I came to the Information looking for help to buy a power bank on Sunday as mine was broken for unknown reason, and my smart phone battery was about to die. Since the nearby electronic shops were closed, and I couldn’t get any useful information via Google, Klaidas did his best to help me find a shop opened on Sunday, marking where the shop is on a map with his kind and considerate attitude. Without his help, I would have to walk 2km back to my hotel, spent 2.5 hours waiting for my phone charged, then came back to where I were to continue my trip. I got the Vilnius Pass and the Audio-guide. The Audio-guide with its 74 entries allowed me to walk and learn more about the most relevant sights around the city center. The employees were helpful and friendly.

David did the booking for a ballon flight online (since they didn’t answer) and Mantas called later to personally speak to the agency on my behalf about pick up. I came back asking about concerts for tonight, it’s being booked as I type. They also mentioned other events happening 2 days from now, should I be in town. Personable, pleasant, thinking of all contingencies. Quite the terrific office.

They were helpful booking us a two hour walking tour of Old Vilnius. I wouldn’t recommend the tour though. All facts, no stories. It just got boring.
