will definitely be going back.

I stayed here in November 2022 as a honeymoon holiday. From check-in onwards the experience at Dreams Lanzarote was heavenly. We were treated like royalty, absolutely loved our sea view preferred club room. It was such a relaxing holiday in a beautiful area enhanced by the food, staff and amenities. The mini bar was stocked every day and the rooms were kept absolutely spotlessly clean. We both loved our time at Dreams Lanzarote and I for one think about being back every single day, we cannot wait to return to this heavenly hotel to watch some more of those sunsets.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday , helped by the very friendly & attentive staff. It was a joy to see Daniel's smiling face in the morning. Reyes was always helpful & very smart. Our room was very comfortable & clean, thanks to Mariela. Dreams even sent a bottle of Cava & some lovely small cakes for my partner's birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would definitely visit again Thank you to all the staff at Dreams.

Great hotel in fantastic location in Playa Blanca. Excellent service by very friendly and efficient personnel. The girls behind the bar in the Rendezvous bar were fantastic. Private pools for preferred club are an added plus. Very good breakfast every day.

10/10. Delicious and varied food. Fantastic staff that are friendly and go above and beyond. Very well catered for babies and families. The hotel arranged entertaining shows every evening and activities during the day. The pools are great. I would highly recommend it and would love to stay again! Location: Right next to the sea and Playa Blanca. Beautiful views.

5star Hotel. Amazing hotel, friendly/helpful staff. Gated area, so no one off the street could access. Gym/Spa- with in door pool. 2 separate pool areas, 1 for kids located at rear of hotel, all rooms facing pool, the other facing the sea. Loads of sunbeds Will definitely go back

Firstly, the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, charming Spanish staff. The hotel had received a revamp, 20 years old and I believe its very competitive in the market over there. The pools were terrific, bar at the pool, ice cream served, it was rather windy for the week we were there but that's the weather for you. The rooms were exceptional, and the housekeeping was second to none. In terms of cleanliness/hygiene it was superbly kept. On to the dining experience, in the morning time, they offer you a vast of array of food to select from, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. In the evening however, you have to pay for coffee and water? doesn't make much sense really... I felt the food options on the day we arrived were brilliant, then it tapered off, each day gradually good less and less interesting, monotonous food, by the 7-day, our last day, I was glad to be finishing up. We went half-board for that very reason, we wanted to explore the local surroundings and not be bound to the same dishes. They did sushi one night, which our daughter loved, and then they never did it again. I ordered chicken skewers, and they came onto my plate under cooked and raw, I mentioned it to the restaurant manager and he disappeared, never a word spoken about it thereafter. Overall, a good hotel but it could do with some small improvements.

Our mid August stay at Dreams Hotel in Playa Dorada, Lanzarote was quite remarkable. The staff at the hotel really stood out for their genuine kindness and attentive service, contributing to our enjoyable stay. The owners and management should be proud of them. The team, spanning reception, animation, bar, cleaning and restaurant, left a positive impression with their friendliness and kind natured consideration. Special mentions go to Hugo, Carlos, Denise and Natalia from the animation team, who never failed to bring a daily dose of happy energy to our stay. Our rooms were consistently clean and comfortable, even in the face of high outdoor temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning was effective, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generously sized, high-quality internet connected Samsung television that offered built-in streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. So we logged into our accounts and were all set for some bedtime TV. The Lor coffee machine and daily replenishment of teas and pods were impressive touches. While we managed with the mirror in the corridor, a dressing table area in the rooms would have been a more practical solution for applying make-up and styling hair. The hotel's facilities were very satisfying, with plenty of sunbeds available. The secluded sand dunes with ocean views added an extra touch of relaxation. We were thinking of paying for preferred club for a day, but the regular luxury offered to main guests was enough. We were very pleased with it all. The animation team curated a variety of daily activities that catered to diverse interests. Carlos and Hugo deserve recognition for their dedication to ensuring everyone had a great time. Dining options were varied and the food buffet was well-stocked throughout the day. We also tried out the a la carte restaurants and found the Sabor restaurant particularly enjoyable. The bars offered a notable selection of high quality local and international branded drinks, and the cocktails were a highlight, and made to a professional standard. Delicious. The hotel's location, just a short stroll from Playa Blanca Market and the Marina, was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the proximity of the beach to the hotel's amenities was a plus. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a couple of suggestions for improvement include a dressing table area within the rooms and more diverse evening entertainment beyond live music. For example, the Casino night, Acrobatics Night and the Flamenco night were guest interactive and thus were the most enjoyable. Overall, our time at Dreams Hotel was excellent. The staff's genuine warmth and the thoughtfully provided amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
