DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS! The bus driver was the rudest person ever! We asked him if he could tell us where to get off because we wanted to go to Louvre and he said yes but did not do it we got back to the Eiffel Tower instead. He mocked us and yelled at us. Worst experience ever. Does not even deserve one star. Also the bus was dirty and it is not enjoyable when you have the windows on the top floor. Also, the audio did not work on 2 of the seats. Do not recommend at all.

AVOID! Waited more than 50 minutes in the rain at 1of the main stops. Finally the bus came but be needed to change to another one that was much older. Audio-guide only with music in all chosen languages. No actual guide available. Not protecting from rain at the top floor. Plastic roof with holes. Would have given 0 stars if possible. It's one of those times that the cheapest do not compensate. Never to do the tour with this company again. Just awful!

Bought this budget tour through the tourist office because didn’t want to pay the 39 euros for the hop on tour company. I believe we paid 26. Pick up locations are not consistent or marked with any sign. Important to understand. Also stops aren’t always announced. With heavy traffic it will seem like the audio tour isn’t working but it only speaks when near a monument. Amazingly how the driver can maneuver through city traffic. Open view upper deck.

We had an awful time with them. We booked three excursions with them. The hop on hop off was exactly the same as the Paris lights at night tour with one stop added to drop off people at Moulin Rouge. Terrible. And we froze the whole time. Our double decker bus had a cover but it wasn't fitted the whole way. If doing this in winter I would warn against it since they advertise both floors are heated and that was the case.

I was not sure since I read a few negative reviews but gave it a try. Everything was really great - nothing to complain. Drivers really nice. They stopped on demand for us a few times, buses normal quality and we never had to wait more than 5 min. We have done Hop on Hop off tours in New York, Bracelona etc and have some comparison We booked mobile and no problem to only have the voucher as PDF on mobile Pricing is really a big discount - so 5 stars for the total package Fully recommended!

Not hopeful after all the reviews we embarked on the hop on hop off tour. Almost half the price of the others made it a worthwhile choise. However, the low price is reflected in the invisibility of the bus stops and only 1 day route. Don't go more than one day! Overall, ok experience especially if you're with someone with limited mobility and want some tourist information while touring the sites. The amount our bus waited was correlated with the traffic.

They don't have a app so you can know where they are (competition does) so you waste a lot of time waiting without knowing of they'll arrive soon or not. They stops for the bus are not obvious at all l, and the map does a very bad job of explaining where they are. I spent the first days over an hour looking for the stops. And right now over 40 minutes waiting for a bus. Busses at the competition pass at least 4 times more often. Wish I got the other one even though is €20 more expensive. I wasted hours unnecessarily in this 2 days

For the price it was well worth it. It took us by all the places we wanted to see on our first day in Paris giving us a good overview of what we would go back and check out. You can get off and back on at the major tourist attractions. the driver was friendly. The only thing that would have made it better was having free wifi. I would recommend this tour bus :)

First visit in Paris. The 1h tour on Seine is great, but for the hop off hop on is better the bus with the French flag. There is not enough buses. Stop not easy to find.

Best deal for a hop on hop off bus! Nearly half the price of others. There aren't any marked spots but all you need to do is remember where you got off. I suggest to just walk to one of their shops to buy tickets since finding a place to print would make it more stressful just to save a few euros when you're already getting a good deal. Bonus your ticket is good for 24 hours so I suggest to buy it around 3 so you can enjoy it for the last half of the first day and the early half of the second.

Cheap price u can have the city tour in half a day... good one. Loved it.

Bus doesn't stop at indicated places. Promises a bus every 20 minutes, but every hour is more likely. Chose a different company.

No heating at the bus although at the reservation they said there would be closed upstairs with heating. Nevertheless it was open and terribly cold, also downstairs. The audio was really very very bad. We left 30 minutes late. I really not recommend this service.

THIS WAS HORRIBLE, the buss driver had horrible road rage and often cussed at other drivers in what I assume was French, he did not stop at the right places and the bus was very dirty. He was talking on the phone very loudly for most of the ride, listening and singing to Rap music with lots of cussing and even texted and drived. He drove 2 inches from every car and had us closing our eyes when travelling close to other cars. He skipped many red lights and was 2 seconds away from running someone over someone he was impatient and didn’t follow the road rules or the audio, the audio said we went somewhere which we didn’t go so I assume he just skipped it. Overall do not take this bus ride. On the other hand the people at fixity were very kind in general.

The worst bus tour we have ever experienced. The driver made it impossible to take decent pictures during the evening/night tour by pressing on and off the brakes making the bus bounce up and down, lerching the bus only inches at a time, instead of waiting patiently to take off properly, also ran through Red lights at pedestrian crossings almost hitting people. Once at the end thecrriver blamed the bus to have a fault. We no doubt it did at one stage but he could have remedied this by call another bus to complete the tour.
