Wonderful hotel, new and modern facilities, clean and quiet

What a wonderful hotel. The guest service agents bent over backwards to ask people to shuffle cars so that we could have a parking spot. So appreciated! Easy to walk to the center of town. Fantastic breakfast, showers, WiFi, in a comfortable room with two pillows each. The ladies running the breakfast area on June 17& June 18 didn't rest for a moment! They are working really hard to keep breakfast stocked and clean. Superb job!

Sauna comes with additional costs. What do you expect? 10€ or 20€. In reality is cost you 50€ (!). More than the room price per night. And the Sauna is very small and not even nice. For 50€ you could go to "Therme Erding" in Munich and other fancy thermal baths with 20+ Saunas.

This is a very pleasant and reasonably priced modern hotel in Vilnius on the southern bank of the Neris river, which bisects the city. The rooms are airy, spacious, and comfortable. The room facilities include a safe and a kettle for tea/coffee making. The breakfast is average with a limited selection of fresh juices and fruits and could certainly be improved. The hotel is a mere 15-minute walk to the old town area of the city. The old town is one of the largest such areas in Europe and is a World Heritage Site.

If you like to visit and understand what hotels in the Baltics were in the beginning of 2000, then this is a perfect example. Everything is old school. They have even portioned everything possible in the breakfast buffet. It's passable for a quick business visit but one night is enough - there are better choices in Vilnius

Absolutely love staying at this Hotel. Staying here because of work. Hotel is always clean, bedding&towels good quality, rooms smell fresh. Also, never had an issue with the noise - always peaceful sleep. The only downside is that bathroom floor is usually very cold. Anyway highly recommend

Conveniently located hotel if you are visiting Vilnius for a couple of days. Room was on the small side but super clean. The bathroom was quite clean as well. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable-could not sleep for two straight nights. Breakfast was OK. There were plenty of options but nothing special after all. Staff were helpful though. Area was quite even if I was facing the street. I reckon for the price is OK.

We unfortunately can't review the stay since we never made it to the hotel and had to cancel last minute but they accepted our cancellation without any fees even though we were not entitled to that. Very generous. Hopefully we can stay there at a later time

Location is good if you do not need to travel around city, becauce trafic and parking is quite awfull, lot of specific parking areas. No parking at the hotel, because that 4 places cannot call parking. In the end desk girl write down some address were long time parking was with normal price, but that was 15min walk from hotel. Front was normal, nothing special. Single room was similar. For bussines trip enough to sleep over night. Breafast was simple too. Service good, simple, smiling girl at front and all other kindly greeted everyone.

Was my second stay in Vilnius and really been happy by the choice. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaners did also an awesome job in their extras routine not disturbing that little bit of privacy you need when love traveling. So they only touched what was necessary. The staff in general been super friendly and had high service standards. Only the breakfast could use a little bit more choice, especially for vegetarians it was lacking a bit. But after 10 days in the same place the choice is always too low.

Nice staff, good looking hotel, pretty good breakfast, BUT MATTRESS WAS HORRIBLE(too firm for me anyway, suite 407) and the sheet was rough. Im exaggerating but thought its kind of like sleeping on a cork board covered with sandpaper☺️ And window soundproofing even worse. Heard even tires of cars passing by outside. Kind of ruined my Vilnius trip

Had my beautiful wedding celebration in this hotel-restaurant. The staff and the manager were super helpful, professional and very pleasant to communicate. They tried their best to make a magical experience for our celebration. I’m feeling very much thankful. Keep up the good work! We will definitely come back again :)

Clean and extremely friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone. A short walk to anywhere in the city

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet; more than just your regular, generic hotel breakfast. They also offered services that you don't normally see in this price range, like room service and laundry service.

It's an awesome place, there was a crack in one of the rooms walls but i think it's fine.

Old fashioned hotel. I visited in december, room was cold and there was small blankets which resulted in unpleasant experience since i had to go out in order to get warm. However location is really good. Room was clean.

My friends booked the apartments here. They are happy about everithing. Can recommend due to good service and cheap price

My favourite boutique-feeling hotel in Vilnius. 15 min walk from old town. Good price/quality! Spacious standard rooms. Comfy bed. Breakfast and coffee delicious. Quiet sleep.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We were traveling with our baby so they added a cot to the hotel room for her, which was great. Breakfast selection was very nice, and the English breakfast is very good. Only issue I can mention is that the entrance has stairs, so it's not wheelchair or buggy accessible.

One of the nicest hotels I've been to in Vilnius. The staff is very polite and attentive! Breakfast is very good and have alot to choose from including some vegan options. Coffee is amazing and they have espresso machine as well. Bar has lactose free milk you can ask for if you need it and they can warm it up for your coffee. 10/10 recommended if looking for a hotel. I would definitely come back when I can.

Really nice hotel with a good location and reasonable prices, excellent for business travels. Rooms are cosy and modern.

Very easy to get to and from to any part of the city as well as the major stations, had only breakfasts so don't know what the other means are like but the breakfast was good if repetitive after 5 days. The only problem with the ruins was the slippery bath tub that is difficult to get out of after a shower.

I'm in love with this cozy, intimate hotel. Excellent location, especially if you are on a business trip. You'll be warmly greeted by a wonderful team at Front Desk and dining room. I had experienced excellent service by Anzhelika, Marcin, Evelina, Rima. I'm sure other guys are no less exceptional only I haven't met them. Rooms are very quiet and clean (thank you room attendants), light colors make you feel cozy, positive, good quality amenities. Breakfast - nothing you need more. Excellent choices and fresh. Lovely coffee...24/7. Thank you Chef and her team. I stayed couple days in another hotel located in the OLd city - breakfast was not even close what Ratonda offers. I hope after positive reviews Ratonda will not increase the prices LOL Miss you -Aurelia I be back no matter what. Aurelia

Very cosy and cute hotel in the centre of the city. But parking is only public on the street.

Good location, clean, modern and spacious rooms in a renovated old building. Kind and professional staff. Fresh and wide selections for breakfast. Limited space for parking when driving by car. Definitely recommended.

Overall pretty good for a one week remote work stay. Really great bed in the suite with awesome pillows, nice location on Gediminas Avenue, WiFi decently fast, staff OK, breakfast pretty decent but not like Hilton or Marriott, suite nicely big enough, price better than HGI next door. Gym is sad: no towels, it's tiny etc., chairs in room not very comfortable for working, no balcony, housekeeping needs to be instructed a bit regarding times, basics were not refilled by housekeeping, can't connect via HDMI to TVs in room, no fresh juice at breakfast, generally not so much fresh stuff at breakfast.

A really good place to stay with a good breakfast. The rooms were not that big though but they were really clean.The old looking carpet ruined the good impression but if you can ignore that everything else was at a high level.

A very nice hotel with a very current look and style. Room 101 would have to be about the smallest room in the hotel, but it was perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler and the single bed was comfortable. I was even able to work at the desk without issue and the internet was great to quickly upload pictures from the day. Breakfast had some great choices and was very fresh and tasty.

I had to cancel my trip due to the new covid-reguations. I was charged the full price.

We stayed here for three nights. We had brilliant time. Great hotel, everything was just right, no problems at all. Great service from staff and reception Anzelika was very helpful to us and always made sure we were happy. Thank you, we will be back.
