Get here late at night, was very surprised, because hotel has not so good ranking. But I still don't understand why. My room was on 6th floor and it is very clean, nice looking and fresh. Shower area is superb, beautiful accessories. Air conditioner works good, it was nice to sleep here. It is a huge window in the room so you can enjoy a city view. Breakfast was for very good price and it was good like it all other good hotels. It is available big car parking behind the building, 10 euro for 24 hours, or you can pay just for used hours if you have short stay. I will definitely leave good ranking to this place in Booking web page and will use it for future trips to Vilnius.

Disgusting hotel I have found bugs in my bed. It was an awful experience. I have come to my room, I have noticed bugs in the bed and immediately went to reception. I asked to return my money, I just wanted to move from this room immediately. In the feedback they said it is lie, we will not return anything! I was shocked! They did not decide to return my money in the end and I needed to find the room late at night. Disgusting experience.

Unfortunately, I can't give more stars. If you are going to stay just for one night, it's ok, but I would really think if need to stay longer. Well, I booked just a basic single room because I had a next day flight connection. Probably more expensive rooms have different services, but I believe the hotel should have the same standards for all rooms despite the price. This is about respect to the guests... At least clean toilet! Oh, I am really sorry, but it was disgusting! If I would stay longer, I would probably buy any type of 'bleach' and clean it myself! What about infection control?? Bathroom design is unusual, but I presume because of the bathroom size. Furniture in the room is VERY 'tired'. Again, I didn't mind for one night, but I am just guessing how many years the chair, for example, has been used 🤔 It should 'retire' long time ago. Nothing in the room! No kettle, no tea/coffe, no water. Guys, you are position yourself like European 3* hotel! European 3* hotels usually provide it. This is basic 'package'. Also, think twice if you are travelling with kids. Windows are unsafe! I don't think hotel windows should open all the way, especially on the upper floors. Ok, you will find warning about it on the windows, but... I don't think this is the correct way. It looks like 'we told you and then this is your problem.' No, hotel providing the service and must be responsible for guests safety. I presume there are some European health and safety standards that should be in place? Breakfast is very basic, but look from this side, you will not be hungry. What about good things. Staff is very nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable. View from the window... nothing wow! really, but nice. The location is perfect for travelling, 4 minutes walk from the bus and train stations, and 11 minutes to airport (by taxi).

Major building works going on and closed restaurant Stayed three nights on what supposed to be c romantic weekend away We booked this and there was no mention that major building works was been done, the place was like a building site, no carpets or ceiling in the hall ways, lit by emergency lights. The hallways were full of dust and smell of burning metal from the fabrication and to add to it we were woken up by drilling and workmen at 8:20 in the morning when we wanted a lazy morning. We came back at 5pm one day to get some rest and was again disturbed by driling and building works. The emergency exit stairs also had clutter and incomplete hand rails, so God knows what would have happen in an emergency The restaurant was also closed and also the bar was shut, public toilets were a disgrace So basically we had a bed in the middle of a building site Would not recommend to anyone for the rest of 2023. Breakfast was also a bismal of sausage and egg see photos of my stay

For transit travelers that stay for a couple of days there are probably no better place. REALLY close to bus and train stations, McDonald's and random shops around to satisfy your late arrival/early leaver needs. Other than that it's just a very basic economy hotel.

Very tiny rooms, no fridge, no AC, no Kettle, cupboards or place to hang clothes. The room was extremely hot and the towel rail in the bathroom was burning hot all the time. A very tiny TV had only 2 English News channels. The toilet was broken, and it took them a while to have it fixed. I would never use this hotel again and never recommend it to anyone. There are pictures on their website is which is misleading.

The rooms are small and smelly. They smell like there never has been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, I found someone's hair in the lavatory. There is no a/c in the room, so it was like in a sauna. The floor was dirty. There were reconstructions made, so it was very noisy. There are 3 elevators, but only one worked. Too expensive for what you get. For the money you can have a much better hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel left me disappointed due to the service I received. I stayed for a full night and left my luggage there for the day after checking out. When I returned in the evening and requested to use the washroom, I was met with a dismissive and discourteous response. This level of unprofessionalism is something I have not encountered in my travels across Europe. As a paying guest, I expected a basic level of respect and courtesy. I believe it’s important to provide feedback when service falls short. My experience here was far from satisfactory, and I hope this review serves as a reminder for the hotel to improve its customer service standards

Very big hotel close to the old city and train station. I was living at 6th floor with great furbished rooms and panoramic windows. Really nice views but price for room was about 20 EUR more expensive than standard rooms at 2-5 floor. I don't know how those rooms are, but 6 floor rooms are unbelievable.

