The hotel needs a lot of improvement in order to keep staying in the business for a very long time. Firstly, out of 5 staff, may be only 1 was very helpful and friendly, the rest were not very friendly. The room is fine, for me it’s quite spacious although for 4 people and 4 beds, still have a lot of spaces to move around. Pillow was bad unfortunately, I have to ask for another pillow to be comfortable. The toilet is not that clean to be honest but still okay. The kettle they provided us was full with calc. Only tea was given in the room. Towels are clean and in a very good condition. Breakfast is the same for everyday, it gets boring and not very tasty but still okay. The whole hotel looks a bit old but it’s not really a big problem. Shop and McDonald’s are nearby. There’s a pantry in each floor but needs maintenance or cleaning. Overall, it’s a very average hotel.

Receptionist seems to care nothing about guests, rude and inattentive. Cleanliness is fine, no shower gel in my room though. Room is smallish

Von drei Sternen in Litauen 🇱🇹 ist auch nicht mehr zu erwarten. Kleine Zimmer mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren, dunkler Flur. Beton oder Betonfarben. Neben an MC Donalds. Nette Rezeption und kleine Bar die recht früh Feierabend macht.

Very overpriced, location way out in the cement rendered suburbs surrounded by motorway, slap shod room design, basic amenities, ridiculously small tv screen, intermittent wifi, condescending staff with attitudes who just don’t care, worst was room was left wide open after cleaning, came back from day out to find my door wide open , initially given excuse that the cleaners thought I had gone out for a smoke - I was site seeing in the city for 7 hours Explained to front desk several times, no follow up from management Would have been interesting if sone of my valuables had gone missing Avoid Avoid Avoid

It was OK. Good rooms, big restaurant, food wasn't that good. WiFi is a bit slower. The hotel is near city centre.

Mediocre hotel worth its low price. Money upfront, no trust to the customers. Nevertheless the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Except of the night watch, which was drunk to incapability )))

This hotel is not worth three stars. Very noisy at night. A lot of drunk people are walking on the floor. The room is small and dusty. The shower stalls are leaking. The breakfasts are delicious.

I am not satisfied with this hotel. Employees are very sullen, they never smile. The room we rented one day was rented to someone else. They told us to go out. I would not recommend at all. You can spend a little more money and stay in nice places

Stayed 3 times here. New building, good breakfast (but not during covid). rooms basic. shower head not detachable. for the price very satisfying though.

We are staying with 2 little kids in a room with a super dirty carpet. I can not understand how the carpet can be so old, outdated, and dirty. Probably it was initially bought being used and placed in this hotel. The price is low and it is ok not to have fridge, AC, hair dryer, coffee and tea in the room. But clean room is the must.

It's a great inexpensive cozy Hotel for people who want to to stay in the city for a while. The rooms are comfortable, the personnel is tolerant and friendly, the managers are very nice people. By the way they have a kitchen and the last three floors where you can cook by your own.

Rooms spacious, breakfast surprised with huge assortment of cold and hot food. Cons: no teapot in the room and no hairdryer! Bar in the hotel is working only till 23:00. Very poor choice of drinks, you be lucky if one of the taps working to try Lithuanian beer. Otherwise recommend.

Stayed there for 5 days. Room was quite small 2-bed room, tv could have more channels and could be bigger for more comfortable stay. Breakfast was fine, had everything. Other meals were also fine, chicken and delicious pork. Rooms and corridors were clean and elevator also. Reception was friendly. Good hotel to stay for overnight and longer, if you don't need luxury. Restroom was clean and nice looking.
