I
really
wanted
to
give
it
3
or
more
stars
but
there
were
a
few
inconveniences
which
just
prevent
me
from
doing
so.
First
and
possibly
the
worst
thing
was
that
upon
arriving
(with
a
reservation
made
days
before)
you
have
to
wait
to
be
"checked
in"?
Usually
that's
not
a
problem....
but
it
def
is
when
they
take
an
hour
per
customer/group.
Seriously,
we
waited
close
to
an
hour
and
a
half
just
to
be
attended
to.
There
were
only
2
people
before
us
and
they
were
both
being
checked
in
when
we
arrived.
Thank
god
there
weren't
even
more...
Then
the
process
of
checking
in
took
close
to
an
hour.
I
don't
understand
why
they
can't
just
ask
for
IDs
of
each
person
via
the
reservation/email?
Cause
just
printing
this
and
whatever
else
they
were
doing
took
them
forever.
How
long
would
it
have
been
if
we
hadn't
reserved
prior?
OMG,
we
definitely
complained
but
they
calmly
shrugged
it
off
which
makes
me
believe
they
are
used
to
it.
Another
thing
they
can
improve
on
is
the
hours
for
their
activities,
some
of
them
are
just
too
close
together
or
close
to
the
breakfast
hour
and
a
half
which
basically
makes
you
have
to
skip
them
cause
if
you
are
outside
that
1
1/2
hour
window
you
get
no
food
(and
they
take
a
while
to
serve
dinner).
While
we
were
eating
our
breakfast,
one
of
the
staff
came
up
to
our
group
and
started
asking
us
what
we
had
ordered
each
do
he
could
jot
it
down.
I
mean,
like
everything
in
detail
and
since
breakfast
was
walking
in
line
passing
by
the
different
stations
and
choosing
which
option
you
would
like,
this
took
a
while....
and
yeah,
like
I
mentioned,
we
were
eating
do
it
was
an
unpleasant
interruption
for
about
5
minutes.
Why
don't
they
just
put
the
person
where
the
line
and
food
gets
served
and
just
quietly
check
and
write
what
everyone
had
there?
Now
on
to
the
activities,
there
is
potential
but
some.of
them
need
work.
The
only
ones
that
were
worth
it
was
the
horse
ride
and
100%
the
best,
Delta
Ops.
The
river
tour
starts
off
great
with
the
slide
but
then
it's
just
a
very
calm,
boring
trip
holding
another
person's
🛟
with
another
exciting
thing
at
the
end
and
that's
it.
The
other
activities
need
even
more
work
so
that
it
feels
like
it's
worth
it.
Oh,
we
also
had
to
almost
beg
for
them
to
light
up
the
bonfire
at
night
since
they
said
it's
only
done
when
there
are
a
certain
amount
of
people
staying
(and
you
can't
make
your
own).
So
while
it
is
a
nice
looking
place
and
does
have
some
good
and
ok
adventures
it
is
overall
not
worth
it
in
my
opinion
given
the
other
options
around.
Plus
those
inconveniences
we
had
just
gave
it
all
a
bad
taste
right
from
the
start.
We
almost
left
during
that
2+
hour
check-in.
