Would recommend using the restroom prior to boarding. Even though there is a restroom on the bus, it is inaccessible. Purchased our tickets and never received tickets, just the qr code which did not give us access to the location. We ended up purchasing a second set of tickets. Another person on our tour who had the same qr code as us was kicked out of the tour and left on site. Lastly the self guided audio does not line up with the rooms. All in all just a very expensive taxi to a desired destination. Take your business elsewhere if you can. Linda is not meant to be a tour guide. Not good with customer service at all.

I usually recommend Paris Cityvision but lately the customer service has been very difficult to deal with. I have had to make several changes due to Covid and waited many weeks for refunds and responses. The quality of the tour is fine, but the customer service phone rings forever and no answer, emails and other formas of communication are often not answered. Frustrating because they have good tours!

Half day guided Versailles tour from Paris in a small group (priory access) Hotel pick up was scheduled for 9:15 never showed up! We had the concierge call and was informed they were not doing hotel pick up due to Covid 19! They said we should have been informed of the changes. We were told to take a taxi from Paris by this time it was 10:30. When my wife made the reservation she received a email stating they were having trouble generating a bar code and the tour operator would contact us. Never did! What a let down! Wasted day never got to see Versailles! So $357.92 later Viator refused to refund the money. We should have been contacted by either Viator or the tour operator!

Our guide for the louvre was great. Seriously, it’s no joke navigating the group through this labyrinth of a museum topped with a maze of tourists. I thought he did a pretty neat job at giving us the flavours of the museum, showing us his favourite piece, telling us that his birthday is coming soon and he would like that diamond with the highest carat count for his present (so cute). He knows his art stuff too, and most importantly, able to communicate it to commoners like us.

We arrived for our Seine lunch cruise with the correct e-ticket ordered on the Paris City Vision (PCV) website and were devastated to be told that PCV had not forwarded our booking to the cruise boat (Maxims). We were told it was not our fault but that we could not board and would miss the cruise. It was only because I stood with my 84 year old mum in the rain under an umbrella on the quay for 20 minutes after everyone else boarded that eventually the cruise's lovely luncheon organiser found us a table. The cruise and 3 course meal were wonderful, but I will never book with Paris City Vision again. Three days prior to the cruise mentioned above, I did a half day audio day visit to Giverny. The guide gave such terrible verbal directions on how to find our way back to the bus (a 10 minute walk) that many tourists were lost, took wrong turns, panicking and exhausting themselves. The guide's directions to visit Monet's house were also confusing, suggesting we visit the house first, rather than the gardens and lily pond, which is the better, logical order, causing confusion and stress and detracted from the tour. Many on the Giverny tour complained to the guide that he gave very bad instructions. I have only written this review because Paris City Vision sent a message asking me to give a review. In summary, we almost missed our cruise because Paris City Vision did not forward our booking to the cruise operator And the Giverny tour was stressful, rushed and disappointing due to the guide's confusing directions. I had hoped that these 2 events were going to be highlights of my visit to Paris. I live in Australia.

Everything was perfect!🙌 We went through very quickly and without problems. The Louvre is huge, we would have gotten lost ourselves. Thanks very much to guide Victoria. Very interesting and educational excursion. The guide Victoria speaks different languages, including my native one, it was very convenient❤️

Booked a Palace of Versailles and Gardens half- day trip. We were rushed through the Palace in under an hour in a not-so-small group of about 25 people and then were left with only 45 minutes to tour the gardens on our own. For $88 per person, this tour was inadequate and disorganized.

We did two tours with Paris city vision, the first was a one day tour of all the major sights in Paris with included lunch on the Eiffel tower which was fabulous. Took us to see all the major famous works in the Louvre including the Mona Lisa. The second tour was all day 7am-9pm Normandy tour. We saw and learned a lot. Had an issue with a our paid hotel pick up and drop off for this tour but they sorted it right out. The sights at Normandy were dramatic and the American cemetery was a sight to see. Skip the lunch at Normandy, the salad bar and dessert was good be the entree was awful and we aren't picky people. Dominique was our guide for both tours and she was really wonderful. We had a great time!

I have been to Paris over five times but I love to take a tour once I arrive so that I can immerse myself in all there is to see. This tour is the absolute worst way to do so. There is no "interactive" anything. You are given a tablet once you enter and basically have to figure it out. The technology on the tablet is antiquated. You are told where you just were, rather than where you are going. It explains one sentence then all you hear is either music or horses hooves. Our driver was constantly stopping and braking as if he had never driven a bus. The tour guide? He sat and chatted with the driver and never once spoke to the tourists on the bus. There is absolutely NO interaction, NO communication, NO explanation. It is the worst introduction to this beautiful city, even for a novice.

