I checked-in the room and the floor in the bathroom was spotted.there was hair in the bath...once asked to clean the room ,no one took any measures,I asked again and the night receptionist rudely ignored me.What was that? I was booking the hotel based on the reviews and completely didn't expect this

Location - the best. Cleaning - NG and this is only disadvantage. Personnel- very useful and kind. Restaurant- overpriced, do not expect 5 star cuisine but ok.

Upea hotelli, joka sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla pääkävelykadun varrella vanhassa kaupungissa. Hyvä sijainti ja historiallinen rakennus v. 1581. Kaikki nähtävyydet on lähellä. Sightseeing kierros kannattaa tehdä, jossa on myöskin opastus Suomen kielellä. Aamupala hotellissa on todella hyvä. Siellä on myöskin uima-allas. Meillä oli käytössä olohuone ja makuuhuone.

I was very disappointed on two fronts regarding the hotel. Firstly our room was at the front of the hotel and supposedly looking out onto the street below. Unfortunately our view was of scaffolding and grey taupolin as the workmen were repairing the roof. Now I accept remedial work needed doing but this meant we could not open the window in our room. I brought this to the attention of reception explaining I was not happy paying the rate per night that I was paying in a 5 star rated hotel to be faced with this. The guy in reception said he had sold rooms with the view of a wall outside the window, you can guess this was a real consolation to the view we had. Secondly there was a chandelier in our bedroom directly above our bed. It was only after getting into bed on our first night and we turned on the light, to my astonishment the chandelier had more cobwebs on it then you would find in the Addams family house . Our spoke to reception first thing the next morning adn asked how often the room was cleaned and dusted and to my astonishment they replied " Daily". I informed them they either replace the cleaning staff or retrain them. I then showed them photos of the chandelier and the offensive cobwebs. They looked at them and then said they would have them removed, no apology and certainly no offer of recompense for either discretion. I would say consider carefully before booking certainly at the prices they are charging.

A very beautiful 5-star hotel in the heart of Vilnius. The hotel is excellently located, right in the center of the old town, close to the main tourist attractions. The hotel is of high quality. The baroque decoration is elegant without being overly ornate. The style is very picturesque and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities expected of a 5-star establishment. The spa features a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, and a sauna. Here too, all the equipment is in working order and allows for a total relaxation experience. The breakfast is delicious, offering both sweet and savory dishes, and the quality is top-notch. As for the service, it perfectly meets the standards of a high-end hotel. Congratulations.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Mitten in der Altstadt. Zu Fuß sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Parkplatz im Hof im Preis inbegriffen.

Splendid central location. Helpful staff. Room 413 is lovely. However, the towels and robes were looking tired and some tea and coffee making facilities would elevate the overall experience. Housekeeping was always a bit late cleaning the room but that said, I’d happily stay there again. Overall, very enjoyable.

We mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and turned up to Hotel Apia as per the booking. We called in distress. The staff especially Oraurelia and Alexesandras were beyond outstanding. Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not always available and it can be difficult to find the parking. There is a barrier that you need to call them to get it opened (enter and exit) so if you don’t have a local sim, it can be difficult. The hotel I beautiful beyond words and the rooms are all different themes and super cute and quaint. The rooms do get very hot during the evening. Location is perfectly located.

Pool not open - better check before booking and get email confirmation that spa / pool operating during your stay Hotel very cozy, breakfast very good

Parking & Pool included. But today Pool & Spa closed ‘for technical reasons’ - if you are wanting to use the pool, better get prior confirmation the morning you want to arrive, if Pool is operating. Window was facing to 3m distant wall and to us the room announced & praised as a free ‘upgrade room’. We got a reduction for not being able to use the pool & Spa. Room & bed ok, fridge really cold. atomsphere in the hotel very cosy, we liked the semi-antique design & furniture. My wife being 35 adored the style. Breakfast was good, special atmosphere in the cellar - we liked it.

Called into the bar for drinks. Was ok. Itching outstanding. We had a few Spritz that were ok. On balance there are nicer places but the location is one of the best in the city.

Overall fantastic beautiful and cozy atmosphere in common rooms and bedroom. Overall very friendly service but there seems a problem of understaffing esp. at reception (1 person doing reception but also bringing stuff to rooms or guiding visitors around) and at breakfast. Breakfast itself is good but not worth 5-stars. Coffee at breakfast is not same quality as what you pay for separately in restaurant and is below good standards. At certain moments several products were missing and it took pretty long before new was provided. Private parking space connected to hotel is a great advantage.

Does not meet its price. Just because of the location. Entrance to the private parking is quite distant from the lobby, and it’s necessary to call reception to open the barrier.

A fourth visit to this fantastic 5☆ hotel, which is reasonably priced, ideally located in Vilnius old town, within walking distance to many attractions and good restaurants. The building itself bears historic features. Great rooms and facilities, together with a helpful team. A future visit is planned.

Great independent bijou Hotel situated in the heart of the Old Town in walking distance of everything. We upgraded to a mini suite with a balcony over the front (213) and it was so nice to sit outside and watch the wonderful cultural music procession walk past in traditional national costume. Breakfast is served in the old cellar with vaulted ceilings and a nice selection in the morning.Staff are extremely helpful in the hotel and it was nice to have cocktails on the decking area at the front of the hotel. Didn't use either spa or main restaurant and so l'm unable to comment - l would definitely return again when next in Vilnius

Didn't stay in the hotel but visited for food as it looked like a nice establishment and had good reviews. The restaurant itself is pretty nice, with a traditional theme. The prices are more than you would generally pay around the area but for me the food wasn't that much better. We ordered a bottle of wine and water which the waitress poured for us, however we never saw the bottom of these bottles before they were taken away. All in all an OK experience, would like go elsewhere.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. There is free parking behind the building but it is a bit of a process to get into, but the staff is helpful to explain it. There is a really nice spa with a pool, sauna and steam room that is included with your stay. The breakfast was good. Sadly there is no gym or fitness options. I didnt like that there was so many items in the room for sale. We also get a welcome gift with our stay for our point status which usually includes a bottle of wine and other emenities, and although they offered a small plate of fruit I found this a bit lacking from my experience with most preferred hotels I've stayed in. Our air conditioning was making a terrible noise that kept me up the first night. We asked the hotel to fix it and they could not so they offered us a different smaller room, which was nice and they were very kidn about the situation but another situation that was not ideal. If you are a light sleeper you can hear noise from the street and there was a street light right outside our room with no blackout curtains so I ended up using eye shades and ear plugs. My criticisms are very picky, and overall my stay was wonderful but for a five star hotel the details are important. The staff was very friendly and helpful and internet worked well.

😃 Lovely room, very typical of old-town Vilnius. Spa and pool a great addition in the upgrade which I made use of for 3 hours and was the only person. Steam room and sauna also available. I didn’t have breakfast included so cannot comment. Staff varied in their welcoming but knowledgeable. Amazing location for old-town; close to everything 😞 A strange vibrating noise at all times during the day and night Could hear people in next room coming and going which was distracting

Superior room without view on street, but perfect view on trash containers. Half of room sockets dont work if main light if off. SPA without air stream. Extra star for breakfast stuff. Realy nice personel.
