Place, which serves delicious japanese food. Heard positive feedbacks and always wanted to visit them to find out are they really so good. Please check working days and hours. Unfortunately they do not operate on Saturday and Sundays. Was a sunny evening so we decided to sit outside. Bit noisy to sit near the busy narrow street. Place has also plenty of space indoors. Staff was very friendly and helpful to advise which dishes worth to try. Food was very fresh and well presented. Highly recommend to visit them.

Authentic Japanese food. Dishes are sophisticated and extremely tasty. Ingredients are high quality and fresh. However, we sometimes felt forgotten by the server and had to wait considerably to order and to receive our meals.

A very middle of the road place. Had a chance to visit them for dinner when they served Ramen and again for their lunch menu. The lunch menu was quite disappointing. They had quite a few options for the bowls, but not one vegan option. The bowl had barely any toppings for the price. Majority of it was rice, amount of tuna was okay, but then the only veggie was an avocado that I barerly got. The miso soup was alright if you like fish flavour. If not, I don't recommend coming there for lunch since you will not like the soup and the bowl will most likely underwhelm you. Their Ramens were okay.

Service is the strongest side of this restaurant, ladies were so lovely. Food-nothing outstanding, strong 3 is my take on this. I'd say bit overpriced for what yoy are getting

Fast and pleasant service. Good food. I have only tried rice with marinated fish set, but it was enough for one person, and the fish was tasty. The beer is pleasantly strong and savoury.

Tastiest uncooked fish I've ever had! Will definitelly come back to try out what else they have. One thing to keep in mind is that the portions are on the smaller side.

My absolutely favourite place in Vilnius. Their fish never disappoints, tuna is the best imo. They even have natto and the miso soup is like actual proper. The only downside is that they close on weekends.

This small family-owned restaurant in Vilnius Old town built its reputation with simple yet very tasty Japanese food. Menu is short and offers mostly seafood, but I recommend trying their ramen too. Rich, umami-packed broth and delicious toppings make it a very comfy meal. We also tried takoyaki (cozy soft dough balls with octopus), chicken skewer (simple and good yakitori). Special mention goes to spicy marinated salmon, yellowfin tuna sashimi and salmon avocado donburi. Food is really simple, but made with passion and you can feel it. Prices are very friendly too.

Very disappointed. For a European person, not much to choose. Uncooked dishes, fresh fish, nearly all of it. Even more, the prices for what was offered were too high for a place like that. Poor menu. No sushi. You would still leave home hungry. The Japanese beer was with the label "Made in Lithuania"- couldn't believe my eyes. Though the waitress was nice, and the place looked cozy, but more like a cafe-bar. I don't feel like going back there.

Just order Miso Ramen, it is delicious. Also, takoyaki was so good. The service is fast and chef is Japanese, so amazing food, for sure

Octopus was like chewing gum, not possible to bite. Ramen had weird taste, more soy sauce than a real broth. It felt a bit too expensive for what we got... The cleanness of the bathroom could improve as well.

They do not have any ramen dishes left in the evening, so if you want to try those, go during the day or maybe to some other restaurant. Other dishes we tried were okay, a bit too salty, but that’s a personal preference. Employees are nice and helpful. Music a bit too loud.

Best and REAL japanese in town. Chef is from Japanese embassy as fas as I know and he really knows how to prep fish. Even miso is tasty and real. Thanks.

  • 2/5 Jaye WS Liu K. 1 year ago on Google
We had lunch here and I must say I’m disappointed. The quality of rice was pretty lousy, the texture and taste just the same as the sushi rice that serves at cheap sushi eatery in west world. Also the tuna I got, there were quite some vessels in the meat and they were inedible. I was expecting more since the chefs are from Japan. The best of the meal was the miso soup.