It was advertised as a half-day tour (4 hours) of Versailles palace. Supposed to start at 2:30. We were told to get there at 2 p.m. There was another guide there for a tour in a different language. We all waited outside in the cold and rain. Our guide didn't show. At 3:50 the other tour guide walked us towards the entrance, but we remained outside in the cold and rain. We were told to have patience, that the other guide had to buy tickets. The tickets should have been purchased before we got there. Our payment was nonrefundable and would have covered the cost of tickets even if we were no shows. It was well after 3 when we entered the building--then everyone had to go through security. The inside tour lasted approximately an hour. There is no way the outside gardens would have taken up the rest of our "half day" tour. We skipped the gardens. We were already cold, wet, and had lost our patience. This was the worst tour I've ever been on. Stay away from this rip off.

Great tour of the Normandy region & D-Day beaches. Steve gave us just enough background information for each stop and let us have time to explore.

I had the pleasure of being guided through the Louvre in Paris by Monty, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best tour guides I have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. His enthusiasm and passion for art and history were impressive and made the tour an unforgettable experience. Monty had a deep knowledge of the Louvre and its collections, and he showed us not only the most famous works such as the Mona Lisa, but also the lesser-known treasures that truly amazed us. His sense of humor and friendly demeanor also made the tour very entertaining. I particularly appreciate that Monty led us on the quickest route to the Mona Lisa, and then allowed us time to admire her in peace before we set out to discover more wonders of the Louvre. I can highly recommend Monty as a guide, and I am certain that anyone who chooses him as their tour guide will have an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning soon to learn more from his extensive knowledge and discover more of the Louvre's treasures. Thank you, Monty, for an amazing tour and an unforgettable experience at the Louvre

I booked a June 2020 Fontainebleau tour for my family, but cancelled in April 2020 due to Covid travel restrictions. I’ve contacted Paris City Vision many times and they promised to issue a refund. NO REFUND received and it is now January 2021. No response to latest email, other than an auto-reply. Their website and tours continue to offer free cancellation. Don’t believe them. Waste of time and money dealing with them. Several hundred US dollars gone. January 18, 2021 update: after 9 months, Paris City Vision finally issued me a full refund. I still would not recommend them.

As far as tours go this was top notch. We had an amazing tour guide and the included lunch was off the hook awesome 4-course meal including wine. We as all the sites we wanted and learned a lot. The best part is it's affordable and takes all the stress out of getting from Paris to Normandy and back.

We took advantage of great weather in January and visited Mont Saint Michelle. PARISCityVISION was the tour provider. Phenominal. A long day - 8 hours driving + 6 hours lunch plus tour = a full day. Tour guide was great.

Did a day trip to Loire valley. A nice day out, interesting castles. Two guides in the bus were excellent, very friendly. Pen Audio system sorry to say , was useless. (They need to update that with a phone app maybe) The long trip back to Paris, 3 hours, needs to be broken up somehow.

We took a tour and we saw 2 castles, they were lovely. Although I was under impression that lunch will be included. But there is a small print " lunch is available from November to March " , so be aware you will not be fed in September. The wine tasting was ok, I wish they would have more variety, we tasted 2 whites and 1 red wine. At the second castle I felt there was not enough time to explore. The tour guides are polite and knowledgeable' although we had to listen for the same info they talked about on a bus in Spanish and Chinese, which I found kind of annoying. Overall ,we did have a lovely time and I would recommend this tour for someone who already exhausted their museum pass.

Took a day tour to Normandy in January, during the low season. Despite this, the tour was probably one of the best tours I've ever done. There was only 5 of us in a group so the size was perfect and the tour guide was simply excellent. The long ride there was very comfortable on the minivan, and once we arrived there, the guide, Vincent, shared his vast knowledge with us. I learnt many many fascinating and interesting facts about Normandy. Furthermore, Vincent was humorous and made the tour fun. Strongly recommended.

Excellent! We took a audio guided tour to Mount Saint Michel. Office is easy to find from metro station. staffs are super friendly, attentive and fluent in English. Round trips is about 8 hours from Paris . Double decker Bus is new, clean with comfortable chair so making the trip very relaxing. I highly recommended this company and will take other trips when I come to Paris . Thank you so much!

