I stayed in this hotel too long, and I think I'm eligible to say couple of things: +good bed, TV's, excellent WiFi connection +fine rooms with a lot of space (depends on your choice of room though) -far away from the city center, will cost you a lot of transportation expenses. -poor breakfast, one does not belong to any 4-star hotel. -you can literally hear anything spoken in your next room, it s almost amazing how walls useless -THIS IS BIG: I've met some of the most disrespectful staff in all of so called 4 star hotels. especially in restaurant, some of waitresses almost did not want to serve me, they give you the weirdest face, make you feel terrible person. restaurant manager I've talked to was worse, she did everything she could not to solve my problem, only listened and did not give a damn. (I don't want to label all staff working here, but I had write this). overall terrible experience, never ever try this place.

There’s a general store “Maxima” and a gas station market “Circle K” to shop at 5 to 10 minutes distance on foot. Wheelchair ramps for people with disabilities and an elevator. You can request a taxi at the reception or you can call a Bolt cab for a ride to city center which takes about 15 minutes. There are limited options for places to eat in the vicinity but some of them are: Cafe Wings Fat Cloud Bistro (in the Avion Group building next to the hotel) HES Burger And of course restaurant in the hotel “Fat Cloud” The restaurant does not offer many choices but is still ok, prices are a bit higher though. As for rooms; I have stayed in a loft room which was spacious and comfortable. All-you-can-eat breakfast is also really good if you don’t eat it everyday for a month like I did. The personnel are kind and helping (also highly presentable ^^). Thumbs up

Close to airport. Surprisingly cosmopolitan for a Baltic country. Most staff here speak English, albeit haltingly. Great breakfast buffet. Never eaten so much salmon (I don't know if it's Scottish, or Belarusian for all I know) in my life in one stretch. For lunch and dinner there's a menu written in English. Don't even try to decipher the Lithuanian/Russian menu. You could succeed partially doing this in France or Spain with the local menu. Not here. To avoid the expensive bottled water (€2:50) I visited a nearby supermarket and bought 3 bottles of what I thought was normal Evian-type water. Turned out to be sparkling water, and one actually tasted funny I couldn't drink it: my colleague did, and said it probably was tonic water. I had to specifically ask for STILL WATER before I got the right product. Everything is written in Lithuanian which I understand is even harder than Dutch or Russian to learn. Very friendly and nice staff here, no question. The rooms (at least the one I was in) was the quaintest I'd ever been in, with a sort of loft housing the kingsize bed and yet another flat screen television set. If you're arthritic or have cardio issues, climbing the loft several times a day might not be for you. Not to mention coming down more than once at night to use the bathroom, if you have an overactive bladder. I'd definitely recommend this place though, and plan to revisit.

I have chosen this hotel because of the 4stars and it's location. I had to be at the airport at 4.30am and therefore needed to sleep early. Through the entire time I was trying to sleep (because I didn't, at all) I was hearing noises on the hallway, an annoying constant noise through the airvents and to top it off, my bed wasn't close to a 4-star comfort. Way too small! Next to all this, my room looked like it was supposed to be a storage room due to the size and the bathroom is OK. More for a 2-star hotel. When it comes to the stars, I really believe this hotel should be looked at again, because I believe thay it's not 4-star worthy.
