I
revisited
the
hotel
on
August
29,
2023,
during
a
business
trip.
I
appreciate
this
hotel
for
its
location,
high
standards,
cleanliness,
and
delicious
breakfasts.
However,
this
time,
I
was
unpleasantly
surprised
during
the
check-in
process
by
the
lady
at
the
reception,
who
displayed
a
rather
unfriendly
attitude
towards
customers.
One
could
say
she
was
outright
rude
and
exhibited
behavior
that
is
not
suitable
for
such
a
hotel.
The
lack
of
willingness
to
help,
arrogance,
interruptions,
failure
to
answer
questions,
and
ostentatious
eye-rolling
were
just
a
few
examples
of
her
conduct.
It
was
a
simple
request
for
an
invoice,
and
I've
stayed
at
this
hotel
before
without
such
incidents.
Therefore,
I
will
definitely
return
to
the
hotel
at
least
one
more
time
because
I
believe
this
was
an
exception,
and
such
a
situation
won't
happen
again.
The
rest
of
the
team's
behavior
was
impeccable.
Everything
else,
aside
from
this
incident,
was
a
positive
experience.
The
rooms
are
comfortable,
the
beds
are
large
and
conducive
to
a
good
night's
sleep,
and
the
breakfast
is
genuinely
delicious.
In
general,
I
recommend
this
hotel
and
hope
to
encounter
a
friendly
staff
in
the
future.