USE CAUTION BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Hard to get ahold of, bad customer service and they lose reservations, We booked a private tour to Versailles in April for our May honeymoon. We received an email with our confirmation for (may 21st) along with the pick up and departure location and the time of departure (8:00am) . When we arrived May 21st at 7:30am no one was present. We started trying to call the phone lines and after 35 min gave up and called an Uber to take us to their main office. When we arrived they said they had no record of us even though we had a booking confirmation number, tickets, and our account had been charged. They told us to wait 5-10 minutes while they sorted it out. 30 min later no one had come to speak with us and we had to go to the desk to restart inquiry. It's our honeymoon and we had to leave Paris that day at 4:45pm for Barcelona. We informed them of all the transportation and bag storage costs we had to pay to line up our morning in Versailles as well as the now 5 hour gap in our day and all they offered us was a refund and one of their cheap boat tours (which we had already done days ago) they were in a hurry to get rid of us also. I'm sure the tour is nice, but we won't be able to find out now and they did not seem to care about their mistake. There was another couple in dealing with the same issue with a trip they booked to Normandy and they stood outside waiting for their transport as well, tried calling, and also had to Uber to the main office to sort it out.

Visited Mont Saint Michel on a day tour (we took the self-guided option) in the winter. Our host was great - very helpful and gives clear instructions about departure times and meeting points. The bus ride was a long 5 hours each (out and inbound), but it was a smooth and comfortable ride. They will have a toilet and coffee break half-way in each of the journeys, so you don't have to worry about it. There is a lavatory in the bus, too. Just note that when you book your tickets, it will take 24 hours for them to process your booking and they will send you an exchange voucher by email, which you must present at the agency 30 mins before the trip. They will give you a print ticket and a coloured sticker (depending on your tour option) for identification purposes.

I booked a tour in November last to travel in July. I applied for a refund in March and was told it would take 30 days to get the refund. I have been promised the refund 5 times and sent travel vouchers which I cannot use, as I am in Australia. Finally after waiting 3 months, I was advised they would refund my money in "approximately 6 months" It was a completely refundable tour and this is atrocious customer service. I would not recommend using them to ANYONE!

It is impossible not to queue !! Do not spend money on those passes, better get up early to enter the museums, that is the only solution. Bus was great. But sitting upstairs in the front was wasted because they dont put the demister on or the wiper when it rains,,mt san michel was gorgeous and our guide was great...BUT dont take the lunch option. Its a boring lunch just delivered on the cheap. Why was it not at mt st michel in one of those restaurants, why not serve us the regional dishes ie the omellette, or the claims of great lamb...we were given some cheese crepe, fish with rice and nothing to write home about desserts.alcoholic drink was served with no query as to whether it was wanted.no soft drinks or juices offered. That was disappointing. I assumed it would be a cultural experience but no. So do the tour .its great..save the 50 euros u pay xtra for lunch and have ur lunch on the island at the many ,much better ,restaurants ....its an incredible experience!

We booked the Skip-the-Line Ticket at the Eiffel Tower, Seine River Cruise, and Dinner for 3 March last week for 3 March at a cost of 450 euros for 2 people. Was really looking forward to it. However due to virus outbreak in Paris, we decided to leave Paris early on 3 March. I tried to change the booking to 2 March but was informed there was a change fee of 50%!!!!! It's really daylight robbery - I did'nt even want to cancel the booking - just wanted to change the day. Kudos to the Crazy Horse show that allowed me to change the date without any charges. Shame on Paris City Vision for wanting to make 225 euros for doing nothing - I would have understood a 50 euros charge. It was a good lesson for me - don't make hasty decisions. Good luck to you in the coming months

We reserved "Fontainebleau & Vaux le Vicomte Day Trip from Paris" weeks ahead of time. We had a great day with Dominique as our tour guide and Maxine as our driver. The entire day went smoothly and there was exactly enough time to see everything and stay on schedule. First we went to Vaux le Vicomte, which had many beautifully decorated rooms, the servant's quarters, and a unique audio guide with dramatization of events in the owner's life. We had lunch there, which was a simple and good buffet style, then the afternoon was spent at Fontainebleau. We got the basic tour which had a bit of explanation during the ride, in both English and Spanish. Others paid for extra narration and they were provided with earphones and a tour around the grounds too, I think. Would most definitely recommend this tour to see in comfort and convenience, the dozens of lavishly decorated rooms of the chateaus of the royalty in France!