  • 5/5 Raminta B. 2 years ago on Google
Without question, nothing compares to Kamikadzė. Most of the dishes here taste very close to real Japanese food. Especially loved the miso soup, almost identical to the one in Japan! The only downside is that they close on weekends. 🥲

Very tasty and really authentic JDM food :) The food is same portion size and quality regardless it is lunch special or from the menu. However if you go there for lunch - better call them in advance. Lunch options are posted in facebook. If you don't order in advance - you might not get anything, as they can be out of meals. We tried option with tuna, avocado, rice. Everything was heavenly good. Note that portions are not big, so embrace true japaneese culture and don't overeat. It is healthy and just as much as you need. Thanks to owners for what they are doing :)

Brilliant, tastes like im in japan again! delicious ramen and yakitori. if you like genuine japanese food, this is a must go! the staff is amazing, bring some euros for tips when you come! Came here a second time, again amazing food, super nice sashimi and ramen, the spicey one is so delicious and the icecream was superb! 🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🏯🙏😋😍😍😍

Very dissapointing dinner at Kamikadze. We ordered 6 dishes out if which only gyozas were nice but those were probably frozen. Even ramen was very meh. Table service was miserable, waiter not only didn't know how to carry plates, misplaced orders but also didn't know simple customer service. All in all overpriced place, won't be coming back.

  • 4/5 Kristín Helga M. 5 years ago on Google
I liked the place but I don’t think it’s a 4.8 ⭐️ restaurant 🙈 I had the salmon avocado bowl, it was not bad but not really special (rice, salmon, avocado in a bowl). Maybe the ramen is better, apparently that’s their specialty. The service was good and nice ambiance. I also think it is a really good value, my salmon bowl was very filling and only €6. Would go again :)

  • 4/5 Chris L. 7 months ago on Google
Ramen was just ok. Would be nice if there could be a small size and large size instead of just one large bowl. I do not like restaurants like this that do not have table/tap water as an option. I would even pay for it.

Frisches, schnelles und leckeres Essen mit ausbaufähigen Service. Persönlich empfehle ich die Reis-Bowls sehr. Besonders mit unmariniertem Lachs sind die Bowls exzellent. Eine große Empfehlung!

You will feel as if you come to japan when you come to eat here! As we are from norway we were looking for tasty and fresh fish at a restaurant for so long in vilnius, and here i could finally settle my cravings🌸❤️ It’s not a “typical” japanese restaurant in vilnius, but if you do some research the food is actually the traditional way to do it. So try to be open minded and enjoy the beautiful simplicity🥰 Japanese food is not california maki sushi only!

Overrated place. I had very high hopes as read many good reviews about this place. However... We left very disappointed and will not come back. Sushi pocket - it was just not tasty. It was too sweet for our taste. Bowl of rice with salmon - my boyfriend was really disappointed, he said it was just rice, mayonnaise and salmon. The best part for him was mayonnaise. Ramen - too salty! There was no taste of broth, just salt. And the main reason I order ramen is for reach flavor of broth. Not salt. The result is very sad, high hopes and we left very unhappy.

(Translated by Google) Quite ambiguous feelings .... Location and service very well, but with the food was in every way. Octopuses in dough resembled Samogitian pancakes in dough with bacon. A miracle is something. Japanese dumplings are also no wonder, they taste little and are fried on only one side. Pork is ok, but here only the bacon is marinated and fried, nothing special. Seafood and salmon maybe nothing, but a gray layer of leather left ... Well somehow .... We ate, but we didn't feel much pleasure.

Not suitable for a big company. Also I did not like ramen which was more like a soup with sour cream and spaghetti. Could not recognise the miso taste. The fried chicken seemed to be not freshed cooked but heated. But we did like the unagi rice. I expected more of it

  • 1/5 Juana T. 3 years ago on Google
Very disappointed! Terrible service. Despite there was only 3 tables on the terrace we were waiting over 35 minutes to get the menu. Afyer receiving the menu still we waited 20 minutes to order. Anybody came, so we left the place. Not recommend at all.

Ordered a chicken ramen, but the chicken was all pink and looked uncooked. When I asked the waitress why the chicken was pink, she laughed at me that I didn’t know Japanese food and made me feel like I was stupid. Very disappointed. I am sure their food is delicious but that’s not an excuse to make the customers feel uncomfortable.

😐 The staff was not friendly and seemed very unprofessional. I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before I placed my order, and the restaurant was not busy at all.
