Rooms are good. But reception lady was RUDE AF.. (26/5/2023, around 11:20 AM). No politeness.. These humans should be sent back to school. Or are they thinking they Jeff Bezos mistress or Bill Gates daughters 😂 People working for minimum wages and no manners most of the time. That’s why they are there😅 Management gear up. This is 2023, all kind of racism or any ism don’t qualify. Gone are those era. I donno if she was racist, but plain Karen😬

Very good hotel, flexible staff and professional service. Always ready to help. Parking available for 15euro/day offered for free for regular customers. Very good breakfast. Recommended garden view rooms as street view can be noisy with opened windows.

This is a really lovely hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. I'll update my review again soon as it's only my first night. Update: the chairs in the room are hard plastic and get uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The small flat screen tv is placed on the wall directly across from the bed - so watching tv from any other place other than the bed doesn't work well. If you're staying here for a longer period, this isn't an ideal set up. The beds are not comfortable. The mattress is hard, and there is no top sheet - only a comforter. I've asked twice now for the room temperature to be reduced to 20 degrees (it's constantly at 24 - too hot and makes sleeping impossible). There is some strange noise that keeps waking me up all night long. I thought it was hailing outside but when I got up to check, it was not. It is some strange noise in the wall. This hotel is ok for a short stay, but not a prolonged stay if you're here on business. The location is great, the free breakfast is fabulous. Other than that, I don't love it here.

Interior of a modern, spotless hotel. Warm and welcoming receptionists. The ribs in hotel restaurant "The Rib Room" were excellent and reasonably priced! Staff at the restaurant were excellent and very professional.

The rooms felt quite basic and had an 80s/90s vibe, but were at least clean and spacious and the bathroom had a nice rain shower, and they were priced accordingly. I was given one on the top floor so had no issues with noise either internally or externally, and a nice sunset view. If I was given another one I'd probably not have rated this review as highly as I did... The on-site restaurant is also very good and I'd recommend the ribs (it's called the rib room for a reason!) Staff were all super friendly and helpful, and happy to also recommend local restaurants nearby. The location was a little out of the old town but a close enough walk or bus ride away.

Air conditioning does not work. After 3 hours of boiling in the room, the lady at the reception says that she will order the air conditioning in the room to be turned on at the system level (4 star hotel). Bar closed at night.

Good location. Renovated, nice big rooms. We had problem only with the service. In spite of we requested a room with 2 single beds and the hotel confirmed it, finally we got a smaller double bed. According to the information from the reception and the web page of the hotel, the breakfast is from 6.30 a.m., but this is misguidance, in reality they open only from 7.30 a.m. For guests who have to leave early, can cause inconvenience. And lastly, they gave our room to someone else, who came in after ten in the evening, when we were already asleep. It was quite unpleasant surprise for both of us:-)

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not "Safe" at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The location is very good - walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is rich and delicious and the Rib Room for dinner is the best choice. The atmosphere is luxurious and the staff is very friendly and ready to help. Strongly recommend!

Excellent customer service. The last that checked me in was great. The bartender was super nice also. Clean, very modern rooms with all of the standard amenities. Good location with available parking on site.

Bought a deal package where we were supposed to have unlimited acess to their sauna (1night, 2people, unlimited acess to the sauna). When we arrived, we were told that we needed to do a reservation for the sauna. We explained that we already paid for it. We made a deal to come back a few hours later and the staff will make the sauna ready for us. After a few hours, we came back and they told us that the sauna is closed. They didn't even give us a voucher or anything to compensate... Happy New Year ...