We purchased an all day Giverny bus tour including lunch, coffee, pastry, garden, House, and Impressionist Museum. The lunch was excellent-3 courses, and we loved Giverny. The museum only has one Monet which was not his best and an exhibition of Rousel whom we were not acquainted. The gift shop however was very good! We felt the half day would have been too rushed but it could have been done two hours shorter. That not being an option we were satisfied. We went on a Friday, no cruise ships in town so it wasn’t overly crowded. Having transportation was so helpful. Our bus did have a toilet but it wasn’t mentioned. The audio tour was good. The tour hosts could have helped passengers off the bus!

Perhaps if you are French and are given a tour by our guide, you won't have any problems. Our guide had difficulty with English and quite frequently through in French words, probably without even realizing it (alors, donc, etc). On top of which, he was not at all personable, which may be some people's preference, but certainly wasn't mine. At the last place we visited, we were told to be there at 5:00, but then were kept waiting about another 15 minutes for the bus to show up. Giverny and Versailles were amazing places to visit. But pick another company to go there with.

ParisCityVision is a nice travel agency with many years history. It locates in the centre of Paris at Rivoli street in front of the Tjuleri garden. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!! It has very bad reviews, even so, we took the risk of booking a New Year's dinner with them and what a fiasco! We travelled to Paris just to celebrate New Year, we booked a dinner cruises with this agency and it turns out that THEY GAVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!! The tour boat would go at 9:30 and since it never arrived, we tried to call and there was no response. Being 10:00 pm, we had no choice but to go back to the hotel and order food. I had the worst New Years Eve of my life because of them. I am afraid that they will not give me my refund, and if so I will go legally. If you read this, NEVER PAY A TOUR WITH THIS AGENCY! You will save your money and save a lousy experience.

I did a day trip from Paris to Mont Saint Michel since I did not feel comfortable renting a car on my own. Our tour left right on time, we rode in a very comfortable mini bus, our guide was lovely, and the site is definitely worth seeing, even in the winter! I wouldn't hesitate to book another tour with Paris City Vision.

It was our first glimpse of the beautiful city. The rain did not stop us from joining the cruise and the staff were all helpful in accessing our tickets online. The boat sailed on time and returned at exactly an hour. It was a bit crowded although there's elbow room for picture taking and safely exchanging notes with other tourists who shared the same excitement we experienced cruising River Seine at night.

My husband and I did an all day 12h+ excursion from Paris to Normandy. It was a great experience visiting the towns, beach and monuments, and the cemetery and museum. The guide was very knowledgeable. It was a once in lifetime experience, and my husband and I loved it!

I had booked and paid for a tour from Paris that was a 2 day Normandy D-day tour that was meant to go ahead October 2020. Unfortunately COVID cancelled that trip. I contact Paris City Vision immediately requesting a refund. It was a trip that had a cancellation policy by the way. I was told that it may take up to a year for the money to be refunded. I've been emailing since and here we are 18 months later and still no refund. I keep getting told that it's with the finance department but it never comes. I would not recommend this company for any tour if that's the way they operate their business.

This is not a small group tour and we ended up on a bus with about 30 people. I’d guess it depends on how many people sign up. That said, we had a terrific day. Our guide was knowledgeable and really efficient at navigating us through huge crowds. The lunch was delicious and the setting was amazing (an old water mill in the Normandy countryside). We felt the time we had in both places was exactly what we needed. Very weather-dependent so try and pick a nice day but we got lucky and it was a day to remember.

Absolutely amazing tour! We went on the "All Day Guided Giverny & Versailles (priority access) with lunch, from Paris" tour to Monet's Gardens & Palace of Versailles. Both places were stunning and our guide made it fun and interesting. Lunch was also very good. Well worth the expense and highly recommend!

The departure and return hotel was conveniently located, the check-in was very simple and the coach was comfortable and on-time. The half day at Versailles was enough for a taste of the Chateau and Gardens -- I can't wait to go back, at which time I will book a PARISCityVISION full day experience to explore the farther reaches of the property. It was a magical day!

We did the Eiffel Tower, Seine River Cruise and Paris Illuminations Night Tour. It was an expensive tour at over $100 per person. It was very informative and the cruise was nice. Seeing the Eiffel Tower at night was nice and seeing the lights were so pretty. You explore the tower on your own but the cruise and bus ride were informative but a little hard to hear.