Fine if you have one of the renovated rooms upstairs. Otherwise this is all very basic. The breakfast was very disappointing and there is a lack of lighting on the stairs which makes them dangerous at night. I wouldn’t stay here again - its only virtue is proximity to the train station.

I'm not gonna lie... From the outside, i was kinda scared to see what i had gotten myself into by booking my room here. Once we got into our room, i was completely blown away. The rooms and hotel itself are being renovated and it seemed that the floor we were on was the only one completely finished. The staff was very helpful whether it was checking into the room, providing directions or calling us a taxi. Don't judge a book by its cover because although the outside looks rough, the inside was a pleasant surprise.

Convenient location for travellers, staff is friendly and comfortable beds but its a second time I have stayed there and it really poor rooms. No tea or kettle, no fridge, no air-condition, tv not working, windows not functioning properly to open and close haha , door lock didn’t work, could not lock my room at night, bathroom didn’t have soap, only had shower shampoo. Overall experience not worth the money paid. But if you only need a room to sleep one night then its ok I guess.

Right next to the bus and train stations. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town. We stayed in a refurbished room on the top floor with a great view. The bathroom was excellent. The rest of the room was small but very comfortable. The only issue was lack of storage, just a tiny rack with 4 hangars. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold items, coffee and juice.

Another visit to Panorama Hotel revealed that it was just as good or perhaps even better than my last visit. The location is amazing with a very spectacular view from the back of the hotel that half of all rooms enjoy, with the other half of all rooms looking over a pleasant green city park to the spectaculars railway station. On suite rooms are clean and well thought out, the bed is so comfortable with fresh laundered linen. Breakfast if selected is well suited to all tastes without limits and served in a really nice dining area. Since my last visit the bar has closed although a selection of drinks are available from a reception area vending machine. For safety while visiting the area, there is a cash point machine in the reception area. There aren't any tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms even though management have been thoughtful in providing a hair drier in the shower room.

A decent option if you just need an affordable place to crash for one or two nights, just steps away from the bus and railway stations. You get what you pay for. The room was small and dated, there was some rust on the bathroom faucets. No coffee maker or tissue box, no clock. The carpet was old, with a couple of stains. No air conditioning or ability to adjust room temperature. The bed was actually quite comfortable (minus the cheap pillows), and reception staff was very nice.

Great hotel with fantastic city view! A bit old and shabby, but for 47 euros for 2 with breakfasts in a good location I loved it. Breakfast is good, nice variety of sweat and savoury dishes with fruits and yogurts and jams..

Does the job, rooms are clean and comfortable but the room service could be upgraded and the furniture from the Soviet era deserves a swift retirement. The staff is very helpful

Small but cozy rooms. Nice view. Unfortunately it was raining so I couldn't make a good photo. Staff can speak polish. The wireless phone charger in the room is a nice gadget. The bathroom is very modern.

Absolutely the worst hotel I was staying in many years. I was not able to open may bag in the room as it was not enough place to open it on the floor. I had a problem with opening the windows, as they were old and not properly maintaned. My window was onto the busy street. No calm sleep was possible in a small room with no air conditioning. For an hour or so, after midnight, a tourist coach was standing at the main entrance with engines working all the time. Nobody of the staff asked them to leave or at least shut down the engines (imagine noise and stinking combustion fumes). They left as they saw I was making photos through my window around 1 am. Please do not exagerate with appraising location. Yes, it is close to the old city, but it is loud and messy.

Rooms are quite good for this price, also the hotel's location is pretty convenient to a bus/train stations. Cheaper rooms are pretty basic but for a few days it's fine.

  • 4/5 Jozef J. 9 months ago on Google
It very depends where your room is situated. If towards the city center, then everything is OK. When to the station, you have a problem - noise. As there is no A/C in the room, you have to open window and that’s the problem. Budes are constantly driving in front of the hotel. WiFi was very poor. Breakfast was great, a lot of to choose from. Hotel OK for one, maybe two nights. but more.

Hotel made a good impression but that's all. The rooms don't look like hotel with 3 stars. Besides room smell like cigarettes. The best in this hotel is localization and people which one are working there.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Tolles Ambiente. 1 Stern Abzug für keinen Erhalt von Hausregeln (ja es gibt Menschen die so etwas haben möchten) und keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - ein kleiner wäre super gewesen. Gern wieder.

