I
speak
VERY
little
French
(Spanish
not
helpful
here).
I
bought
4
picture
frames
yesterday
at
this
Carrefour.
Two
were
great,
but
two
ended
up
the
wrong
size
and
one
had
broken
when
I
opened
it.
I
had
the
receipt,
so
I
returned
today,
apologized
for
my
hopeless
French,
and
did
my
best
to
explain
the
fact
that
the
one
broke
when
I
took
it
out
of
the
wrapper
and
that
they
both
were
the
wrong
size.
The
lovely
customer
service
woman
spoke
about
as
much
English
as
I
did
French,
but
she
worked
with
me,
and
said
I
could
exchange.
Alas,
the
size
I
need
is
really
odd,
and
it
turned
out
they
don't
have
it.
She
refunded
my
card
without
question.
I
had
assumed
I
would
only
get
store
credit,
so
I
had
grabbed
some
items
to
buy.
I
often
find
customer
service
outside
the
US
to
be
lacking,
and
since
I
don't
speak
the
language,
I
knew
that
if
a
reason
was
given
as
to
why
I
couldn't
return
the
item,
I
would
not
have
understood.
I
tried
to
be
as
polite
as
possible
and
tried
my
best
to
fumble
through
some
french
words.
She
responded
in
kind
and
worked
to
understand
me,
used
what
English
she
could
and
processed
my
return
with
no
issue.
It
was
such
a
relief
and
such
a
positive
experience.
The
store
is
great...you
can
get
practically
anything
you
could
want.
After
my
return,
I
paid
for
the
items
I
had
gotten
as
exchange
and
left
feeling
very
proud
of
myself.
I
should
have
gotten
her
name,
but
the
dark
haired
woman
working
the
customer
service
at
about
12:30
on
22-feb-22
is
a
gem!