It was a good quick trip. Two hours at Giverny seemed ample. And incredibly, we got there ahead of the hoards (which were not afar behind). The queues as we were leaving made me feel so relieved that we’d left Paris at 8am. Also,Alex all the staff were so friendly and patient. I was very impressed. They were even genuinely friendly to the annoying people who were a quarter of an hour late getting back to the bus! Again, impressive. Very professional.

Excellent tour for a diverse group within our family. If you want to hit the museum highlights and get enough information to continue your tour on your own after the formal tour is over. This is perfect. The rapid access was also a big plus. Highly recommend!

We took the Mont Saint Michel day tour and it was a wonderful experience. Registration was seamless and tour guides can speak English well. They thoroughly explained the itinerary & guidelines of the tour. However, I think 5 hours in Mont Saint Michel is not enough to explore the beauty of it. Nevertheless, we had a great time and we wish we had the chance to stay in the area overnight.

The trip was great from the very beginning. The hosts greeted us at the meeting place on time, the bus ride was very comfortable, the guide gave us information along the ride and of course on the tour. The guide was thorough but brief enough to allow us time to roam freely through the house (the guides are not allowed in the house) and gardens as well as the charming town. Would definitely recommend and will plan to go again on next visit!

One of a kind cabaret experience. This show has been going on for 130 years. Dinner was tasty. Service was excellent. Grateful to have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a sold out show on short notice. Bus ride was clean and comfortable.

What an amazing experience and tour with Hamza! He was super friendly and took us to the most beautiful spots in Paris. The streets weee blocked due to Bastille but he made sure to reschedule the tour to the late afternoon for us. Thank you Hamza.

Well run business; organized. Offered self guided tour with a live map or guided using a device and supplied earpods. I made a wrong turn, fell out of range and missed 90% of the commentary. Plus no map to be sure i saw it all.

Wonderful history lesson along the way. This is something everyone should do at least once in their life. It is humbling to stand where so many boys made the ultimate sacrifice for us.

Normandy Day Tour from Paris. We booked this tour as soon as we had flights for our trip to Paris, and we’re so glad we did! It is a full day tour from Paris (meeting point for us was the Hotel Pullman right near the Eiffel Tower). We were greeted in the lobby by our guide, Steve, who was excellent from the start. It is a few hour drive from Paris all the way out to the Normandy beaches, but it is worth it for the experience! Steve spoke English, was very friendly, and had expert knowledge which made our tour very memorable. This tour is a must do for anyone traveling to Paris!

We had a fantastic tour of the Louvre with Leila. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She was attentive to all members of the tour, and made sure we saw everything the group wanted to. I would recommend both the tour and our tour guide!

My husband and I traveled from US to Paris for vacation and booked the Normandy Tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the full day tour. Our tour guide, Laila, was fantastic! She had a wealth of knowledge about the history of D Day as well as provided our tour group with interesting details about the local area, including food, culture and geography. Our lunch spot she selected was also very good. Be sure to try the scallops. The only hiccup on the trip was the wait staff being understaffed during our anticipated visit there. But, you have to give grace there when you have about 40 people arriving all at once with an hour and half time crunch. My husband is more of a history buff than I am…so I didn’t know if I would enjoy it as much as him. I did! Highly recommend this tour to anyone!

What an incredible day! Our guide was the best balance between fun, efficient, and professional while keeping us on schedule. The unexpected stop at the German bunkers was a great surprise and his lunch recommendation was spot on. Thank you! Highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely fantastic tour we had to the Louvre museum. Our guide Monty was exceptional he knew exactly where the main attractions were and the detailed explanation of these were outstanding. I hight recommend this visit with Monty, its just a shame I never had 9 months to look at each piece of history. I will for sure be back again 5 star tour thank you so much.

We had such a wonderful three day tour for our honeymoon. There are lots to see in France outside Paris and takes you through so much of it! Our guide Lela speaks many languages and was comprehensive in her knowledge of the areas and history. You will see many small castles and chapels as you drive through these narrow streets to your next destination. It was a delight to ask questions from Lela on what to see and what to look out for while you explore for an hour or two. If you can do a spur of the moment 5k-10k you will greatly enjoy your time exploring. Ask for suggestions on drinks and what years to look out for. Our driver “Ryan” could thread a needle with the bus for all his driving skills.

Alex was an awesome guide. It was great spending the day with her. My only feedback was that the check in process was confusing. They had many buses in the same location going on different tours. It took us 3 times to find the right line. I think adding signs at the checkpoint would help customers figure out if they are in the correct line.

