For a four stars hotel is a great place to stay specially because of its location. The location alone deserves like five stars or even more. You can reach everything by foot. The staff takes the COVID-19 situation seriously. There is no sauna because of the pandemic situation. They check the COVID-19 vaccination proof. Everyone has a mask on and the guests are also politely asked to wear a mask. At breakfast they disinfect each and every table after it's been used. Which is all great. Rooms are modern and everywhere smells like Novotel. The negative points: The bed is directly near the toilet door. I'd suggest to redecorate the room. Only if the sofa would be turned, the bed has enough place no to be directly near the toilet. Our toilet fan doesn't working and after using the shower, you couldn't breath anymore on the bed because of the humidity. The big negative point is breakfast and breakfast experience. Breakfast buffet: there are staff who put the breakfast in your plate due to corona virus. It is good BUT some staff would put for example only one slice of cucumber and it's awkward to ask them for each item to please put more than one slice. Really awkward. The other negative point is that after you've eaten NO ONE would take the plates from your tiny table. So you must sit in an ocean of plates and finish up your coffee. You don't expect that from a restaurant, not even from a hotel with less stars. The breakfast choice is not bad, it's not the best 4 star hotel breakfast. It has the usual stuff and everyone can find something to get full. Funny thing is that sometimes they don't have the essential things like bananas. All in all I'd recommend the hotel because the staff are friendly and the location is a top notch. 👍🙂

Location is good, that's pretty much the only upside. The staff took my credit card number and wrote it down on a piece of paper as minibar security deposit. I hope it will not end up in Russia, same as any of your data transmitted using the passwordless wifi - well it has been war going on for two years but what the heck, why would anyone want to use a password for a wifi. Cleaning lady bangs on the door at 10 am trying to clean on a Saturday. But the biggest problem is that for some reason all the noise from the street reaches the hgher levels (I was on floor #7) and since it is a party area, it is pretty much impossible to sleep properly, even if the cleaners are not so eager.

Amazing service, check in was quick. Very clean and spacious room with beautiful view to Vilnius city center. Breakfast selection is huge which offers different type of meals (also vegetarian). Great bar with tasty cocktails. Highly recommend to choose this hotel for your stay and visit beautiful city.

I visit Vilnius several times a year. First time staying at a Novotel and I am delighted. the location of the hotel, the rooms, the breakfast and most of all the wonderful staff! I will definitely come back here again!

Just perfect hotel. Awesome room, spacious, new, very cozy and with perfect view on main square on the street. Perfect service for renting a meeting room - good price, free coffee and tea, very helpful lady manager. Rented 1 room for 5 hours. Thank you for your service.

I helped in the restaurant and in the kitchen. Order and tidiness are maintained. The lunch was delicious, there was a lot of coffee. I especially liked the meat with prunes. The interior of the hall is pleasant. Then I liked the combination of natural and artificial flowers in the vases. The team is friendly, knows its business well, is polite and respectful to customers. For those who prefer silence in their room, check to see if there are any city events during your visit to Vilnius, they happen often. Ask for a room not on the side of Gedeminas Avenue.

The only place to stay in Vilnius. Superb location, all sites within walking distance, around the corner from Vilnius Street which is full of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops and night life. Room and breakfast top quality. Service excellent. Three days stay last weekend was just perfect. And only 10 minutes to the airport. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Definitely add this hotel to your list. And as a bonus we had extra late check out to 5pm for €20 which gave us a totally relaxing last day. Two happy Irish visitors.

Location is golden. From some rooms you can see the gedimini tower and the cathedral square. Shops and restaurants are just across the street. Big rooms, bathtub and a shower! Amazing. Tv has only few English speaking channels, rest are in Lithuanian, polish, French, German. Amazing front desk service.

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. Close to everywhere. Clean rooms. The staff are really helpful. Parking may be a big problem, but you can find paid parking nearby.