We have stayed here for 3/4 days now and I’ve gotta say, it’s lovely, breakfast has a good selection of different things, and the rooms and beds are great, pillows are comfortable and nice to see that the windows actually open! It’s locality to the old town and the Train station makes it perfect for elderly tourists like my father and there’s a McDonalds across the road for an icecream.

Ok for 1 night I stayed one night from 7th to 8th of November Dirty carpets and an empty shampoo holder in the bathroom. Noisy until 3am Haven time to complain that time Checked in again on my way back 19th of November The room given me was dirty with a lack of shampoo and ice cold water in the shower. The towel rack was ice cold too. The receptionist gave me another room that one was spotless and with a decent bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect especially for transfer and the staff is very attentive. I'll be back😁 and that is a promise not a threat😁

Amazing views from the hotel. Nice and modern rooms ( at least the top floor is) Breakfast was mediocre, not much of a taste. Awesome beds. Great bathroom..would be nice to have some hooks so you can hang your clothes.

View is beautiful. This hotel is ok for short stay. But if comfort is important, you shouldn't stay here. Room that we stayed was so small. There is no place for two people if they want to stand up together. Also toilet was dirty. We didn't use toilet as much as possible.

Great location across from the station bed was amazing food so so,staff fabulous a little tired but cheap as chips would be 5 with a little influx of cash and better breakfast

Very clean, beds are comfortable, you can have breakfast as well (not my favorite, but you have main options). Tables are desinfected after every person. During breakfast staff is very efficient, also receptionists are kind. Great location. Just across the train station. Close to bus stops, bus station as well. Views out of the window are stunning. The disadvantages for me personally was the oldish style of room, the hole in the ceiling and room facing street. I'm a light sleeper so I could still hear the cars and even people closing door in a corridor.

Hotel is a bit noisy (not very well insulated) but it offers comfortable beds and is relatively well situated with direct bus to the Airport. Tip: the restaurant of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, the food is the most delicious I had during my 3-day trip in Vilnius.

  • 1/5 Violeta B. 2 years ago on Google
The price match the quality you get. It is near the train and bus station and old town, however, not that safe to walk during night. I gave one star practically because it did not feel safe during pandemic. No-one was wearing mask: nor staff nor other customers. Furthermore, the receptionist was sneezing while trying to check in and was not wearing mask, did not cleaned her hands while handling my card.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It also had a nice panoramic view of the old town. The hotel is located next to a bus terminal, train station and the shuttle bus stop from the Vilnus airport. It is also not very far from the historic part of Vilnus. However, the hotel rooms haven't been majorly renovated from the soviet times. They require a global renovation to make them modern.

  • 4/5 Yui C. 1 year ago on Google
It's a budget hotel so room and breakfast are basic but they served the propose well. Plus here was the cheapest hotel we could find with great location. Staff are friendly and helpful, they helped me printed my boarding pass. The room we stayed was facing old town, very quiet. The only thing I'd complain is the curtain. It's not good enough to prevent the light coming through windows so I ended up wake up by the sunlight early morning 😅 Many reviews mentioned many negative points, they made me worrying a bit before booking, however, now I think some comments were too harsh. Thinking about how much you paid! I've been to many hostel or budget hotel, some of them are cheap and horrible. This one definitely perform well. It's really depends what experience you want, for us, we stayed 4 nights and wanted to reduce cost on hotel. If you consider spending fairly amount of time enjoy hotel service, this won't be your target.

Nice hotel next to the central train and bus station in Vilnius. Friendly staff, nice service and good rooms. The hotel is currently having construction done to the facade. I was here on the weekend but I did wonder if it could be noisy during the week.

  • 3/5 Natallia L. 1 year ago on Google
It could be a nice experience, however the hotel is currently under renovation and you would wake up at 8 am from the repairs noice and hammer sounds , which is not cool.. probably the guests should be informed about it, as it is impossible to stay in the room during the day. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Location seems good, at first, though it is next to train station, so it's not recommended if you are searching for relaxing stay and upper level hotel content. Service of post-sovietic mentality, the whole atmosphere is out-dated... The content of visitors at the hotel as well same level - loud, ignorant... Definitely not recommended, especially when we stayed as a family with a toddler...