We took a Monet’s garden half-day guided tour from Paris. The trip was well-organized. The meeting point was easy to find. The coach bus was comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Giverny. Our tour guide, Alexandra, was excellent. She is really knowledgeable. I love that she also prepared the picture of Monet’s paintings to show us as we walked through the garden. Thank you, Alex : )

Tour from Paris to Mont St. Michel. I will say that we had a great tour guide, I felt she was very knowledgeable and she was very funny. We also thoroughly enjoyed Mont. St. Michel itself, the tour guide lead us in a great direction where it didn’t seem like the stairs were so much, and it seemed we went a secret way, which was very fun and away from the crowds. What I did not enjoy was the bus. The seats are way too close and we were squished in there like sardines and for an 8 hour trip in one day it was just too tight. My daughter is 5’4 and I will show a picture of her when the person in front of her put the seat back and she has to put her leg in the aisle. It was too close for myself also. I could have given a head massage to the person in front of me, and the bus was full so there was no where to move. Also I didn’t feel that we could enjoy a sit down meal at the La Mere Poulard to have the special omelette due to the length of the guided tour, maybe 1/2 hour less would get more appropriate for us to look around. Now there are other items to eat that take much less time, but if you had your hopes on eating at this restaurant, you may not have enough time, so maybe a 1/2 hour less during the tour, or opt out of the guided tour all together and just take the bus which some people did. I would have liked at least another hour to look around, so I would not recommend this tour if you’d like a little more time or prefer more room on the bus. What I would recommend is staying 2-3 days in the area, so you could stay one night on Mont. St. Michel and then visit Normandy and Rouen the other days.

Really enjoyable 2 day Normandy tour visiting Rouen, Honfleur, D Day beaches - Omaha and Gold, st Malo and mont st michel. Good amount of free time to explore ourselves, right amount of info from the tour guide. Strong at helping everyone keep on time. Hit the sites we wanted are expected. Would go on other tours with this group

We had a 3-course dinner on the Seine on a boat operated by Paris City Vision. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience, well worth the money. The food was great, the live singer did an amazing job and the waiters were very very friendly. I really can't recommend this tour enough! It's a definite highlight for me and it felt like such a luxurious moment!

Amazing Normandy Beach and Cemetery Tour! I didn’t know what to expect but so worth the cost … the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. From the chrck-in to the bus ride to the break at the largest gas station gift store (see photo - they even have machines where you select any beverage of your choice and made on the spot) and more to the actual experience of Omaha Beach, cemetery, town, museums, and stops along the way. We appreciated our guide Steve. He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor and kept us all engaged and wanting more. I know the price may be costly for some, but if you can do it I highly recommend. It was so worth it. The bus was high end too and comfortable. We stayed at the Hotel Pullman (the pick up spot for this tour the last two days of our trip) and a really nice hotel. If you stay there reserve a room with Eiffel Tower view - they have balconies and you can sit and watch it at night lit up while drinking wine and eating cheese. We didn’t get one of those rooms but did get a sneak peek from the garden view room (no balcony). Like I said, I didn’t know what to expect goin in, but it was hands down one of the top three things we did while on our first visit to Paris.

It was a good tour of some of the D-day beaches, we saw some good sites. My only criticism is I felt rushed at each spot. Even so it was worth doing. We also bought a Museum Pass for Paris which has been handy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time visit to Paris and visiting La Louvre was a huge highlight, thanks to the ease of entry and entertaining guide Monty! As promised, he provided us with a great introduction to the museum and led us to the Mona Lisa, while also pointing out other great areas and highlights in the museum we could explore on our own afterwards. Monty was informed, funny and answered all of my questions. Next visit, I will definitely book a lengthier guided tour. Five stars!

Had a wonderful time on the 2 Day excursion to Normandy (Omaha, Gold beach) that part could be a bit longer. Then to Saint Malo and Mont St Michael, all just breathtaking. I would recommend this trip and Laya our guide who was very helpful and informative.

I joined the Viator skip-the-line Louvre Palace tour, which I truly recommended you to join this tour especially for first time visit, which had saved me much time to avoid the long waiting time for buying the entrance ticket, for me at least in a very tight visit plan. Thanks Monty, our experienced tour guide leading this tour, who is very friendly, knowledgeable in history of Louvre palace and art pieces honoured here, Monty has provided a very detail explanation of relevant art pieces. This tour brought us straight to the crowd jewel, Monna Lisa painting, which is the top must visit art piece, then we are in free time to enjoy visiting other art pieces but frankly it is impossible to go through in one day. I will surely join the skip-the-line tour if would visit again.