We stayed only one night but everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and they ordered us a taxi van to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It is located in the city centre so all the atractions were near.

Very good hotel fulfilling european standards. It is located perfectly with quite expensive, but convenient underground parking lot. There are two small cons: breakfast is ok, but rather an Ibis standard and some of the beginners at the reception could be trained better to make less irritating mistakes during checking in.

Nice hotel, view from upper floors, affluent breakfast, superb location. Two things - could somehow organize parking and order beer variety to the lobby bar - one local handmade choice is too limited.

Great hotel. Location, service, rooms, all great. Breakfast is really superb. Highly recommended. Just one comment-part of the time only one elevator worked which caused elevator traffic jams. Otherwise, we had great time there.

Perfect location in center, what i would call food and bar street,no worries no sound issues. Good bfast buffet, lets say that artifical eggs are no standard in most hotels what is crazy. The rooms perfect size, good bed and matras, bathroom with bath and separate shower, crazy in tjis times. Bad point, some rooms have really bad wifi, i lanage with a mifi, but this need to be better. Also checkin takes too too long, and a smile would cost nothing...

They have helpful stuff. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet has nice selection (although, if you stay more than 3 days, it might get boring because they don’t change). Our problem was noise from outside. Especially Friday night, there was a street artist who played violin with a speaker ( I think) in the square in front of the hotel from around 8pm. Outside sound was loud and clear inside… so, if you are planning to going out, the location is great but if you want to sleep, it’s not ideal.

Right in the centre of Vilnius. Spacious rooms, airconditioning worked good and breakfast was great. Excellent base for sightseeing.

Nice modern hotel located near the old town . Good for walking to many restaurants , shops and stores. Beautiful architecture and cobble streets . Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Would like to return for a longer stay in the future .

The BEST hotel I stayed in Lithuania. The room is clean; breakfast has many options; very close to everywhere. If you need parking, just across the street, there is an underground parking lot. I will choose this hotel again.

It was end of our honeymoon trip. I have informed about it hotel in advance and asked for some kind of surprise. And we have received it - two cocktails (unfortunately, not alcoholic) and 2 cakes. It was a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, our rooms hasn't been upgraded :( Things what we liked in the hotel: of course, very helpful and amazing staff, they let us late check out at 2 PM. Also there was a comfort bed inside the room, modern furniture with mini table and 2 armchairs, nice bathroom, large TV (at least 49 inches) with big variety of TV programs, nice view from the window to Gedimino street. There was set of tea's and coffee's in the room with electric kettle. Bad things that almost ruined our stay - at the first place, during this so HOT summer, air conditioning in the room was not WORKING. We were very upset about this. Thanks God, this Saturday was the coolest day of the week, but if there were +30 C degrees outside, I can't imagine how to sleep in this hotel. I went to reception and asked how to turn on A/C. Receptionist said, that only cleaning lady could turn it on, because manually no one of the guests can do it. I have asked to turn it on and we went for a walk. When we have returned to the hotel room, we have found, that A/C control unit is set to +25C and it was even warmer then before. Then I have decided to find that cleaning lady, because she was nearby and asked what she has did. We were asking to COOL DOWN the room and not to heat up, because it was too hot for us inside anyway. Cleaning lady explained, that she can't lower the temperature, because conditioning is turned off in the hotel and currently only air ventilation is working. I can't understand how it could happen in the middle of summer??? Of course, we have tried to open the window, but it's almost not possible to get fresh cool weather from the street, because window opens no more than 3 centimeters. Air flow through the opened window is too week to cool down temperature in the room. As I wrote at the beginning, we were lucky, that Saturday was not so hot. Otherwise, I don't know, we must forced to leave this hotel and to search for another one, where A/C is working. Minibar in the room is almost not freezing too. We have put wine and juice inside minibar and after 4 hours they were almost in the same temperature as they were before. It seems, that minibar is only decor element, but not a useful thing in the room. Although it's stated, that hotel offers high-speed internet, reality was much worse - there were impossible to make even a call with Facebook or Teams, because of super slow internet. The only time when internet speed was at least average, it was Sunday morning at 6 AM. When everyone was sleeping. On Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning (after 9 AM), internet connection was super slow. I have been in many Novotel branded hotels and I can assure, that internet speed in Novotel Vilnius was the slowest one.

