We've visited Huracan for a quick coffee as it was on our "must go" specialty coffee list before visiting Lithuania. The decor of this place is just something else. Very clean, modern, inviting and open. Genuinely you could take a picture in any direction from coming in and you'll have a great shot. In terms of coffee, there was a good selection to choose from. They offer quite a few specialty brewing methods. However, when we requested to have a Syphon, we got told this is not possible due to cleaning. I appreciate this is a lengthy process however you'd think you'd leave at least one ready, especially for the morning rush? We've settled for some V60 and loved that we could choose the beans. The cup was very well extracted, clean and had a great flavour profile. This will stay on our list to come back and maybe sit in for a bit longer next time we're back in LT.
