Place is a little bit neglected, ponds are very dirty, walk paths are keeped of grass just because there are walking local residents... No playground for children. This place has potential to become nice park, but currently it needs to be arranged.

One of my favorite places to chill out when you need some peace and quiet. They also have a nice pond there with very friendly ducks :))