I stayed here before in 2010. Upon arriving we parked in the underground garage across the street. The stairs taking you out of the garage are at both ends of the hotel frontage. Vilnius City Days celebrations were happening right outside the front entrance and all along the street. So be prepared that you might arrive and can’t drive right to the front door because there is a festival right outside. The location is great. Old city is about 10 min walk. Right around the corner is a street with tons of cool restaurants and bars. Inside the rooms were nicely done. Mine on the seventh floor looked out to the castle and cathedral. The morning breakfast was very nice - lots of choices in a large room with plenty of seats. Since 2010, the hotel has been renovated and looks very nice. Service was good and helpful from the front desk to the bar.

Wonderful hotel. Even though our reservation was accidentally scheduled for the following month, they honored our TripMasters reservation. White glove service too! On the rainy days, the front desk lent us an umbrella. Great breakfast buffet! Quick daily room service with new towels and fresh bedding. We will be coming back here!

The hotel is situated in the very center of Vilnius - 5 minutes to the central square, a little more to the Gedeminas tower. The are plenty of restaurants around it, the mall is just across the street, and many more. The stuff were just outstanding. We enjoyed every minute. Anything you need you'll get in a minutes. Highly recommended

The hotel is very centrally located. Rooms are large enough, as also the beds are. Air conditioning works well and silently On the other side, WiFi was not always working, and shower products were not refilled.

Based right around the main drink and food mile. Rooms are very nice, super clean and offer a good Minibar choice. Staff at the reception is friendly and super well organized. Breakfast offers plenty of choices. I can recommend!

Location amazing. Service so so. No help with suitcases, lift/pull yourself. Only public parking available, however, the lift not working so you have to work our how to get your luggage from the underground to the hotel. Breakfast was nice with good selection, but staff seemed very unhappy there (noone smiled!). The a/c did not work properly in the room. We will not stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a great location to explore Vilnius. Novotel are business hotels but we use them quite a lot as they tend to be in very convenient locations. Rooms are modern and beds are too(😉) comfortable. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want. Price is reasonable, especially if you join the Accor ALL loyalty programme. Why not 5 stars, you have to leave room for improvement!

Good central location, close to cathedral and main square. Rooms were modern and clean but not too many frills. Small enough bar and foyer downstairs.

The location is great. It is right in the middle of everything, the old town is a short walk from the hotel. Access from the airport is easy as well, you have a bus stop about 600 meters away. The check in was smooth, and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and modern, and so was the bathroom. I enjoyed my stay here - it was extremely comfortable and I look forward to being here again (if I visit Vilnius again)

The location is amazing (everywhere you want to go to is within walking distance), the rooms are big (I booked for a customer the superior one) and they are sparking clean. Meeting room was well equipped and the team was professional, food was great. I enjoyed my guests were satisfied and told the best thing about the hotel is the staff. We are grateful to the chef of the hotel for the wonderful dinner and the homemade hot wine.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the shopping district and the historical centre of Vilnius. The breakfast was an excellent feature of it. The staff was very helpful too. Although it is very modern at first glance, certain aspects of it feel dated. The lift buttons were malfunctioning. The bath sink had stains. The cushions and towels were very modest. The sauna, which seemed to be the most marketed feature while we were booking, was not mentioned at the check-in, was challenging to find, and seemed to be switched off.

This hotel was maybe once 4 stars now at the most it should receive 2-3 stars. Its unfriendly staff, old interior, old rooms, dirty carpet floors. Not recommended there is 10 times better hotels for this price, newer, cleaner, just better.