Stayed here for 7 nights, we were situated on the 4th floor and had the view overlooking the old town of Vilnius. The room was very basic but extremely clean, the bathroom was a good size and had a heated towel rail. There were not masses of room to move around however that didn't really matter to us as we spent most of the time out of the hotel exploring. The hotel is situated right opposite the train station so it is super easy to get back to the airport and to other towns in Lithuania. We went down for breakfast once and it wasn't totally our cup of tea, due to there being so many other places we wanted to try we ate out. There's a bar/seating area to the left when you go into the hotel which wasn't particularly inviting and the bar looked empty. The one thing which we did notice was large groups of young teenagers staying at the hotel, they weren't noisy or disruptive but it could at times make it feel like you were at the school trip convention centre. Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff were polite and friendly and the room was spotless 😊

Very nice and friendly stuff, but compare to what it was before the covid can say - fall down. Last night in my room found someones nail in the corner, bathroom light on the mirror didn't work, so to shave good had to go the the mirror at the entrance. Unfortunatelly, the breakfast became poor, not juice but water with 10% of juice (friend has same opinion), 2 or 3 types of cheap cookies for coffee/tea, frend didn't even touch, tasteless. Last morning at 10:10 o'clock all the food began to be removed. So to stay 1 night before the flight is fine, but for couple days - makes no sense.

  • 2/5 Thilo D. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a bad experience, the rooms and hallways have tons of stains on the carpet flooring, there is no AC, instead there are pipes used as towel heating, which you can't turn off, making the room temperature insufferable in the summer heat. The breakfast has a lot of options, but they're all bland. My room was tiny and had no space for my luggage. The room also only had 2 electric outlets, both at the super small desk and none close to the bed. The shower is non-adjustable, which means you will most likely bump against the temperature control at some point, resulting in you burning yourself due to the little resistance of the lever and the huge impact in water temperature the tiniest adjustment to it has. The view is also not panoramic at all, you can see the main station and a little shady looking "park" with a McDonald's, that's it. There was also a lot of construction going on. However the hotel is very central and you can get to almost all the sights worth visiting by foot within less than 30 minutes. To top it all off, one of the cleaning ladys either binned or stole the cleaning cloth for my glasses. Overall not worth it at all.

Great location. The bus and train station are right there. The airport and city centre are easily reachable. The staff was professional and very helpful. We enjoyed the policy of cleaning only every three days! The room was fine. It was always warm. Though, for some friends in another room on the same floor, the story wasn't exactly like that. The breakfast was vast in options, including several vegetarian/vegan alternatives (thank you!) It is possible to save luggage for some time with the reception. Considering all the aspects, the price was really good.

Good Central location. Very close ro bus and train station and not far to walk to old town. Big bed and good pillows. Got a really good night's sleep. Was quiet at night time

The panorama is a very nice hotel near the central train station with easy and quick way to go to the airport or grab a bus to other spots in Vilnius. Stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the stay, very good WiFi. The only downside I could say was the rather cold room, not freezing but with the snow outside it was have been nicer with few degrees higher. Bed was comfortable and while I ordered a single bed got a twin room instead. The 24/7 MacDonalds outside is a nice plus if you arrive late like me, just mind the after 22:00 it's only possible to order in the drive thru

There are major construction works being carried out at this property. Of course, no information is provided about that to hotel guests at the time of booking or afterwards. The workers start the jackhammer at 9 AM. The noise of drilling, hammer blows and aforementioned jackhammer is unbearable. The rooms are practically unusable during daytime. On the first day I had a crane in front of my window with workers on eyesight. Works are carried out among other places in the hallways and on the roof. Cold air (currently -3 °C in Vilnius) is flowing in from the roof through the hallways and into the rooms. The additional electric radiator is there for a reason. Under these circumstances, the heating system of the hotel alone is not capable of keeping the rooms warm. Upon complaint, I was offered a mere excuse. No options to remedy the defect were given. Requests for compensation (even in the form of a complimentary breakfast) were turned down. I’ve never been to a hotel that showed such impudence. Stay away.

We started at panorama Hotel for 5 nights, good points for staying in this hotel is price, don't expect 5 star hotel for pennies especially in this location, cheap breakfast, don't expect much, but for price was OK,especially if you used to continental breakfast. Bad bits,it felt like we are living on a construction site.

Solid experience. We only need a hotel as a place to sleep. We are outside the entire day. Therefor 4/5*. Beds weren't really comfortable, but the rest was great.

The big plus of the hotel is the location. Very close to Vilnius old town. It's also right across from the train station and bus terminus, making it great for discovering the rest of Lithuania. Rooms are very very small so it's best for short stays. Reception is for the most part kind and helpful. Breakfast was not tasty but had a variety of things. COVID rules inexistent as many guests were walking around displayed food without masks..also many guests walking around the hotel without masks. We stayed here two nights and would not stay longer but it was good for what we needed.
