The service at the restaurant was very awkward, I would say too informal. We received our first course within 1 hour from arrival of our party, while our dinner lasted 4,5 hours in total (we chose a fixed dinner menu, so it shouldn't have taken so long; we have inquired several times if our food is coming soon). There was a terrible draft as everyone was constantly opening and closing the doors (they could keep some of the doors closed to prevent the draft). The food was ok but nothing special. I feel that there were too many competing flavours in my plate. Overall a strange experience.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Nothing, agreed on paper, did not work. Promises by them were just promises - nothing came true. View from deluxe room is a wall in approximately 3 m distance from window. Breakfast was very basic, staff is young and impolite, in the bedroom there was disgusting stink, curtains were never washed etc. We had to change hotel after one night. I can say only: do not go there! We were not the only ones at time with plenty of problems.

Absolutely delightful experience at Imperial! During the gastronomic week, my family and I had the pleasure of enjoying impeccable service from the friendly and attentive staff at this high-class restaurant. The innovative trend of pre-payment for table reservations might become more common in other places soon. As for the food, every dish, from the venison tartare to the sturgeon carpaccio, was exquisitely prepared, showcasing intricate flavors and attention to detail. The Grilled eel fillet and Brazilian aged beef steak were particularly outstanding, paired with creative accompaniments that truly elevated the dining experience. Overall, a superb and memorable time spent here!

Amazing interior, delicious kitchen, high professional and pleasant staff. Prices are a bit above average, but it's expected. Recommend to visit.

Beautiful centre city area.

I've visited only the restaurant for a set tasting menu during a Gastronomy week in Vilnius. Sad to say they did not live up to their trumped up looks - the interior is opulent but the service is sadly lacking as soon as there's more than 10 guests. It's clear that there are no processes set up to manage a higher than apparently their usual flow of guests. The food is ok, the only choice that was really well prepared was aged beef fillet mignon, this I could definitely have again and agree that it is on par with their interior and prices. Soup was good (white asparagus cream soup with salmon roe and poached quail egg). The starter and chef's compliments were sadly lacking in taste or uniqueness. Mostly what turned me off was the absence of correct processes leaving me waiting for a water refil over 10 minutes a few times after which they simply left the bottle on the table (wise decision, which should have been made immediately, when they realised they can't handle the flow of people). Butter was frozen - had to wait a long time to properly try it, saddly only one kind out of three was actually tasty - the other two had not enough taste of the ingredients that were added. The dessert wine was a really good choice and I'm happy to have tried it. The dessert itself... Well, maybe it's impressive to someone who's after 24 carat gold dust in their plate but that doesn't add anything to the sad taste - I had the Golden apple and there was only gold. Since this is the off season for apples it has no taste or aroma and was just a sad excuse for a dessert. Gorgonzola ice-cream was really interesting except for the fact that it was so frozen we had to wait a while to be able to actually taste it. The compliments to the gorgonzola were very sparse - very little accacia honey and something else, that I can't even remember, you had to hunt for it on your plate to have it together with the ice-cream.

We had such a great experience. The staffs are exceptional. Very friendly, caring and professional. Especially the manager, the Chef, the waiter and the front desk receptionist. The room is very impressive, clean and comfy bed. The view from our room was beautiful. The food was excellent and the wine was superb.

Nearly perfect. Nice rooms heavily decorated yet comfortable. Very helpful staff aiming to please. Tiny gym and sauna are available (works until early afternoon, needs advance request to heat up). Good food. The best surprise was an excellent supply of fresh air, room temperature, in every room. Air conditioning is not required at all (it doesn't really work except ventilation). Wifi is far from perfect. Unstable, needs reconnect very often. Receptionist may call you a cab but they will charge you top price. Another time I paid 4 times more against Yandex Taxi.

Now much worst than 5 years ago. Staff not motivated anymore and the food ist delicious

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and hotel was lovely, nicely decorated and with a very warm atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious and have a cosy, old-fashioned style, slightly dated but well maintained. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast looked small at first glance but it had actually great variety and everything was made fresh and tasteful. Location wise the hotel was also great. The restaurant with the same name but also the California bar both situated in the hotel had truly amazing food and are both a must to try if you are staying as a guest or not. Overall recommended.

Some of the most delicious food in town with extra attentive staff. Wonderful themed dinners (the only ones in town?), featuring the owner himself with introduction of food and wine history for that particular evening. Large drinks menu. Offers outdoor cooking and seating in summer time. Perfect for couples or larger companies of friends, company events. Totally reccommend. 👌

I loved to stay in this hotel with my (adult) daughter. Really nice food, rooms, ambiente.

Location is great, service was great. Note I was a guest at a wedding ceremony here, not overnight, but everything went smoothly and the bride and groom said everything was perfect, and that's all that really matters.

One of the best classic restaurants in town. Great service and fantastic food. The only personal comment stay away from the gongorzolo ice cream(😃). The rest just a dream in a great traditional type of decor. Versace China.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic service. Excellent breakfast... all ingredients were of top quality. Rooms - although a little small but the historical building obliges - are well appointed and decorated in respect of the building. Very well located. Only a little tricky if you are coming by car as parking is challenging... and so is driving in. Last but not least we did travel with a small pet which was welcomed well but at a rather steep supplement... a little abusive I would say.

Cool place. Never was in 5 star hotel, so maybe my hopes were to high. I was in luxury apartments but only bed made huge impression;) Staff were good and friendly, some a bit awkward;) but the relations were only brief, me and my wife stayed for few hours only. TVs were incredibly bad, I had better experience through most of airbnb/booking.com bookings.

We stayed here for New Year's night. The room was amazing. The evening staff were friendly, caring and professional. However, breakfast was a big disappointment. We had to ask to refill the food warmers and wait. All pancakes were super cold, 2 out of 3 coffee thermoses were empty or out of order (yes, it seems 5-star hotel serves coffee for breakfast only from thermoses), there was no milk (again, we had to ask), and waiters didn't bother to collect used empty dishes until we left, not a single time were we asked if we needed anything.
