Facade of the Representative Palace Vileišiai Palace is a neo-baroque style palace ensemble in Vilnius, built in 1904-1906. Commissioned by Petros Vileišis. The building has two floors with a basement and an attic. The plan is almost square. The building is made of brick, the ceilings are reinforced concrete. The stones for the foundation were brought from Finland. A roof with three domes: the side ones are higher, with decorative turrets, the middle one is lower, flattened. Covered with scaly tin, 1956. it is sometimes replaced by a smooth galvanized sheet. Between the domes are decorative metal chimneys. The main facade is oriented towards Antakalnis street. On the sides of its projection are pilasters with compound order capitals. The interior is ornate with modern elements. Neo-baroque stair railings. Inside there are 13 Dutch ovens, and the ceiling is decorated with moldings. The surviving chandelier was made of steel and faience at the Vilija metalwork company of P. Vileišis, as was the gate decorated with neo-baroque ornaments. The residential house is a three-story building of brick and reinforced concrete structures with neo-baroque and neo-empire features. The floor plans of the building are rectangular, corridor systems and asymmetrical. The interior was dominated by decorative elements characteristic of neoclassicism, while the exterior was characterized by an ornate and even artistic architectural composition. The house was intended for rent, but it also had a cultural function. Looking from K. Būga street, you can also see a unique circle of maples. The circle of eight maples in the Vileišiai homestead is an exceptional group of maples growing in Vilnius, Antakalni, near the 20th century. at the beginning of the Petros Vileišis Palace It's a pity, but access to this palace is restricted. And it could at least function as a museum on weekends.

(Translated by Google) Very beautiful manor, really impressive architecture, the surroundings, the gardens lack care, but everything is still beautiful and there is a panoramic view of the city. Nice, nice place. The hall is a beautiful church, a square of Pope John Paul II and an architecturally beautiful building of the Danish and Dutch embassies, the British Embassy, the British Council, and other buildings worth looking around. Salia has some great restaurants in Bacchus, Sakwa Cafe. Worth a visit 👍🙂👍 (Original) Labai grazus dvaras, tikrai ispudinga architektura, aplinkui aplinkai, gelynams truksta prieziuros, bet viskas vistiek grazu ir yra panoraminis vaizdas i miesta. Grazi, jauki vieta. Англійське барокко, він маленький й на реконструкції, але трошки нагадав усадьбу лордів з Даунтауну