the first minus is for the small parking lot, the second minus is for the average breakfast and poor coffee (a hotel of such a hity level should take care of something much better than the average Ibis), and the third big minus is for misleading me - free was marked on the bookieng website parking lot, and left me additional fee of 10€. It was a very big and unpleasant surprise for me. I don't know if I will ever decide to stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were good , I usually like more twist in the rooms in terms of the style not to make it feel like in a hospital , but I get it they are aiming at the modern style . But it had all what I needed and were comfortable beds . But what made the experience not that great were staff. I asked for late check out ( 2 pm ) and to give me a wake up call at 1 o’clock in base I don’t hear my phone because I am light sleeper and sometimes struggling to get full nights sleep . First they couldn’t understand what a wake up call service is and it was weird to explain this to staff at this type of the hotel . Secondly they woke me at 1 am and not 1 pm ! I just managed to fall asleep and was in a deep sleep so that staff decides to call me wake me up at 1 am ! Like how can someone even think this , when specifically I asked to check out at 2 pm so I can sleep in . And after that wake up call at 1 am I couldn’t fall asleep and my all stay and night were ruined . Staff training needed to explain basics .

Very clean rooms with beds just to my liking. Shower/bath combination seems recently made or is being kept spotless otherwise. In general the bathroom really shines in comparison to other hotels around that price range. Room service was great as well and reacted to the door hanger, even the wish for service to be at a later time. The room was actually cleaned instead of simply restocked which was also pleasant. Wifi was rather dissapointing, while my phone seemed to do okayish at times it was too poor to do much more than messaging if it was having such moments. My partner however could barely do anything as wifi constantly disconnected and stopped appearing for minutes at a time. Yeah first world problems, but dissapointing at a hotel. If both our phones struggled it would have been annoying though. The staff at check in also left a bit of a sour taste. The communication at some point filling in the details was simply unfriendly. Or asking questions to only get short and conflicting answers. A bit of snickering while speaking their language also didn't help. A sigh while reading all the details I had to sign to top it off. I'll put it off to us having a bit of a language barier then and not really reaching symbiosis in that process.

My best hotel experience in the Baltics. Reception staff, housekeeping and the breakfast staff are very friendly and accommodating. Was allowed to store my touring bike indoors. Stayed in a executive room on 6th floor. Bed was perfect, cleaning spotless and breakfast delicious.

Spotlessly clean hotel with big rooms and great location. They also have one of the best restaurants in town for Ribs. We had a warm welcome from receptionists Erika and Lina and a welcome drink from a barman was superior quality. Finally, breakfast team also are kind and women with short, grey hair has a perfect attention to the detail, leaving breakfast with a perfect setup.

Unusual design of rooms. However if you showering means wet floor in whole bathroom.

The hotel has big rooms which are very clean. It's a very to get to the hotel from the airport, a direct shuttle (3G) taking you from the airport till the hotel. They have a rib restaurant and even a mini gym

We stayed there for family occasion.I believe the balance between price and service is great.Hotel staff posses fantastc customer service attitude-to name the few: Lina at Reservations(she did offer all our 3 rooms to be at the same level and organized a quite room for our baby-at the back),Inga at check in,Vita-the lady who cleaned our room, ladies at breakfast service could not do enough for you. There was a HAPPY BIRRHDAY note left for one us-attention to detail and an extra mile from the hotel is much appreciated! The hotel is really comfortable for what we needed. As a young family with 5month old son we had all our expectations met.Good breakfast.Car park came very handy(additional cost and reservation needed).Room had all basic aminities-mini bar, kettle, ironing board and iron ,toileteries, flufy towels, toileteries even the scale in the bathroom etc. ... We did not dine in the hotel besides having breakfast, but there is room service menu available, also restaurant for lunch and dinner.Breakfast offers wide choice of dishes. Hotel is situated on a busy street and is short work to river bank also walking distance to old town.

Another great IHG property I’ve stayed at. It’s basic but nice clean and bright for a reasonable price. Great platinum member recognition. If you want a late night drink, the hotel has a wonderful lobby bar with views overlooking the street. Definitely ask them to get a room on the top floor with a view of Gedimino tower.

hello, a few words about this hotel: clean, clean, clean, everything new and modern. The bathroom is impeccable and everything is functional, absolutely everything. Rich and diverse breakfast. The best orange juice, but also the rest of the products. The extraordinary atmosphere, the smiling staff! I stayed in room 301 overlooking the inner courtyard. I recommend! 👍
